You will shape RiDC's participatory, qualitative and deliberative research portfolio, championing co-production and lived experience-led approaches that ensure disabled people's voices drive meaningful change.

Working with government, businesses, charities and disabled people's organisations, you will help translate evidence into action while leading high-profile initiatives including the National Centre for Accessible Transport and our pioneering Eco-Ableism programme.
