Role Summary
The main function of the Careers Coordinator (Work Experience) role is to develop, support and deliver Into Film’s Screen Careers Work Experience programmes. Screen Careers covers film, TV, animation, VFX and games. Reach Charity is a small volunteer-led national charity supporting children born with, or who acquire upper limb differences (ULD) in childhood, for the whole of their lives! Being born with/acquiring an ULD in childhood is rare. Our role in the Reach team is to support our volunteers in every way we can to keep Reach families connected and supported with and by their community as and when they need it for life. This role will help us sustain and potentially grow that level of support.

Safeguarding support
Subject to appropriate training, support Reach’s safeguarding arrangements and participate in the safeguarding on-call rota.

Support the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of Reach events.

What you'll do:
* Lead on fulfilling our pipeline of potential grant, trust, foundation and corporate opportunities
* Lead on funding applications that support Look Ahead's social inclusion priorities around:
o Homes and spaces
o Health and wellbeing
o Skills, learning and work
o Arts, creativity and celebration
o Specialist added value staff roles that support the delivery of Look Ahead's mission
* Identify, source and coordinate social value activities across Look Ahead services
* Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners to raise income and deliver social value
* Coordinate the Social Value Group and lead Look Ahead's participation in challenge and community events
* Lead on the financial administration of grants, working closely with the finance team to ensure spend is appropriately allocated, recorded and monitored
* Liaise with operations colleagues and funders to ensure grant funding is spent compliantly and in line with agreed budgets and outcomes
* Monitor and report on funded activity, ensuring funder requirements and deadlines are met
* Lead on communicating fundraising impact, outcomes, successes and stories, working with communications colleagues

About you:
You will be highly organised, confident working with budgets and multiple stakeholders, and motivated by social impact.
You will have a minimum of 2-3 years working in fundraising, social value or bid writing.
You'll have experience in fundraising, grants, partnerships or social value delivery, with strong research, writing and coordination skills, and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
You will be an excellent bid writer with the ability to translate service need and customer aspirations into compelling, winning bids.
You may have experience of raising funds for housing associations, social landlords or organisations that are not registered charities but have charitable status or are community interest companies.
This role would suit someone looking to step into a varied, impact focused position.

Oasis Hub Oldham is a local charity that is embedded in two communities in Oldham – Hollinwood and Leesbrook, where there are also four Oasis Academies. Our vision is for communities where everyone is included and no one is left out.
Key responsibilities
This is a key role as you will be responsible for strategic oversight of the local charity, ensuring the youth and community work is aligned to the the work of the academy, working alongside other local Oasis leaders such as the Academy Principal, volunteers and members of the local community to develop a joined up local vision for the community.
Some of the specific duties of this role include:
· Establishment and coordination of a range of provision such as family support, youth work, holiday clubs, volunteering and community empowerment projects.
· Maintaining and building supportive working partnerships across the community and various groups.
· Leading policy and process oversight.
· Planning, resourcing and coordinating the community plan, measuring impact.
· Strengthening the local Oasis Movement.
About you
This is very much a relational and project management role. As such, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
· A strategic mindset, and experience of leading community delivery and growing projects.
· Innovative use of resources and budget management to maximise funding, with a track record of securing income.
· A thorough knowledge and understanding community work.
· An education to degree level or equivalent and /or relevant professional qualification.

We are seeking a collaborative and creative Director who is rigorous, centres care and supports people to flourish, to lead our brand new Playhouse Ensembles strand within Playhouse Connect's exciting new chapter.
The Playhouse Ensembles Director will be responsible for leading 10 ensembles in total, including:
The role holder will take a strategic oversight to the work of the various ensembles and work with freelancers to deliver the sessions. Within this role, you will direct two of the ensembles yourself and manage freelance artists to lead the other ensembles.
The work you enable to happen will respond to the Leeds Playhouse mission and programme, the priorities of our key partners and the emerging needs of the city. Therefore, you will work closely with our Artistic team to ensure the work of the ensembles are in line with the organisation’s overall artistic vision.
This is a full-time, permanent contract of 35 hours a week, with working pattern to be discussed with your manager. Pay for the role is £32,000 per year.
