RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fundraising Delivery
· Deliver challenge and community fundraising campaigns and events that achieve agreed income and participation targets.
· Support the Community & Challenge Events Manager with the delivery and stewardship of Back Up's London Marathon programme, taking ownership of agreed areas of delivery.

Person specification
Demonstrable experience of setting up a corporate fundraising programme, with a track record of securing five-figure+ relationships and raising income to target.
Knowledge and/or experience of a wide range of corporate income streams, from strategic partnerships and sponsorships, to cause-related marketing, employee engagement, gifts in kind, etc.
Strong commercial awareness, with ability to identify and prioritise high-value opportunities.
Proactivity and assertiveness, with the ability to recognise and act on new opportunities, along with the tenacity to secure meetings.
Experience of building a portfolio of corporate sector prospects and managing a pipeline of opportunities. Ideally with experience of using Salesforce (or another CRM system) to manage pipelines, track performance, and report on outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, negotiating and influencing to achieve successful outcomes.

Who you’ll work with: Your line manager will be the Head of Fundraising. There is also a full-time Fundraising Officer in the team who will provide some support for this role. The postholder should expect to work regularly with the CEO and wider leadership team. Fundraising sits within Voice 21’s Operations Directorate.
Where you’ll work: All Voice 21 staff work remotely and this is a home-based role, with some travel expected to our London office (near Victoria station) and elsewhere for meetings. Occasional overnight stays may be required. Voice 21 pays all travel and accommodation expenses.

No one enjoys medical procedures, least of all children. From facing everyday vaccinations to the most serious of surgeries and chronic conditions, all children experience varying degrees of apprehension and fear. Feeling scared, powerless, or anxious in healthcare settings doesn’t just trigger a child’s emotions; it can create traumas that impact treatment success and that can have a life-long impact. Role Overview
Starlight has a long and successful track record of delivering high-profile, high-value special events, including the prestigious Blenheim Ball, Newbury Race Day, and until recently, the Highclere Clay Pigeon Shoot. These events are supported by influential committees and have played a critical role in raising income, stewarding donors and connecting supporters with our purpose.
With a gap in our Philanthropy team and maternity cover needed until around May next year, this 9-month fixed-term role exists to lead, develop and deliver Starlight’s flagship events at a senior level. Immediate responsibilities are for the Starlight Health Play Awards a key stewardship event in October; and the development of a Royal Palace Event to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of Starlight likely to be in November. There is also the opportunity to shape the Starlight Event Strategy, with the development of a new event building on the success of our Newbury Race Days and the development of our biennial activity with the Blenheim Ball Committee.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Royal Ballet School is a global centre for performance excellence. As an integral member of the Development Team, the Development Manager will support the growth of our trust and foundation partnerships to fund a number of our core annual programme areas (Student Bursaries, Healthcare, Facilities etc) as well as new projects. The Innovation Manager supports the Director of Innovation to execute core parts of the innovation strategy by embedding improved delivery practices and test-and-learn capabilities across Impact on Urban Health and, where relevant, the wider Foundation, overseeing a priority set of cross-IoUH and within-programme innovation projects.
At Impact on Urban Health, we are building a portfolio of programmes that demonstrate the power of long-term approaches to complex health issues in urban environments. We focus our efforts on the London boroughs of Lambeth and Southwark, working in partnership with residents, local and national government, and community and private sector partners to improve the health of local residents. By doing this, we aim to influence others in the UK and internationally to create better health. The programmes focus on children’s health and food, financial foundations for adult health, the health effects of air pollution, and children’s mental health; and are all at different stages of development.
A Portfolio Manager builds part of a programme strategy, co-develops projects with partners, makes recommendations for funding these projects, and proactively manages the end-to-end partnership and funding lifecycle. This is a supported process, with lots of input and ideas shared across the team as the Portfolio Managers shape their projects. We fund and support pioneering early-career scientists around the world, giving them the tools, mentoring and Formula 1-inspired mindset to accelerate breakthroughs. Purpose of the role
Race Against Dementia is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Senior Partnerships Officer to support the delivery of our ambitious fundraising strategy. You will play a key role in managing and developing partnerships that generate income and increase global awareness of our work.
Working closely with the Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will support the stewardship and growth of corporate and strategic partnerships, with an additional focus on international fundraising and partnership development. We are seeking an experienced counsellor/therapist to manage the Sexual Health Counselling Service, managing a small team of counsellors, trainees and volunteers.
The role will involve line management responsibilities for counsellors on the service, as well as for a young people’s counsellor; and overseeing up 2-4 trainee/volunteer placements, supporting their development and liaising with training institutes.

Role Purpose
