FitzRoy is looking for a proactive and driven Oliver McGowan Programme & Training Coordination Manager to develop, coordinate and grow our external Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training offer.
Using your excellent relationship-building skills, you will develop partnerships with commissioners and other organisations and identify strategies to help more customers access our training. You'll build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring they receive an excellent experience from initial enquiry through to training delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a newly created role, identify new opportunities, improve the way we work and lead our Training Support Team in coordinating all of FitzRoy's training, while helping us reach more organisations and increase the impact of our Oliver McGowan programme.

The Role

The Data Management Officer will mainly be responsible for managing and developing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supporter data. Since we were formed in 1983, we have helped to improve the education experience of thousands of children and young people across England. We do this by providing free and independent legal advice and casework support for families, undertaking policy work and delivering training on the SEND legal framework.

We are seeking a Policy Manager to lead IPSEA's policy and influencing work to achieve positive change for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Head of Legal and Training, trustees and colleagues across the organisation, you will set strategic policy priorities and develop evidence-based influencing plans that support IPSEA's mission and long-term objectives.
Drawing on insights from our advice and tribunal services, legal expertise and the experiences of families, you will identify systemic issues within the SEND system and develop policy solutions that improve children and young people's access to the support and education to which they are entitled. You will ensure that IPSEA's policy positions are credible, legally robust and informed by the lived experiences of those we support.
You will lead IPSEA's engagement with government, Parliament and other key decision-makers, identifying opportunities to influence legislation, policy and practice at both national and local level. This includes overseeing responses to consultations, parliamentary inquiries and calls for evidence, as well as preparing briefings and strategic advice to support senior-level engagement and advocacy.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across legal, communications, fundraising and training teams, you will ensure IPSEA's policy, campaigning and public affairs activities are aligned and maximise the organisation's impact. You will also monitor developments across the political, legal and policy landscape, helping IPSEA respond proactively to emerging opportunities and challenges affecting the rights of children and young people with SEND.

Who are we looking for?
You will have significant experience in a senior policy and campaigning/public affairs role and have good knowledge of local and national government structure including the legislative process.

Your research and critical thinking skills enable you to analyse policy and data to produce relevant reports and position papers. You have experience of drafting organisation responses to government consultations and parliamentary calls for evidence.

As Senior Bids and Proposals Manager, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for securing public sector contracts and grant funding that enable Catch22 to deliver life-changing services. As part of the Business Development leadership team, you will inspire excellence across our bidding function, building capability, driving continuous improvement, and supporting your team to develop winning bids and proposals that deliver Catch22's mission.

· At least three years' end-to-end bid management experience, with a track record securing large-scale (>£1-million) public sector contracts and grant funding.
· Strong understanding of public sector procurement, commissioning processes and the grant funding landscape.
· Strong commercial acumen, with experience in service design, financial and volumes modelling, and translating operational expertise into competitive, deliverable solutions.
· Strong project management skills, supported by a degree or project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2), or equivalent professional experience.
· Strong bid governance and quality assurance experience, with the ability to develop, review and improve high-scoring responses against specifications and evaluation criteria.
· Experience managing complex stakeholder environments, including securing internal senior buy-in and developing external partnerships that strengthen bid outcomes.

War on Want is a radical charity working in solidarity with grassroots movements and organisations around the world to fight the root causes of poverty, inequality and injustice. We campaign against corporate power, economic exploitation and systems of oppression that drive poverty and human rights violations.
We are seeking a consultant with significant experience in partnership-building, programme design and development and resource mobilisation to support the growth of our international partnerships and movement-building work.
Working with War on Want staff and our existing partners, the Consultant will identify opportunities for collaboration with labour, feminist and social movement organisations in the Global South (primarily South Asia and Africa). As a Technical Project Manager, you'll lead the technical delivery of a portfolio of capital sports infrastructure projects, supporting applicants from the earliest design stages through procurement, construction and project completion.
Managing an annual portfolio of projects, you'll work closely with local authorities, football clubs, schools, consultants and contractors to ensure facilities are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest technical standards. The Major Donor Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of loyal and committed supporters, managing relationships with individuals giving at the five-figure level and above. This is a highly relational fundraising role, ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections, understanding what motivates donors and creating inspiring opportunities for transformational giving.
