Job summary
It’s an exciting time to join Whizz Kidz as we embark on an ambitious organisational strategy for the next three years. Major Gifts fundraising is relatively new to the charity and has seen great success in the last year, bringing on many new major donors and a growing prospect pipeline. This new role will work closely with the Head of Major Gifts and Special Events to identify, cultivate and steward long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals to secure income for the charity.
The role will focus on growing the number of major donors to Whizz Kidz, helping to deliver sustainable, multi-year income in support of our strategy. To achieve this, you will take a proactive, relationship-led approach to manage your own portfolio of donors as well as a prospect pipeline, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to develop compelling cases for support.

The person
You will have experience of developing and managing relationships with high-value donors and prospects, understand what motivates philanthropic giving and know how to successfully cultivate, solicit and steward major donors. You will be confident making financial asks, skilled at building strong relationships and able to adapt your approach to a wide range of individuals.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable stewarding donors and making financial asks. You will play an active role within the wider Fundraising and Communications team, contributing to a positive, collaborative culture, increasing brand awareness and unlocking vital income to create lasting change for young wheelchair users and their families.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract. The Young People’s Borough of Culture Marketing Manager will plan, manage and deliver the marketing and audience development campaigns for Hammersmith & Fulham’s Young People’s Borough of Culture programme.

The Head of Public Fundraising will lead the design and delivery of a mass audience fundraising strategy for The Children’s Trust. Role Requirements
- Develop, implement and monitor a fundraising strategy across all public fundraising areas aligned to the voluntary income strategy.
- Working with the Director of Fundraising and Communications, set income and expenditure budgets, agreeing activities and initiatives to deliver these budgets ensuring. cost control regular forecasting and taking corrective action to achieve budgets.
- Establishing and monitoring KPIs and quality standards for the Public Fundraising team
- Review and build on The Children’s Trust supporter journey, ensuring that all supporter relationships are strengthened and that donors are engaged on many levels.
- Review and revise The Children’s Trust case for support, working with the Head of High Value Philanthropy to develop appeals and/or products relevant for different audiences.
- Using a donor centred approach, explore opportunities to maximise income growth and long-term relationship development.
- Work with Senior Events and Partnerships Manager and Senior Individual Giving Manager to strengthen relationships and cross-team working within the Public Fundraising team with a view to maximising supporter engagement and fundraising opportunities.
- Lead the team to create a supporter-focussed plan to refine assumptions around product offerings and audience needs.
- Using CRM principles, work with senior managers to optimise acquisition planning, and channels and campaigns within agreed budgets.
- Build and strengthen internal relationships across the organisation to co-produce fundraising propositions and ensure that budget relieving, organisational priorities are at the centre of all fundraising relationships.

Help tackle child food insecurity by working directly with schools, building relationships, capturing impact, and supporting community fundraising that drives real change.
This is an opportunity to join a growing charity at a pivotal moment and play a key role in expanding a national programme supporting children and families across the UK. This is one of the charity’s first two hires and is a hands-on role in a small team.
MCKS Charitable Foundation works with schools to provide pantry and breakfast support to families experiencing food insecurity. We currently support over 180 schools and are now scaling our work towards 500+ schools nationally.
We’re looking for a Schools, Community & Impact Manager to help us strengthen our relationships with schools, understand how our support is being used, and capture the stories and data that allow us to grow our impact.
This is a varied, outward-facing role where you’ll work directly with schools, build trusted relationships, and ensure we are delivering support in the most effective way possible.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll sit at the centre of the programme, working across schools, impact and community engagement.
You will:
- Build strong relationships with schools and act as their main point of contact
- Support new schools joining the programme and help them get set up effectively

About you
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in a busy supporter care environment, working to tight deadlines
- Experience of writing donor correspondence and creating data capture guidance
- Proven experience of supporter care campaign management including creating clear processes and flow charts and managing, negotiating and liaising with suppliers.

This senior leadership position is responsible for managing and overseeing OTR’s Voice Services which include our Advocacy and Independent Visiting (IV) Service, Participation Service, LGBTQ+ Service, and our CAMHS Link Work Service. Working pattern and location
This role is based at our office in central Bath, which is very close to Bath Spa train station and Bath central bus station. The post holder will be based in a shared office with access to meeting rooms.

About the Role
The primary role of a Family Support Worker is to provide effective, efficient, and supportive service to children and their mothers residing in refuge with Solace Women’s Aid. The staff member will lead on the development of a child and family-centered approach to work in the refuge. In so doing, they will:
- Develop and deliver a range of trauma-informed services to children and young people (0-16 years) and their mothers within the refuge and when they are resettled into the community

At Basecamp Adventure Trust, we empower vulnerable young people from West Yorkshire to thrive through unique, long-term programmes which harness outdoor adventure as a powerful vehicle for personal transformation. Through a combination of skills workshops, exhilarating adventure trips and a deeply relational approach, we challenge, celebrate and inspire young people to discover a newfound sense of confidence, resilience and self-belief, and to explore new possibilities for themselves. Our programmes are intensive, sustained and individualised to make a lasting positive difference on the young people we work with so they can lead happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.
This role demands a unique combination of skills. You’ll be a capable Programme Manager (or at the very least an aspiring one with a strong desire to step up from your current youth experience), with an understanding of the role outdoor adventure can have in supporting health and wellbeing and underpinning personal development.

The Role
Programme Manager (~35% of the role) – We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable Programme Manager who can lead the delivery of our Core Programme, having the ability to directly work with young people, lead a team, have an acute eye for detail and organisation and a creative, dynamic approach to problem-solving. The Programme Manager role takes up around 80 days a year, with the days being weighted unevenly across the months of the year.
Events Coordinator (~65% of the role) – We are looking for a driven and creative Events Coordinator who will help us create a Basecamp calendar of external events, which will support our fundraising goals and bring a large and diverse audience to our work. Programme Manager Roles and Responsibilities
Acting as the key point of contact to organise, deliver and oversee the Basecamp Core Programme to 1 cohort of young people, including managing residential trips, school workshops and other supporting sessions throughout the year’s programme (e.g. Taster Days, Graduation etc) (September - June).

More about the role:As Fundraising & Communications Manager you will plan and deliver two organisation-wide appeals each year, with a combined income target of £300,000. You will own and grow our monthly donor programme, developing email journeys, digital content and supporter pathways that build a sustainable income stream. Alongside this, you will lead the creation of high-quality fundraising communications - from donor updates and impact stories to campaign collateral and web content - ensuring all storytelling is ethical, warm and true to who we are.
Location : Jamie's Farm Bath (HQ) preferred but other Jamie’s Farm locations considered
About you:We are looking for someone with proven experience delivering multi-channel fundraising appeals and growing an individual giving or monthly donor programme. You will be an exceptional copywriter, able to communicate impact with clarity and warmth, and someone who understands the importance of representing young people responsibly and with dignity.
A confident project manager, you are highly organised and able to juggle multiple deadlines, coordinate stakeholders and keep campaigns on track. You are comfortable using data and insight to optimise performance, and you bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do.
