Job description

Be part of a global movement creating fairer trade and building a better future for people, planet and pay.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Education Programmes Lead to inspire the next generation of changemakers through Fairtrade Foundation’s schools, university and youth engagement programmes. You'll lead the design and delivery of impactful education programmes, build partnerships with schools, universities and youth organisations, and secure funding to grow Fairtrade Foundation’s reach and influence among young people.

About you

You'll have experience developing education or youth engagement programmes, building strong external partnerships and securing funding opportunities. You'll be passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and committed to equity, inclusion and anti-racist practice.

Why join us?

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape Fairtrade Foundation’s future movement-building work and empower young people to take action on trade justice, sustainability and global citizenship.

Equity, Diversity & Inclusion

We're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive, and we warmly welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and ages, especially those underrepresented in our sector, including Black, Asian and other ethnic minority communities, disabled people, people of faith, and LGBTQ+ people.

Ready to help create a great workplace while contributing to a fairer world? We'd love to hear from you
