The Role:

As a Patient Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be the key point of contact for potential cell donors, managing every detail of the donor journey. You’ll collaborate with international registries, healthcare professionals, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and unparalleled donor care.

Main responsibilities:

• Notify and educate potential donors who have been identified as matches for patients.

Team: National Cycle Network

As the NCN Portfolio Support Coordinator, you will provide support across the National Cycle Network directorate, helping to maximise efficiency in programme delivery, data management and internal communication. You’ll work closely with the component teams of the NCN Directorate and provide direct portfolio support to the Director, complementing the functions of the Delivery Coordination Office and the Planning, Governance and Assurance Directorate.

About Adolescent Health Study

The Adolescent Health Study (AHS) is an ambitious new UKRI-funded initiative to establish a prospective, longitudinal population study that will generate a globally leading open science data platform and research resource. AHS aims to recruit at least 100,000 young people from across the UK and to follow their mental and physical health and wellbeing over at least 10 years. It plans to collect data through questions and measures; to obtain bio-samples for a wide range of genomic and other high-throughput assays; and to capture linked data relevant to health and wellbeing from participants’ health, education and other administrative records. There will be a strong emphasis on engaging with and involving young people, schools, parents and other relevant stakeholders in the design and delivery of the study, as well as on including young people that represent as wide as possible a range of backgrounds, experiences and characteristics. AHS will focus on enabling a wide range of research, including studies of the critical biological and social developments that occur during the transition from childhood to adulthood and the determinants of both mental and physical health and wellbeing in adolescents and young adults.

Purpose of the post

The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in providing administrative, coordination and financial support across AHS. The role focuses on managing core systems, inboxes and documents, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and compliant. Acting as a central point for organisation, the postholder will coordinate meetings, support teams with routine administrative tasks, and contribute to smooth financial processes. They will help maintain effective workflows in a virtual environment, escalating issues as needed to keep daily operations running efficiently.

Main responsibilities

Administration and Systems Management

• Manage AHS central inbox(es) and escalate matters to the Business Administrator and Business Manager as appropriate
• Provide day-to-day administrative support including preparing, filing, archiving and retrieving documents
•  Manage and update shared digital platforms, databases and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage administrative functions such as task tracking in a fully virtual environment

Team Coordination and Support

• Coordinate meetings and workshops, including scheduling and logistics, for AHS team members and external parties as required
• Provide key administrative support during meetings, including business and study meeting minutes as required

Finance Delivery and Support

• Manage the AHS finance inbox, directing queries and escalating issues as needed
• Support invoice processing, including maintaining accurate records
• Prepare payment requests and documentation in line with internal processes
• Maintain up-to-date financial administration files across shared systems

Operational Delivery and Implementation

• Provide hands-on support to teams and managers in rolling out new tools, systems and operational processes that are critical for the success of the longitudinal study
• Support the smooth, day-to-day running of business operations, ensuring tasks and processes are completed efficiently
• Identify operational issues or bottlenecks, propose practical solutions where appropriate, and escalate matters to the Business Administrator and Business Manager

Knowledge, skills and experience

Essential criteria

• Experience of working in a health and/or data research environment
• Qualified to A level or vocational qualifications, or equivalent, plus some experience in a relevant role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software
• Able to manage information electronically through databases and spreadsheets
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the proven ability to prioritise and, at times under pressure, produce accurate work to deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to take ownership of problems and find solutions
• Understanding and experience of using finance systems (e.g. Sage)

In this role, you will collaborate closely with partners, participants, and a team of skilled facilitators to coordinate programme planning, logistics and successful delivery, ensuring a high quality experience for all involved.

The key responsibilities of the role are to:

• Lead day-to-day programme coordination, ensuring milestones are met, project plans remain live and up to date, and risks or delays are proactively identified, communicated, and mitigated to support timely delivery.

• Act as the key operational contact for the programme, coordinating task allocation and communications with the programmes team, steering group, and wider stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality information flow aligned with project milestones.

• Coordinate monitoring and evaluation schedules and data collection.

• Coordinate steering group meetings.

• Coordinate communications and agreements with facilitators, programme contributors, partners and venues.

• Coordinate participant recruitment processes, working closely with the Programmes Administrator to ensure smooth application, selection, and onboarding in line with project milestones.

• Support the Director of Programmes in moderating applications and conducting applicant interviews.

• Assess learner needs and coordinate learning and accessibility adjustments in collaboration with the Director of Programmes; hold meetings or calls with participants and facilitators to understand additional needs and ensure a positive programme experience, and liaise with relevant colleagues on implications for delivery.

• Coordinate logistics for both in-person and online programme sessions.

• Monitor the safeguarding inbox and liaise with the Director of Programmes, Safeguarding Lead, and facilitators to agree and implement appropriate follow-up actions.

• Support logistics and administration for facilitator training and development sessions.

• Monitor and track the programme budget, support financial reporting, and collaborate with the Director of Programmes to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Conduct desktop research in line with the location decision framework when establishing locations for future programmes.

• Coordinate and respond to participant communications, working in collaboration with the Programmes Administrator and Director of Programmes.

• Work with the Marketing team to provide regular updates on programme progress, providing relevant programme information to support marketing and promotional activities.

As the Training and Support Worker, you'll engage with schools, colleges, community settings and employers, delivering training, supporting implementation, and empowering neurodivergent young people into sustainable employment. You'll play a key role in developing the programme through partner insight and keeping up with best practice in workplace neuroinclusion.

An established professional membership organisation is looking for a Senior Services Coordinator to support the delivery and development of a portfolio of member services. This role offers the opportunity to combine service management, stakeholder engagement and business development while leading a small team of two.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement of  3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

The Role

Working closely with the Head of Services, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of services provided to members and partner organisations, ensuring they operate efficiently, deliver value and continue to evolve to meet member needs. Event & Engagement Coordinator 

Remote based in North West England. Please note, the role requires working one day a week in Manchester. 

Fixed term contract: initially 12 months with potential to extend.

Job Purpose: 

To plan, coordinate, and deliver a range of local events across North West England, ensuring each event is well-organised, inclusive, and engaging for local communities. The Local Event Coordinator will collaborate closely with partners, local authorities, suppliers, volunteers, and members to deliver high-quality, unique and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and manage logistics for a variety of local member events, making sure all events are accessible and attractive to both existing and potential members. 

• Liaise with relevant external and internal contacts such as venues, suppliers, CSSC’s ticketing platform, Head Office departments, and volunteers. 

• Complete all relevant compliance work such as risk assessments and public liability checks. 

• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring value for money and accurate financial tracking. 

• Promote events via social media, email campaigns, posters, and local press in collaboration with marketing teams. 

• Manage and grow the North West’s CSSC TikTok presence, including content planning, filming, editing, posting, and community engagement. 

• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithms, analytics, and best practices. 

• Create engaging, on-brand short-form video content tailored to target audiences. 

• Monitor performance metrics and use insights to optimise content strategy and increase reach and engagement. 

• Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates. 

• Show a genuine interest in communications, digital marketing, and social media strategy. 

• Oversee event setup and breakdown where applicable, managing on-site logistics and resolving any issues on the day. 

• Recruit and coordinate volunteers to assist with events. 

• Evaluate event success through feedback, data collection, and post-event reporting. 

Key Skills & Experience: 

Essential: 

• Proven experience in planning and delivering events. 

• Strong organisational and time-management skills. 

• Ability to manage budgets and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. 

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required. 

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region. 

• Ability to analyse member insights to inform event planning for CSSC members and to attract potential new members. 

• Work collaboratively with the Regional Team to develop and implement strategies aimed at supporting membership growth and ensure positive member experiences. 

• Build a rapport with CSSC volunteers and understand skillsets in order to correctly identify support necessary for events. 

• Confident in using IT systems and ticketing platforms to effectively promote events across appropriate channels. 

• Supporting Regional Hub Manager with member and volunteer engagement events 

• Experience with processes 

Desirable: 

• Experience working with community groups, charities, membership organisations or not for profits. 

• Knowledge of health and safety and safeguarding procedures. 

• Familiarity with marketing or PR for events. 

• First Aid or event safety training.
