About the role
We’re looking for a highly numerate, well-organised person to support our finance and operations functions, being vital to the smooth and effective running of the organisation and contributing to some client projects.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role of Marketing and Communications Coordinator is to provide support in ensuring the
local community is kept informed about Matrix and its projects, as well as engaged in

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
External Communication
● In collaboration with the CEO, write, edit and coordinate the production and delivery of

● Plan, prepare and coordinate communication with Matrix donors, supporter Churches
and the wider public.
● Create, plan and schedule posts across all Matrix social media channels.

Core Purpose
The Wish Assist Coordinator is responsible for the facilitation and delivery of wishes on behalf of Make-A-Wish UK’s international affiliates, ensuring that each wish experience is unique to the child / young person, creating magical experiences for them to cherish. The Wish Assist Coordinator is responsible for the facilitation and management of a large network of relationships primarily Make-A-Wish affiliates, partners and suppliers, but also the wish child and their family.
Key Responsibilities:
Wish Assist Delivery
- Manage and oversee a caseload of 70+ wishes, per annum.
- Work with our affiliates, suppliers, and volunteers to develop detailed event plans and facilitate bespoke wish experiences in line with the affiliate’s wish journey processes for international wish children.
- Manage and oversee 30+ RUSH wishes per annum
- Work with UK wish families to develop detailed event plans and facilitate bespoke wish experiences for UK based wish children with a short prognosis
- Prioritise workload effectively considering requirements for each wish and time difference between collaborating affiliates.
- Coordinate all required logistical aspects of the wish events, including transportation, accommodations, and medical equipment.
- Manage contracts, payments, and schedules with all third-party providers.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and legal requirements.
- Manage and oversee each wish to work within the individual specified budget with accuracy and care.

Wish Assist Additional Responsibilities
- Support the Wishgranting Wish Assist Manager with wish forecasting and planning for Wish Assist wishes.
- Upload new Wish Assist requests to our Salesforce CRM system and keep accurate admin and data entry for efficient record keeping and communication between stakeholders in the wish.
- Ensuring all wish records and related data are stored and maintained on Make-A-Wish Information Systems and that all data is managed within set policies and procedures.
- Partake in regular forums regarding Wish Assist delivery with Make-A-Wish International and international colleagues to ensure best practice.
Safeguarding and Data Governance
- Ensure compliance with the organisation’s safeguarding policies.
- Complete mandatory safeguarding training and refreshers, as required.
- Promptly report any concerns or incidents regarding the safety and welfare of participants, particularly children and vulnerable adults, to the Designated Safeguarding Officer.

Working Pattern:18 hours per week with ad hoc requirement to attend weekend and evening events with TOIL given for these.
Must be able to work at CASPA's office on Mondays or Tuesdays with hybrid-working flexibility for remaining hours.

The two regional roles currently available are fundamental to the delivery of the third phase of the Seed Sovereignty Programme across southern and western England.
Working alongside the north east based England Lead, each role involves supporting seed networks across a dedicated region (southern or west of England- see regional map) through training, mentoring, and routes to market, as well as engaging with a range of groups and individuals through events, workshops and talks. The role involves collaborating with the rest of the Seed Sovereignty Programme team remotely to share best practices and develop the delivery of the work nationally.
Key Responsibilities for the role:
Seed knowledge: Understanding agroecology, small-scale seed production, seed sovereignty, and open-pollinated varieties.
· Has a good understanding of seed saving and agroecological seed systems.
· Supports outreach and communications to share knowledge on seed saving and agroecological seed systems.
· Assists in the identification and development of new regional opportunities.
Collaboration: Building strong, respectful relationships.
· Works closely with the Regional Leads and Coordinators through team meetings, working groups and collaborative projects to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
· Is the “go to” person for enquiries regarding activities within the region.
· Builds and maintains strong relationships with regional network partners.
· Develops new collaborations opportunities within the network and beyond it where strategically appropriate.
Training & Facilitation: delivering training sessions (in-person and online) for diverse groups.
· Supports the design, organisation, and delivery of training sessions and workshops (both in-person and online) for diverse participants at a range of levels.
· Assists with the coordination of regional training logistics and participant engagement.
Project Coordination: supporting events, and multi-stakeholder projects across regions.
· Works with the Programme team to deliver the bi-annual Seed Gathering and Seed TV webinars.
· Actively takes part in regional initiatives such as variety trials, mentoring programmes, seed production projects, and collaborative networking events.
· Liases with partners and participants to track progress and maintain project momentum.
Monitoring & Reporting: Collecting and presenting data.
· Monitor and track progress for the region in order to inform learning, evaluate success and report to funders.
Communication
· Confident with social media, websites and online working platforms in order to communicate the work and engage with the network effectively.
· A confident writer who can capture and express stories from the work and network in a variety of mediums, from blogs to social media posts to narrative funding reports.

The role involves Coordinating a large team of committed Volunteers and Line Managing Staff members and organising our large Central Klub, as well as assemblies in Schools. A Rocha UK is the only national Christian conservation charity in the UK. Our mission is to mobilise Christians and churches to care for the natural world. Working closely with a Steering Group of senior staff and expert volunteers, you’ll coordinate the modular Christian Environmental Mobilisers (CEMs) course, from helping refine course modules, liaising with expert contributors and ensuring course promotion through A Rocha’s communications, to managing participant registration, scheduling online learning sessions, and helping evaluate impact. The role will report to Andy Atkins, CEO of A Rocha UK and an experienced campaigner and mobiliser.

Student Basic Needs Coordinator

The role
This role is part of the Community, Advice & Support department working collectively with colleagues delivering the Guild’s students advice, community engagement, and students wellbeing and lifestyle campaigns and activities. The Community, Advice & Support department is part of the Community & Representation Directorate.
The role is required:
- To deliver Cost-of-Living projects and initiatives, with a particular focus on basic needs, money/finance matters. This includes undertaking the duties required for the setup and takedown of events, activities, and provisions.
- To empower students to effectively manage their finances, studies, health and wellbeing.
- To work collaboratively with Guild and University colleagues, administrating Hardship funds and assisting students in understanding and accessing these.
Success in the role will require a highly student and customer focused approach together with an emphasis on teamwork. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a positive ambassador for the Guild and facilitating under-represented groups to find a comfortable place here. Supporting a culture of ambitious targets and evaluation and promoting a positive team spirit are also key
