In order to realise this ambition, we need to increase our fundraised income and develop our expertise in different areas of fundraising.

Through this new role, you’ll proactively create and grow fundraising income opportunities with individuals and regular donors. You’ll be at the heart of our local community, bringing our cause to life and fostering excellent, lasting, personalised relationships with our donors.

Prospectus is excited to be working with the our client to help them recruit for a Trust and Foundations Manager to join their UK team. The foundation is a UK-based microfinance charity that gives small loans and business training to women in Malawi, Zimbabwe and Zambia. They envision a world where people living in poverty have the opportunity to build sustainable and better lives for themselves and their families. They provide women in sub-Saharan Africa with financial services, business training, mentoring, and ongoing support.

This is an exciting time to join the foundation as they embark on a phase of major organisational growth. In 2026, they are launching a capital campaign to expand their outreach from serving 150,000 women each year to 1 million women annually.

The role is offered on a permanent full-time basis with a salary between £40,000 to £45,000 per annum with flexible hybrid working options between home and their London office.  

The Trust and Foundations Manager is responsible for securing significant grant income from trusts, foundations, and institutional funders in the UK and internationally. The role leads on developing and managing a high-value funding pipeline, securing five  and six figure grants, and building strong, long-term funder relationships. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Communications, they will work closely with colleagues in London and across sub-Saharan Africa to develop compelling proposals, budgets, and reports. The role includes line management responsibility for one fundraising team member.

They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in securing significant grants (five or six figure gifts) from trusts, foundations, and institutional funders. They are looking for a candidate with demonstrable experience in writing successful grant applications and bids, with a portfolio of high-value awards. The ideal candidate will have an interest in international development and the work of MicroLoan Foundation.

The Role
Donorfy Maintenance and Development
Enter supporter data into the database accurately and in a timely manner using Donorfy integrations or import tools
Liaise with internal and external contacts to agree schedules and formats for all regular financial and fundraising imports. Maintain relationships with solution providers and other related parties.
Day to day responsibility for data imports, data validation and data cleaning, to ensure accuracy of supporter information
Data Analysis & Reporting
In collaboration with colleagues across fundraising and marketing, identify areas for regular reporting to add value to existing processes and procedures and ensure these reports are delivered to schedule.

The Candidate
Experience of administering and maintaining a supporter database and developing the database to improve functionality across all areas of fundraising.
Experience extracting data from a CRM based on complex inclusion and exclusion criteria, A good understanding of segmentation and the effective use of supporter data for campaign purposes.
Good knowledge and experience of using a fundraising database for reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of GDPR and Fundraising Code of Practice as they relate to direct marketing and able to appropriately raise areas of non-compliance.
Proven ability to manage relationships with third party suppliers including fundraising platforms and mailing and fulfilment houses.
A good understanding of fundraising and how the effective use of data can drive supporter engagement and income growth.
Excellent lT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and CRM like Donorfy

About the Role

Last year Smart Works Leeds hit an important milestone when they supported over 1000 women with their coaching and dressing service. Over the next 12 months and beyond, there are plans to grow the service even further and ensure that all unemployed women located in Yorkshire are aware of the transformative service available to them at Smart Works.

The Fundraising and Partnership Lead will focus on the corporate and stakeholder partnership fundraising activity, supporting the Head of Fundraising to generate a six‑figure annual income portfolio. The role involves identifying, approaching and converting new corporate prospects into engaged funding partners aligned with the charity’s cause and objectives.

They will work with the Fundraising team and the Board of Trustees to deliver the fundraising strategy, activity plan and support the organisation’s long‑term sustainability.

The Individual Major Gifts programme is a core part of this, driving income from high-value supporters including high-net-worth individuals and family foundations. We are now seeking a Head of Major Gifts (Individuals) to lead this important area. Reporting to the Deputy Fundraising Director, Key Relationships, you will jointly lead the major gifts function alongside the Head of Major Gifts (Trusts & Foundations), combining strategic leadership with hands-on fundraising. You will jointly lead a team of Major Gifts specialists while personally managing a portfolio of the organisation’s most significant donors, securing six- and seven-figure gifts. You will also lead Greenpeace UK’s contribution to a high-profile global capital campaign to raise €100 million, helping fund a pioneering fossil fuel–free ship and accelerate climate and biodiversity work.

As Head of Major Gifts (Individuals), you will:

• Develop and deliver the major gifts strategy, driving ambitious income growth aligned to UK and global priorities
• Lead Greenpeace UK’s contribution to the €100M Global Capital Campaign, translating global strategy into UK delivery
• Personally cultivate and secure transformational gifts from high-net-worth individuals
• Line manage the Major Gifts Manager and wider team alongside the Head of Trusts & Foundations, creating a high-performing, collaborative and values-led culture

• Experience of managing budgets and meeting ambitious financial targets.

About the role

As Senior Business Intelligence Manager, you’ll be the strategic analytical lead for Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement. You’ll shape how we understand our fundraising pipeline, portfolio and performance; spotting trends, surfacing opportunities, and helping senior colleagues make smarter, faster decisions. Reporting to the Head of Prospect Development and Business Intelligence, you’ll lead the design and delivery of advanced analytical work, from predictive models to interactive Power BI dashboards used across the organisation to support strategic decisions.

We’re looking for someone who knows how to think with data, not just crunch it, bringing sound judgement, proportionality and clarity to every analysis.

You’ll provide BI leadership across the function, managing the Prospect Insight Manager and setting the standard for technical excellence across the team.

This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.

P&A has a hybrid working approach, with a minimum of 40% of time in the office. Typically, this equates to two days per week, but we’re very happy for colleagues to be in more frequently if they so wish.

About You

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience:

Essential criteria

1. Technical proficiency in SQL for data extraction and a formula language such as DAX for complex Power BI measures

2. Experience in data mining and predictive modelling (e.g., propensity scoring or likelihood analysis)

3. Ability to identify and interpret trends across pipeline, portfolio, pool, and performance to drive growth

4. Ability to create data visualisations that translate complex metrics into clear, compelling narratives for non‑technical audiences

5. A track record of taking broad business questions and designing the analytical projects needed to answer them

Job Purpose:

The post’s primary focus is to provide specialist education advice primarily by telephone and email, to parent carers with disabled children in the UK. The post holder will be working on the Contact national helpline service. Service hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5pm.

Main Duties:

To respond professionally and with empathy to incoming calls, emails, web form and social media enquiries on SEND and related education issues.

To deal effectively with enquiries by offering specialist education advice, information and relevant signposting.

To provide, information and signposting on the wider concerns of families with disabled children including health and social care.

Purpose and scope

Are you looking for a policy role where you can make a difference? Our client is looking for a Senior Public Affairs and Policy Manager to grow their influence with government and in UK parliament to ensure the voice of physicians effectively influences the national policy agenda.

You’ll be part of the policy and campaigns team, responsible for ensuring they maintain its position as a credible, influential stakeholder in the eyes of government, NHS systems and their physician members.  

You’ll join the organisation just as it publishes a new strategy and decides new areas of policy focus. You’ll play a critical role in developing and delivering the public affairs strategy to ensure that the organisation is an effective advocate for its members.

You will lead and manage our public affairs work, designing and delivering influencing strategies and contributing your expertise to policy development and campaign planning for a range of policy issues. You’ll maintain a proactive awareness of issues within the UK health sector, politics and the media and identify opportunities for influencing and policy development. You will have demonstrable experience of developing and delivering successful influencing strategies, using a range of parliamentary influencing tactics to achieve policy change.

You will lead and manage the organisation’s stakeholder engagement. You will ensure we have the right relationships at the right level to achieve our influencing aims and maintain a network of contacts across the sector, in parliament, including political advisers, and the civil service.

You will be as comfortable speaking to parliamentarians and briefing senior leaders for meetings as you are writing consultation responses and policy briefings. You will be able to engage with the policy detail, while appreciating the bigger political picture and the organisation's place in it.

You’ll need a sharp eye for detail and be able to quickly and accurately interpret and communicate complex information. You will provide the president, senior officers and senior staff with public affairs advice, brief them for meetings and play an active role in engaging external stakeholders in NHS systems and the wider sector yourself.

The policy and campaigns team – which is part of the wider communications, policy and research directorate – is a fast paced, collaborative and innovative environment. You will help us shape our objectives and continuously improve how we work.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a proactive awareness of issues within the UK health sector, politics and the media and identifying opportunities for influencing and policy development
• Working proactively to identify opportunities for parliamentary engagement to grow the profile of the organisation.

• Managing a robust horizon scanning and political intelligence monitoring service to the senior officers, senior staff and the organisation as a whole.

Experience
