Business Development Lead. The award-winning Corporate Partnerships team secures and manages long-term, multi-million-pound partnerships, with major UK companies including easyJet, Unilever and Accenture. The Business Development function sits within the wider Corporate Partnerships team and is focused on building the new business pipeline, increasing the variety and volume of our partnerships, ensuring all relationships align with business objectives to deliver for the partner and for children. Reporting into the Head of Corporate Partnerships - Business Development, this role leads the team in developing strategic, long-term partnerships with UK-headquartered companies through building a proactive culture to growth. We have an exciting new opportunity to join Sovereign Network Group (SNG) as Finance Compliance Manager in our Rent Setting team. Based from our office in Wembley, you'll combine office and home working in line with our hybrid approach, with occasional travel to other sites as required.
The Role
Reporting to our Head of Rent Setting and Administration, you'll lead a specialist team responsible for ensuring full compliance with rent and service charge legislation, regulatory standards (including the rent standard and the leasehold and freehold reform act 2024), and internal policies across SNG's housing portfolio.
You'll be responsible for overseeing the accurate setting, reviewing and communication of rents and service charges, ensuring transparency, affordability and regulatory compliance, while supporting financial viability.
Key responsibilities include:
Ensuring compliance with national rent policy frameworks (EG Rent Standard 2020, RSH requirements) and relevant legislation (Housing Act 1985, Welfare Reform etc)
Owning the governance of rent and service charge policies, procedures and controls, ensuring they compliance and alignment to any changes in government regulations, as well as being clearly communicated and embedded in operational practice
Overseeing the annual rent and service charge setting and annual service charge actuals processes, including reviewing rent and service charge calculations, collating final rent and service charge data and updating systems with new charges.
Working with teams across Localities, Specialist Housing, Asset Management and Procurement to ensure accurate and timely setting of service charges and rent for both new and existing schemes and tenants
Identifying and managing rent and service charge compliance risks, ensuring material errors, regulatory breaches, or weak controls are escalated appropriately, remediation plans are delivered, lessons are learned and repeat failures are prevented
Owning the fair rent compliance framework, ensuring all fair rent accounts are maintained and updated, re-registrations are managed to schedule, successions are correctly monitored and recorded, and fair rent properties being re-let are promptly reclassified and charged in line with the Rent Standard and internal policies
Managing the Finance compliance team with a focus on articulating a clear vision, providing direction, and promoting a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
You'll be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or Qualified by Experience, with strong knowledge of rent setting and service charge processes within social housing. You'll also need:
In depth knowledge of UK rent legislation, regulatory frameworks and service charge principles affecting social housing (E.g. Rent Standard, Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024)
To be an experienced leader, skilled in developing high-performing teams and consistently maintaining high operational standards
Ability to take ownership and work independently whilst meeting tight organisational deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, demonstrating collaborative, cross-functional working relationships, including experience liaising with external stakeholders, e.g. auditors
Demonstrable experience with solving data quality issues and improving processes, including delivering key change initiatives in an organisation

Lead a pod in our long-running Floating Support service: hold the relationships, develop placement students, and stay close to the work.
At Likewise, the core of what we do is build meaningful one-to-one relationships with people who are finding life difficult, and use those relationships to help people feel supported and make change.
We're recruiting a Pod Leader to join our Floating Support team. As a Pod Leader, you are the person who holds that relationship with every client in your pod. You know them, stay alongside them over the long term, and are accountable for their support, even though many of the visits are carried out by the placement students you lead. You're the person who stays, while others come and go around the work.
You also play a big part in developing your students. Most arrive with no experience of this kind of work, and a lot of what makes a pod work well is the way you help them learn to do it.
Floating Support has been running for over twenty years. It's long-term, flexible support for adults in Camden, in sessions of around two hours, wherever works for the person. We reopened referrals in 2024, and the service is growing, which is part of why this role matters.
Likewise is a community-centred mental health and wellbeing charity based in Camden. Role Description
Working closely with colleagues and project partners, the Volunteer Manager will lead the recruitment, training, development and management of volunteers across the Cathedral and Abbey site as part of the Abbey of St Edmund Reborn project, funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund.
The postholder will develop and implement a comprehensive volunteering strategy, ensuring volunteers are recruited safely, supported effectively and equipped with the skills to deliver a wide range of roles. The role will promote an inclusive volunteering culture, strengthen partnerships and ensure volunteers make a meaningful contribution to the Cathedral, the Abbey site and the wider heritage project.
About Our Volunteers
Volunteers are at the heart of Cathedral life and make an invaluable contribution to worship, welcome, learning, heritage, visitor engagement and events. Current volunteer opportunities are wide and varied, including Bell Ringers, Guides, Flower Arrangers, Shop Volunteers, Learning Volunteers, Sunday Morning Coffee Volunteers, St Ed's Singers, Gardeners, Young Families Volunteers, Servers, Events Volunteers, Vergers and Welcome and Information Volunteers. The Deputy Fitness Centre Manager is a role that is largely based on site (80:20 split) and the post holder will work a minimum of 14 hours per week at front of house, leading delivery. We are looking for a confident, organised and relationship-focused fundraiser. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Patrons and Friends
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the Museum’s Patrons programme and Friends scheme, including renewals, administration, communications and coordination
- Build warm, credible relationships with Patrons, Friends and prospective supporters, acting as a key point of contact and ambassador for these schemes
- Drive recruitment, retention and ambitious income growth across Patrons and Friends, with a clear focus on expanding reach, increasing income and strengthening engagement

- Draft clear, engaging supporter communications, acknowledgement letters and fundraising messages that build affinity, loyalty and giving
c) Stewardship, events and supporter experience
- Support and lead cultivation, stewardship and fundraising events for Patrons, Friends and wider donors, drawing on the Museum’s public programme and tailored opportunities
- Help ensure every supporter interaction is well prepared, reflects the Museum’s values and leaves donors feeling valued, informed and connected to the Museum’s work
d) CRM (Beacon), administration and reporting
- Ensure Beacon supports effective fundraising by maintaining accurate, reliable and useful data
- Oversee the effective processing of donations, memberships, renewals and acknowledgements, ensuring a consistently high-quality supporter experience
- Use reports, lists and updates on income, renewals, activity and supporter engagement to strengthen planning, tracking and decision-making.
e) Wider Development contribution
- Contribute to wider fundraising activity where this supports team priorities, including trusts and foundations, events, corporate partnerships and other Development priorities as needed, offering useful personal development opportunities

This is an exciting time to join the organisation, as we are planning the refurbishment of our flagship 10-bedroom supported accommodation service alongside ongoing development of our wider accommodation portfolio.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant and effective operation of all facilities at York Road Project, which includes a 10-bedroom main site shelter and three additional properties comprising a further 14 beds. The role ensures all buildings are maintained to a high standard, remain fit for purpose, and meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Management
- The Facilities Manager monitors the delivery of maintenance activity across all sites, ensuring issues are escalated where standards, timescales or compliance requirements are not met.
- The role ensures all accommodation and premises are maintained to a high standard, remain fit for purpose, and operate safely and efficiently.
- The Facilities Manager reviews and improves facilities processes to enhance operational efficiency and ensure consistent delivery across all sites.
Health and Safety & Compliance
- Oversee Health and Safety compliance across all properties and service.
