About the role
The National Institute of Teaching is looking for an exceptional Head of Communications and Engagement to lead how we tell our story, build our reputation and deepen our relationships across the education sector. The role
The Finance Business Partner role works closely with other members of the Finance team and in particular business partnering with colleagues from Venue Sales and Development. Our Bank Support Worker roles are similar to our Support Workers roles, but they work on a more flexible, temporary basis – they are great way into the organisation and can be a stepping stone into other roles.

About the role

We are looking for two Young Women & Girls Advocates to join our Nest service team. The Nest service provides trauma informed, community-based support to young women and girls aged 14-25 at risk of entering or becoming entrenched in the Criminal Justice System.
Salary: £28,000- £32,000 pro rata
Location: Hammersmith, Finsbury Park and Stratford
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term until 30th September 2027

About the role:
In recognition of the distinct challenges facing young women and girls, Advance has joined Together Women to develop a specialist provision for young women and girls in the Nest programme.
The Nest Service is designed to enable young women and girls to escape harm and to thrive in their lives and aspirations, by supporting them to build confidence, self-esteem and resilience, manage their health and wellbeing and access and engage with other support services. In addition to dedicated advocacy support, they will be able to access a programme of prevention and awareness-raising groups and workshops run out of Advance Women’s Centres.
As an Advocate you will work one-to-one with each participant over an extended period. You will build trusted relationships and coordinate practical support across the areas that most affect young women’s stability and future prospects - including education, housing, health, employment and interaction with justice services.

We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Executive Assistant- 30 hours a week for an international social welfare charity dedicated to breaking the cycles of poverty and supporting people to develop lifelong skills. This role is to cover a four-month maternity leave period within the CEO's office. You will manage a complex diary and inbox, coordinate travel and meetings, maintain accurate systems, and support financial administration.
Hybrid working 1 or 2 days in their London office
The Role:
Manage the CEO's complex inbox and calendar; identify priorities and ensure timely follow-up
Coordinate domestic and international travel, detailed itineraries, and meeting logistics.
Record and distribute accurate, professionally formatted minutes to relevant internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
Manage credit card reconciliations, expense claims and reimbursement records accurately and promptly.
Maintain organised records across shared files, trackers, Salesforce and other CEO Office systems.
Support executive meetings, donor engagements and events, while handling all sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
The Candidate:
1-2 years of experience supporting a senior executive or leadership team.
Proven ability to manage complex scheduling, inboxes, travel and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal English, including the ability to draft polished correspondence and documents.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or another CRM is advantageous.
Strong administrative, record-keeping and financial reconciliation skills.
Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgement and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
Desirable (But Not Required)
A personal or professional connection to South Africa, or a strong understanding of the South African context.
