About the role
This is a fixed term role with a clear mission, created specifically to support Crisis’ CRM Transformation programme. We are migrating to a new CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics 365, underpinned by a Modern Data Platform, and the next nine to twelve months are critical as the new platform enters live operation. As Interim Business Systems Manager you will sit at the centre of this transition, collaborating with product owners, developers, suppliers and business stakeholders to make the handover from programme delivery to business-as-usual a success, equipping Crisis with impactful, sustainable systems for fundraising and engagement in support of our mission to end homelessness.
Coaching and developing our Product Owners will be at the heart of this role, helping them build the confidence and capability to own their backlogs, prioritise with clarity and bring well-formed decisions to the table, alongside embedding consistent, sustainable development practices across the team. You will also lead key transition deliverables, including the rebuild of Apteco FastStats so that marketing delivery remains robust and well-governed, and provide governance, oversight and transition planning for our Christmas systems cycle.
This role exists to support a defined period of transformation; it is offered on a fixed term basis, and decisions about how the team is shaped beyond the transition will be made as the programme concludes. Role Overview

About the role
The Finance & Operations Officer provides high-quality finance, operational and organisational support to ensure the effective day-to-day running of Woman's Trust. We are recruiting for a Deputy Service Manager who is passionate about supporting survivors who are impacted by domestic abuse. In this role you will provide line management and support to community-based staff who support survivors of domestic abuse across Derby City. This will include providing supervision on complex casework, overseeing operational emergencies and ensuring high standards of casework.
The Deputy service manager willjoin our management team toassist the service manager in the delivery and development of high-quality support to survivors accessing our community-based services in Derby City. In this role you will ensure the smoothrunning of high-quality service to support survivors of domestic abuse. This will include managing staff teams to ensure effective advocacy is provided to survivors who are at medium/standard risk and their children.
A key requirement is to provide personal welfare support and to ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive outreach service
Suitable candidates must have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support, and of managing case work. In addition, you must have experience of managing and motivating staff, knowledge of domestic abuse issues, experience of providing support to survivors, and experience of working in community-based services
As a member of the management team, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call service, on a rota basis, responding to out of hours emergencies.
