About the role
We’re looking for a senior digital marketing manager – email to jointly lead our team as part of a job share to deliver high performing email campaigns and automations to support the charity’s activity. Working closely together with the other senior digital marketing manager – email, you’ll work across large email projects and campaigns, support the team’s workload and priorities, and create processes to best support their success.
Line managing 2 digital marketing officer email roles, you’ll support their development and contribute to our email strategy together with the head of digital engagement.
Working with the senior manager, marketing and communications planning and measurement (owned earned shared paid channels) you’ll be a key part of shaping and ensuring consistency across all our channels.
About you
You’ll have substantial email experience and knowledge, being confident creating and optimizing complex automations alongside managing relationships with email platforms.

Location, hybrid working and salary range

Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homelessness services. MAIN PURPOSE:
The Philanthropy Manager will lead the development and delivery of Brainkind’s capital fundraising initiatives, cultivate and steward high-net-worth individuals, and grow strategic corporate partnerships.
The role will play a critical part in securing transformational gifts, building long-term philanthropic relationships, and developing sustainable income streams to support capital developments and service expansion.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities
1. Capital Fundraising Leadership
- Develop and deliver capital fundraising strategies to support major infrastructure and service development projects.
- Create compelling cases for support aligned to organisational strategy and impact.
- Identify and secure major gifts (£25k+) to support capital appeals.
- Work closely with senior leadership and Trustees to activate networks and fundraising influence.
- Monitor and report on capital fundraising performance against agreed targets.
2. High-Net-Worth Individual (HNW) Engagement
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and prospective major donors.
- Identify, research, and cultivate new prospects through networking, events, and relationship mapping.
- Develop bespoke engagement and stewardship plans for each donor.
- Lead face-to-face solicitations and gift negotiations.
- Deliver exceptional stewardship to maximise lifetime value and long-term engagement.
3. Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships
- Develop and implement a corporate fundraising strategy aligned to Brainkind’s mission and values.
- Secure new corporate partnerships including strategic, multi-year, and employee engagement partnerships.
- Develop sponsorship opportunities linked to capital projects, events, and services.
- Manage key account relationships and ensure high-quality reporting and impact demonstration.
- Explore cause-related marketing and CSR partnership opportunities.
4. Strategy & Collaboration
- Contribute to the overall fundraising strategy and annual income planning.
- Collaborate with communications and service teams to develop impactful donor materials.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and pipeline management using CRM systems.
- Maintain compliance with fundraising regulation and best practice
- To undertake any other duties as may from time to time be specified by Brainkind that is within the level and responsibility appropriate to the grade of post.
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong understanding of major gift fundraising techniques and donor cultivation cycles.
- Financial literacy and ability to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Competence in CRM systems and pipeline management.
- Significant experience in major donor fundraising and/or capital appeals.
- Experience managing high-value donor relationships and corporate partnerships.
- Experience developing fundraising strategies and delivering against income targets.

Key responsibilities:
- Events Marketing
- To oversee the scheduling, production and distribution of promotional e-mails for our events. Liaise with comms team to promote events across AvMA media platform To work on the development of the events pages on the new AvMA web site. Ensuring event web pages are kept up-to-date. To carry out data analysis and web analytics to determine what people are responding to and to highlight the areas we may need to focus/re-focus.
Events Logistics & Management
- In conjunction with the Head of Events, to undertake the production and organisation of events, including inviting and liaising with speakers and arranging event logistics. Effective liaison with speakers, ensuring they have all the information required to participate in the event and providing deadlines for receiving their presentation and biography. To work on site at events as required and run smaller events on your own. Duties will involve setting-up and administering registration, liaising with the venue, greeting speakers and exhibitors, dealing with enquiries from delegates and making sure the event runs smoothly. Production of the online conference documentation, to include speaker presentations.
Research & Event Development
- Help identify and research potential subject areas on which we may want to run events. Keep a close eye on the medico-legal events sector market and other events taking place. Help identify potential new sponsors and exhibitors for our events.
Events CRM
- Develop a sound understanding of AvMA’s new CRM, ensuring we optimise it for the efficient and effective marketing of events.
- To assist if/as required with bookings and booking queries for AvMA’s events.
Other
- To support the Events Department’s quality initiatives and to suggest continuing improvements where needs arise.
- To undertake other duties commensurate with the post as may be required.
- Deputise for the Head of Events when necessary
Person Specification
Essential:
- An understanding of, and commitment to, the values and objectives of AvMA.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Fundraising Manager to lead and grow a diverse income portfolio across multiple fundraising disciplines.
This is a leadership role responsible for contributing to and delivering a national fundraising strategy aligned to Brainkind’s organisational priorities, financial sustainability goals, and growth ambitions.
The postholder will manage and develop a small fundraising team, embed high-performance standards, and drive income generation across statutory trusts and foundations, major donors, corporate partnerships, community fundraising, events, and individual giving.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership
- Contribute to, develop and deliver a multi-year fundraising strategy to achieve sustainable income growth.
- Set and manage annual income targets exceeding £500k to £1m.
- Identify new income streams aligned to Brainkind’s service model and expansion priorities.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align fundraising with operational and strategic objectives.
Income Generation (All Disciplines)
Lead and oversee income generation across:
- Trusts & Foundations – Develop compelling proposals for health, social care and rehabilitation funding.

- Community & Events Fundraising – Grow supporter-led activity nationally.

Team Management
- Line manage, coach and develop a small fundraising team.

Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Act as an ambassador for Brainkind externally.
- Build strong internal relationships with operations, clinical teams, finance, and communications to gather impact data and case studies.

Governance & Compliance

- Knowledge of a broad range of fundraising and charity sector activities.
- Knowledge of legal obligations for fundraising activities and all internal procedures and regulations and adherence to best practices, as defined by the organisation and Institute of Fundraising Code of Practice & Fundraising Regulator

We are looking for Senior Operations Contracts Lead (East of England)
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000
Location: Based across multiple locations with the flexibility to work from home up to two days each week. This role is responsible for services across Essex, Hertfordshire and Kent. It can be based at Chelmsford, Maidstone or Canterbury with regular travel to the other locations. About the role
We are looking for both a Senior Data Investigator and a Data Investigator to join our Data Investigations Team in delivering a major new project focused on abandoned and orphaned oil and gas wells in Europe. The Senior Data Investigator and Data Investigator will work together in the development of the core database underpinning the project’s public-facing map, and carry out rigorous data analysis and investigations that help uncover the environmental, financial and public interest issues linked abandoned to oil and gas wells.
You will also contribute to the wider work of the Data Investigations Team, supporting the development and delivery of other data-led investigations, strengthening data investigation practice across the organisation, and helping ensure that data is used effectively in Global Witness’s publications and advocacy.

Hosted by the RSPB, and funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, the Project Manager will coordinate partners, manage the creation of investable propositions, engage with funders, oversee communications and events, and secure further funding. About Nature South West

However, the region is under significant pressure from the climate and biodiversity crises, which threaten both its environment and economy. Nature is often overlooked in financial decision-making, and restoration efforts are typically short-term and underfunded.
Nature South West (NSW) has emerged to fill this critical gap. Acting as a regional bridge between local delivery partners and large-scale funders, NSW will bring together expertise and project opportunities to define shared priorities for nature recovery. These priorities will be shaped into investible propositions that meet environmental, economic, and social needs, enabling projects to attract broader and more sustained funding.
NSW is initially focusing on two of the South West’s most vital natural systems: rivers and wetlands, and coastal and marine habitats. These landscapes are not only rich in biodiversity but also critical to the region’s resilience-supporting clean water, carbon storage, flood protection, and local livelihoods. By convening partners, sharing expertise, and championing investible nature recovery opportunities, NSW is positioning the South West as a national leader in nature-based solutions and unlocking new pathways for public and private investment.
Key areas of work will include:
- Responsibility for all aspects of project coordination and delivery of the Nature South West Project Plan, activities and outputs.
- Manage the project budget ensuring that necessary changes are escalated and approved.
- Engaging with stakeholders
- Identify, record, manage and communicate risks and issues, putting in place appropriate contingency actions where required.
- Managing the procurement and contractor tendering process for evaluation, website design/delivery and green finance specialist.
- Managing and overseeing consultants & contractors.
- Reporting and claiming - produce the relevant project documentation to meet the requirements of the RSPB, The National Lottery Heritage Fund, our partners and other funders.

Essential skills and experience:
- Energy, enthusiasm, and adaptability to deliver a multi-faceted programme on time and on budget
- Experience in project management, event coordination, and/or communications

- Experience delivering large-scale, complex projects or programmes
- Knowledge of green finance, particularly in securing blended finance for large-scale environmental projects with co-benefits

- Understanding of nature recovery priorities in policy and legislation, and how they apply in the South West
- Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver complex projects; knowledge of South West partners is desirable

- This is a 24-month Full-Time role for 37.5 hours per week which is funded through the National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of the Nature South West programme.
- Reports to: The RSPB, with operational guidance provided by the Nature South West Board, comprising representatives of Natural England, the Environment Agency, National Trust, Blackdown Hills National landscape, NFU, Devon Wildlife Trust, Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Local Nature Partnership.

- Due to size of Bond and the small finance team, Director of Finance & Planning is required to undertake day to day finance tasks as needed, such as:
- Oversee, review and sign off on payroll, pension and taxes including monthly payroll journal to allocate costs to grants
- Review and sign off bank reconciliations and journals raised by the Finance Manager
- Overhead allocations to grants
- Donor financial reporting production and review
Person Specification
Required
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Senior management experience, including leadership of multi-function teams and liaison with Trustees
