We have two fantastic opportunities for experienced procurement professionals to join our Procurement team at SNG (Sovereign Network Group) as Category Managers, supporting our Property Services and Development directorates.

Based from our offices in Basingstoke or Wembley, this is a great opportunity to combine home and office working to ensure a positive work / life balance. Occasional travel to other offices may be required, and there will be a requirement to attend our Basingstoke office once a week for team days.

The Role

As a Category Manager, you'll play a pivotal role within our team, delivering a number of strategic and priority sourcing projects, collaborating with stakeholders to develop category plans and identify opportunities, supporting occasional operational procurement requirements, and maintaining procurement compliance. You'll support one of the following business areas:

• Property Services (Asset Management and Estate Services)
• Development (Main Contractor and construction consultancy)

Main responsibilities include:

• Overseeing nominated category areas, suppliers and contracts to develop strategic procurement solutions to deliver efficiencies and benefits to the business
• Delivering an agreed portfolio of sourcing projects from end-to-end, ensuring outcomes represent value for money, meet timelines and facilitate high standards
• Maintaining compliance with the public procurement rules on individual projects and throughout the overall category portfolio
• Leading supplier engagement and sourcing activity throughout the tender process, during the contract life cycle and for the overall category
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business plans and objectives as well as any challenges, opportunities and identifying any risks
• Undertaking market research, on suppliers, markets, frameworks, etc. to actively support own procurement projects
• Ensuring all expenditure is identified with routes to market being clearly defined
• Identifying areas where procurement can add measurable value in terms of sourcing exercises, onward effective supplier management and strategic procurement

What we're looking for

You should have demonstrable experience within a similar role in procurement, ideally with knowledge of relevant category areas, such as Development / Construction, Property Services, Asset Management or Hard FM. You'll also need:

• Strategic procurement category management expertise, evidencing the use of data and analysis to drive decision making.
• Practical experience of carrying out tenders and competitions in accordance with the public sector procurement rules
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to engage and influence others to deliver the best outcomes
• Experience in supplier relationship management, ensuring value for money deals with suppliers who are committed to delivering a high service to SNG, and managing the commercial performance of procurement contracts
• An agile approach with high attention to details and ability to work successfully on multiple projects at different stages, effectively prioritising tasks
• An understanding of the Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015 is relevant and beneficial to this role
• Experience of working for a registered social housing provider, local authority or similar public sector body, and/or a provider of repair, maintenance or facility management services, or a developer of new homes, would be advantageous

About the Role

As a Support Caseworker, you will provide timely, compassionate and person-centred support to individuals and families referred to our services. Through structured holistic conversations, you will identify individual needs, develop personalised support plans, and help people access information, practical guidance, peer support and appropriate internal and external services.

Working closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals and partner organisations, you will support individuals to navigate key stages of their journey, ensuring they feel informed, empowered and connected to the right support at the right time. You will contribute to the consistent delivery of high quality support pathways while maintaining accurate records and working in line with safeguarding, consent and data protection requirements.

This role does not provide clinical advice but works collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other partners to ensure people receive the support they need.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic needs assessments, identify priorities, and develop and review personalised support plans.

• Signpost and refer individuals to appropriate services, encourage engagement with support options, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and partner organisations.
• Maintain high quality records, capture outcomes, monitor risks, and contribute to service evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns, comply with GDPR and organisational policies, and maintain professional boundaries.
• Build effective relationships with colleagues and external partners, represent the organisation professionally, and contribute to the ongoing development of high-quality services.

About the role

The Service Delivery Officers deliver our diverse portfolio of career development and music education support, including career accelerators, career skills and advice and collaborations with spaces and services across the UK to reduce barriers to access for supported musicians.    

Service Delivery Officers are responsible for selection of musicians for career development support, they also play a critical role in impactful management of charitable funds and resources.  

Officers each lead on specific areas of the service, and each type of support has defined milestones, performance and impact indicators and must be managed within a budget – all of which the Officer is responsible for.

About you

The successful candidate will bring demonstrable experience in project management, with a track record of delivering programmes and milestones on time, within budget and to a high standard. 

You will also have experience designing, coordinating and facilitating engaging online and in-person events, training sessions and group discussions, creating inclusive and participatory environments. 

Strong organisational and communication skills are required, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and build effective relationships with a diverse range of service users and stakeholders.

The Role

At National Voices, our aim is to make what matters to people matter in health and care. Too often, we see decisions made about the design of health and care services which don’t consider the people who use and need those services – especially those with long term conditions and from groups experiencing inequality. While the intentions of decision makers are usually good, they can unwittingly develop services which are difficult to access, stressful to experience and which don’t enable people to live life to its full potential.

We believe that if health and care leaders were better supported to meaningfully involve people living with health conditions, disability, inequality and their carers in decisions about how services are delivered then our NHS and social care services would be more equitable, and person centred.

At National Voices, we believe that this can best be achieved by connecting health and care leaders in health and care to key groups including:

· Leaders within the patient participation movement, who can support and advise health and care leaders on how to share power with people and communities using coaching and quality improvement techniques, and by acting as a critical friend.

· Leaders from voluntary sector organisations and community groups, who can bring insight into the needs, experiences and priorities of the communities they serve. They can identify opportunities to improve how services are designed and delivered, and help connect decision-makers with communities whose voices are often underrepresented.

· People with lived experience of inequality, particular conditions or services, who bring unique expertise based on their direct experience of care. They can provide timely insight into the impact of policies and services, helping decision-makers stay tuned to current needs, experiences and priorities, rather than relying on historical evidence or assumptions.

We are looking for a Participation Manager who can lead on the design, development and delivery of funded projects that generate insight, support improvement, and enable meaningful participation in health and care decision making. This will include end-to-end responsibility for project design, delivery, reporting and impact.

Projects may include designing and delivering activity such as workshops, coordinating lived experience advisory groups, coordinating coalitions of VCSE organisations, undertaking qualitative research, facilitation and engagement work. The postholder will need sufficient breadth of experience across these areas to confidently design and steer programmes, while drawing on colleagues, partners and associates for specialist input where needed.

You will be responsible for overall programme management - ensuring projects are well planned, appropriately resourced, and delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. This includes managing risks, reporting requirements and funder relationships.

Projects may also include co-ordinating the delivery of Voices for Improvement coaching relationships and workshops on meaningful participation. We are open to a Participation Manager who has skills and experience around coaching theory and practice, however, we can also bring in external Associates with this subject matter expertise where needed to guide and supervise the coaching elements of the process.

You will also play an active role in identifying and developing new funding and partnership opportunities, contributing to the growth of National Voices’ portfolio of externally funded work.

Finally, where needed, you will also work collaboratively with another Participation Manager who leads National Voices’ Lived Experience Partner programme, membership scheme and partnership programme. You will contribute to these areas where required, particularly where they intersect with funded projects, but they will not be the primary focus of this role.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and delivery of funded participation projects

Lead the end-to-end design, delivery and management of funded programmes and projects that generate insight, support improvement and drive meaningful participation in health and care, including:

· Lead on shaping, securing and delivering funded projects from proposal stage through to completion, ensuring clear outcomes and impact

· Design and oversee programmes that may include research, engagement and participatory activity, such as qualitative and quantitative research, stakeholder engagement and participation work

· Convene and coordinate a range of delivery approaches including advisory groups, workshops, events, VCSE engagement and system partner collaboration

· Ensure delivery is well planned, resourced and managed, including oversight of budgets, timelines, risks and funder reporting

· Draw on colleagues, partners and associates for specialist expertise where needed, while holding overall responsibility for programme design and coherence

· Translate insights and findings into clear, accessible outputs in collaboration with policy and communications colleagues to support influence and impact

Deliver coaching and engagement programmes

Manage the delivery of structured coaching and engagement programmes, including National Voices’ Voices for Improvement model, where included within funded projects:

• Oversee delivery of coaching and engagement activity including matching, coordination and participant support
• Ensure coaching relationships between people with lived experience and system leaders are well supported and of high quality
• Contribute to the design and facilitation of associated engagement or learning sessions where required

· Contribute where relevant to the Lived Experience Partner programme, membership scheme and partnership programme

· Support the involvement of lived experience partners, members and partners in funded projects and engagement activity

· Ensure alignment across programmes and share learning between project delivery and participation infrastructure

Our approach to hybrid working

We recognise the importance of coming together regularly, in-person, as a team, so we can share learnings and spend social time with each other. We also recognise that people need flexibility, and that homeworking enables focused work and can fit well in people’s lives.

We ask all staff to take part in pre-arranged team meetings which take place every six weeks in our office space. We also might ask you to meet in-person with members of your team from time to time, or to be available for face-to- face meetings with clients and partners where this enhances the work.

We assume that this would usually not amount to more than one day per fortnight for people who work full time. We are happy to discuss how this sits in your life. This can be agreed by your line manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead IRMO’s Advice programme. As our Senior Advice Programme Manager, you’ll manage a dedicated team and oversee a range of initiatives that provide high-quality information and advice services to respond to the changing needs of our community.

The Advice programme provides trusted information, resources, advice and casework in Spanish and Portuguese on key areas of need, including immigration, welfare entitlements, housing and homelessness prevention. IRMO is accredited by the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) at Level 3. We are also members of Advice UK and receive second-tier support from Southwark Law Centre.

Alongside this, the programme works with local health boards to run initiatives designed to improve access to health services, such as HIV testing, sexual health and family planning advice and Chagas disease testing. You will also oversee IRMO’s Community Support service, which manages community enquiries daily at our Brixton centre and through our helpline, provides emergency crisis support and coordinates our Community Interpreting service, as well as connects service users with internal or external support.

As Senior Advice Programme Manager, you’ll lead the strategic development of the Advice programme, ensuring our work is high-quality, impactful and responsive to the needs of our community. You’ll help grow the programme by strengthening existing partnerships and developing new ones.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring solid experience as both a project and line manager, with a track record of overseeing multiple initiatives, delivering against KPIs and communicating impact clearly. We are looking for an extraordinary person to become the Service Coordinator of the friendly teams in our Mental Health Supported Living services which are located across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. 

The successful Service Coordinator(s) will lead the team in enabling individuals with complex mental health needs to create their own developmental programme with the aim of progressing to further independent living. This will include supporting people to develop the strategies that underpin resilience, to learn the responsibilities of citizenship, to acquire practical living skills and establish themselves within the community of their choice.

You will be a creative and inspirational leader with great listening skills who will empower every individual in your team to be their best self at work. You will have an excellent understanding of person-centred approaches and be committed to proactively promoting the psychological and emotional well-being of those you support.

You will work closely with the 2 Service Managers and Service Coordinator who work in the Mental Health Supported Living division to maintain and develop each service as a high-quality provision for the people we are supporting. You will ensure all services remain compliant with the legislation that governs the sector while demonstrating and evidencing that both services provide excellent support for people.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Taking responsibility for the day to day running of the services which will include planning and managing the rota to ensure that people get the support they need when they need it.
• Guiding the team to co- write and review support and risk management plans, ensuring that the people we support are at the centre of the process.
• Supervising staff, providing regular one to supervisions, organising team meetings, identifying and maximizing opportunities to develop the skills of each individual in the team and ensuring that their training is up to date.

We're looking for an experienced people manager to lead our triage team, overseeing referrals from first contact through to onboarding, ensuring every assessment is thorough, every risk is managed, and every service user is guided into the right support without delay.

Purpose

The Project Manager & Systems Implementation Lead will lead a programme of organisational and systemic change across DATUS, supporting the organisation to move from largely paper-based, informal and inconsistent working practices towards a more structured, reliable and digitally enabled system of operations.

The postholder will work with the CEO, senior managers and the Organisation and Governance Consultant to implement agreed organisational systems, processes and priorities across DATUS. This will include supporting the practical development and day-to-day use of systems such as SharePoint, client records, finance processes, reporting tools, action trackers, governance documents and operational workflows.

The role is focused on turning agreed organisational systems into everyday practice. The postholder will support managers and staff to use systems consistently, identify barriers to implementation, ensure agreed actions are followed through, and escalate risks where systems are not being used or delivery is drifting.

This is a senior implementation role. The postholder will have delegated authority to monitor implementation, challenge drift, request updates, support problem-solving and escalate risks. They will need to work with managers constructively and confidently, without relying on formal line-management authority.

The role does not set the strategic direction of services, replace the authority of service managers, or redefine DATUS’s peer-led model of delivery. Responsibility for service delivery remains with service managers and programme leads. The purpose of this role is to strengthen organisational reliability so that DATUS can grow, evidence its work, meet funder and governance requirements, and protect the integrity of its peer-led approach.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Implementation

• Coordinate the design, testing, implementation, embedding and ongoing improvement of agreed organisational systems, operational frameworks and processes across DATUS.
• Work with the CEO, Organisation and Governance Consultant, senior managers and relevant staff to ensure new systems are practical, usable and aligned with organisational priorities.
• Support the implementation of key systems, including client records, finance processes, SharePoint, reporting tools, action trackers, governance documents and other operational workflows.
