The Finance & Operations Officer plays a central role in ensuring the smooth financial and operational running of Tender, supporting the organisation’s ability to deliver its mission effectively. Alongside finance, the post holder is responsible for managing key operational areas including HR administration, ICT coordination, office management, and internal communication processes. This includes overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring effective cross-team collaboration, managing external service providers, and maintaining an efficient administrative and operational environment. The role requires someone who can work autonomously, use sound judgement, implement effective processes, and ensure alignment of systems across the organisation.
A successful Finance & Operations Officer will also contribute to organisational development by ensuring that policies, procedures and workflows are up to date, compliant and reflect best practice. About the role
As a Lead Worker (Intensive Case Management), you will deliver intensive, person-centred, and holistic support to people who are disadvantaged and need significant support to end their homelessness. You will be collaborating with internal and external colleagues to meet people’s immediate, acute needs and to support them to start taking steps towards ending their homelessness.
We take a bold approach to supporting people and adapt our ways of working when needed to ensure that we are providing impactful, equitable service giving everyone a fair opportunity to receive the support they need. We help people to challenge barriers put up by the system. This is an incredibly varied role as you will offer practical support such as help to attend external appointments, open bank accounts, and obtain IDs, but you will also work closely with our internal clinical psychologists to help your members to recognise their strengths and build resilience.

Overall job purpose

Steel Warriors was established in 2017 to rethink how knife crime is tackled by turning a symbol of violence into one of strength and resilience. We transform the lives of marginalised young people by recycling knives seized by the police into outdoor calisthenics gyms and create positive change in communities. Key responsibilities
Ensure partners and young people in our eight #iwill Towns & Cities of Social Action (TaCSA) understand and feel connected to the #iwill movement through consistent communication, engagement in opportunities, and inclusion in movement development discussions/activities.
In partnership with our partners in the TaCSAs, develop and deliver a programme of youth development and social action activity, with emphasis on those communities.
Working closely with the Communications team, co-create and support communications that profile youth voice, platform stories, and showcase impact through digital and traditional media.
Facilitate opportunities for young people to build their confidence, skills and leadership through volunteering, campaigning and social action opportunities.
In partnership with the Nationally-focused Manager and Officer, ensure young people from our TaCSAs have access to opportunities to influence and take action at a national level as well as in their local area.
Coordinate and support on youth-facing campaigns and events such as Power of Youth Day, #iWill Week, and key regional activities.
Ensure opportunities for young people prioritise inclusion and accessibility for those who might need additional support and encouragement to step up and engage.
Support young people to create digital content (e.g. blogs, videos, social posts) and partner with them to tell their stories across local and national platforms.
Develop content on agreed digital platforms to engage and connect young people and networks across the UK.
Organise and manage logistics for youth activities: prioritising safeguarding, appropriate briefings, communication promotion and stakeholder coordination.
Engage with partners and stakeholders—youth workers, media, funders, local authorities—to build alliances, increase visibility of youth-led work and encourage new opportunities.
Communicate the benefits of the UK Youth and #iwill Movement and progress against our priorities to organisations and individuals, through a variety of channels, updates and specific marketing campaigns.
Experience we're after
A nationally recognised youth work qualification or ability to demonstrate experience of frontline youth work delivery, understanding of contextual safeguarding and data protection is highly desirable.
Experience of working with young volunteers and/or social action projects.
Demonstrated experience in digital engagement and communications activities—especially creating content with young people.
Experience of using digital platforms to engage networks and communities.
Proven track record of project coordination, event management, or logistical planning within a youth or voluntary sector setting.
Experience working in place-based contexts and understanding how to engage local communities and young people meaningfully.
Confident engaging with and coaching young people to take on new opportunities, lead campaigns, tell their stories, or influence decisions.
Familiarity with facilitating groups sessions and workshops is highly desirable.

With 16 beds and a short-stay model focused on planned moves within 28 days, this service is about momentum, opportunity and change. As a Project Worker, you’ll play a central role in helping people take their next steps towards secure and sustainable housing.

About the Service
The North London Rape Crisis (NLRC) offers range of services to women, trans women, and non-binary people aged 13 + who are experiencing or have experienced any form of sexual violence in their lives. We offer a safe and non-judgmental space to women living, working, or studying across 7 of the North London boroughs.
Our expert team provides helpline support, advocacy (ISVA) and ISVA support. We also provide one to one and group counselling to victims and survivors as well as short-term one to one counselling support to supportive family and friends. It is an inclusive service which supports women and girls of all ages, disabilities, sexualities, gender identities (including trans and non-binary), and religions. The service operates from 9am to 5pm, however, appointments can be arranged outside of these if required.
About the Role
The role of the Brief Intervention Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA) – CSA/CSE is with the Rape Crisis service in North London. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide a pro-active emotional, practical and advocacy support for survivors who have experienced any form of sexual violence and are engaging (or considering engaging) with the criminal justice system. The role of Brief Intervention ISVA – CSA/CSE will primarily be working with survivors who have experienced childhood sexual abuse and/or exploitation who cannot access immediate ISVA support. Where there is capacity, the role will also provide short term interventions (3 months) for survivors of other types of sexual violence.
About You
The ideal candidate will have completed ISVA training, or have a willingness to undertake ISVA training, and have experience of supporting women affected by sexual violence. You will be proactive and able to adapt to new situations quickly. You will have a clear understanding of the effects of and issues facing women who have experienced sexual violence, as well as understanding of the Criminal Justice System. You will be able to communicate with people from a range of backgrounds and create good working relationship with service users as well as partner agencies.

Overview
Prostate Cancer Research (PCR) is seeking a highly organised and proactive Patient Engagement & Programme Officer to support the delivery of several key patient-focused initiatives, including the infopool and Prostate Progress.
This role will sit within the Patient Projects team, providing operational, administrative, and patient engagement support across a range of programmes designed to support and empower men affected by prostate cancer.
The postholder will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient communications, programme logistics, digital resource management, and recruitment support for the national Prostate Progress research platform.
The role will be split approximately 50% supporting Prostate Progress recruitment and patient engagement activities, and 50% supporting wider programmes.

Trauma Recovery CIC’s Administrative Assistant is central to the organisation. The person in this role supports the
people accessing our services, the client facing team to provide the services, and the leadership team to ensure
accurate reporting to understand trends, needs and secure future funding.
They will coordinate referrals, booking initial appointments and sending information by email and post to those
who use the service and the professionals supporting them.
To support the team, they will ensure that the client management system runs smoothly, provide administrative
support and where possible tech support to the client facing team and ensure that records are accurate and up to
date.
To support the leadership team, they may coordinate events, research local services, support with completing
reports and funding applications and day to day ensure that communication between team members is clear.
