The Principal Practice Tutor will play a leading role in and delivering Frontline’s Approach Social Work programme, a fast-track master’s in social work. Overview
Barts Health NHS Trust provides maternity and neonatal care for women and birthing people and their babies each year, providing all aspects of obstetrics and midwifery care in our labour ward, midwife-led birth centre and home birthing service.
North-East London (NEL) (Newham, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest) Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) listens to the experiences of women, birthing people and families, and brings together service users, staff and other stakeholders to plan, review and improve maternity and neonatal care. Role: Self-employed Form F Assessor
Locations: Applicants must live within the following areas, Derby City or South Derbyshire, Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire, Leicester City, Peterborough, or North Cambridgeshire.
As a charity, we are committed to ensuring that our resources are directed towards supporting our children. Pay - £2,250 per Form F Assessment / £37.50 per hour, plus £250 bonus for ‘panel ready’ assessments, plus £250 bonus for completion within 16 weeks, plus 55p mileage.

You will be DipSW, CSS or CQSW qualified and registered with the relevant regulatory body (Social Work England).
An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role and will be undertaken by TACT on your behalf.

Luke House Hotel is an emergency hotel that provides support to a mixed client group (male and female) with varied support needs. St Mungo’s currently have 39 bed spaces and the other bed spaces are managed by Tower Hamlets Council, St Mungo’s provide the support element.
As an Assessment and Reconnection Worker, you will:
Be part of a busy team environment working closely with those new to, or at risk of rough sleeping.
Provide a personalised case management service to clients, turning assessment recommendations into practical action plans which fully involves the client.
Build and maintain effective relationships to support clients throughout their recovery.
Develop a knowledge of relevant legislation such as, welfare benefit and housing legislation.
Monday - Friday (between 8am and 9pm)
