Role Description
The Leadership Academy Coordinator will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of the Leadership Academy, a programme designed to equip participants with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to engage with systems, drive change, and develop as inclusive, multi-skilled leaders, with a strong emphasis on valuing lived experience.
The Academy will bring together learning and development opportunities across a range of areas, including the Patient and Carer Race Equality Framework (PCREF), system navigation, community-led research, and leadership development approaches. Through this programme, grassroots community groups, people with lived experience, and system leaders will be supported to strengthen their leadership capabilities and contribute to anti-racist system change.
The postholder will be responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of the Leadership Academy, working collaboratively with Black Thrive localities, internal teams, people with lived experience, and external specialists to shape and deliver a high-quality learning offer.
Acting as the central point of coordination for the Academy, the postholder will oversee programme planning, stakeholder engagement, curriculum development processes, logistics, and delivery timelines. They will bring together contributions from multiple workstreams and partners, ensuring that content is aligned, relevant, and delivered effectively to meet the needs of participants.
The postholder will work closely with facilitators, trainers, and subject matter experts to coordinate sessions and learning activities, while ensuring effective quality assurance, participant engagement, monitoring, and evaluation. About the role
As Crisis looks forward to the next decade, we have a clear vision of how homelessness can be prevented and ended in the UK. What you’ll bring
Experience and expertise in service redesign and effecting change within health and/or social care in the South East region
Knowledge of health and care structures and commissioning across the South East region
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and manage successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior clinicians

This role is home based with the requirement to live within and travel around your assigned geography. The assigned geography for the region covers the NHS England South East region. You will also be required to attend team and individual meetings that usually take place in our London office but may be in other locations across the UK. There may also be the requirement for occasional overnight stay.

We’re looking for a mission-driven Head of Governance to help shape and strengthen governance at English National Opera and the London Coliseum.
This is a high-impact senior role at the heart of the organisation, combining hands-on delivery with trusted advice. You’ll work closely with the Board and executive team to ensure decision-making is clear, accountable and aligned with Charity Commission guidance and best practice.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you’ll lead on coordinating governance activity, enhancing Board and committee effectiveness, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll oversee the annual governance cycle, support trustee development, and champion inclusive, well-informed decision-making that enables our leadership to thrive.
Requirements:
Significant experience in charity governance, company secretariat or a comparable senior governance role
Strong understanding of charity law, trustee responsibilities and good governance practice
Experience supporting Boards and committees, including planning, papers and effectiveness reviews
Demonstrable experience improving governance frameworks, processes or systems
Confidence advising senior stakeholders with discretion, diplomacy and authority
Experience working collaboratively across executive teams to embed effective governance practices
Clear, credible communicator, both written and verbal

The Head of Change leads the development, coordination and delivery of the Foundation’s strategic change portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Transformation, this role provides expert direction on organisational change initiatives, ensures alignment with strategic priorities, and builds a culture where transformation is understood, embraced and delivered confidently across the organisation.
The Head of Change acts as the Foundation’s change leader, helping to shape strategy, establishing structures for high-quality programme delivery, and ensuring teams are ready and supported through change.
