About the Role

As Programme Coordinator for Centres of Excellence, you’ll play a pivotal role in our flagship financial education accreditation programme, supporting schools to strengthen and embed high-quality financial education across their curriculum and their wider communities.

Working closely with the Programme Manager and colleagues across the charity, you will play a key role in ensuring our network of teachers feel confident, supported and inspired by:

· Supporting the planning and organisation of our annual teacher conferences and skills sharing webinars.

· Creating and coordinating programme marketing and communications. 

· Recording, monitoring and evaluating programme data.

· Providing high-level customer service to educators, stakeholders and YE colleagues.

 Key Responsibilities

· Work with the Programme Manager to support the smooth day‑to‑day coordination of the Centres of Excellence programme, helping to maintain systems and records that track participation, progress and engagement.

· Contribute to delivering a high‑quality experience for educators by supporting the organisation of the annual YE Teacher Conferences and our termly skills‑sharing webinars.

· Develop and coordinate clear, engaging programme communication, including newsletters, press releases, social media content and marketing materials, ensuring consistency of messaging across all channels.

· Keep track of programme activity by collecting, recording, monitoring and preparing data for reporting and insight.

· Build positive, professional relationships with schools, partner organisations, stakeholders and colleagues across Young Enterprise to support strong collaboration and programme delivery.

 A few practical things

• This is a hybrid role based in London, with a minimum of 8 office days per month.
• You’ll have the opportunity to visit some of the participating schools and colleges across the UK.

Role Purpose 
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective day-to-day delivery of The Skill Mill programmes, ensuring seamless coordination between The Skill Mill Supervisors, local Youth Justice Services, Pathways Advisors, and the Commercial Sales Manager. The role will focus on operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and the smooth running of activities that contribute to The Skill Mill’s social impact. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination 

- Oversee and support The Skill Mill Supervisors to ensure the delivery of high-quality, safe, and impactful work programmes. 
- Act as the central point of contact between Supervisors, Youth Justice Services, Pathways Advisors, and the Commercial Sales Manager. 
- Monitor daily operations and resolve any operational challenges quickly and effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management:

About Working Well Trust

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment.

We are recruiting an Employment Advisor to join our IPS service. You will be based in an NHS mental health treatment team in Edmonton, Enfield, working 35 hours per week. This IPS service at Working Well Trust has been awarded the IPS Grow quality mark and adheres closely to the principles of the IPS model in supporting people in to employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment. 

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to employment as an integral aspect of wellbeing and supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, either personally or through a close contact.

You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in mental health, and the role it plays in the workplace. What you’ll be doing

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment.

You will work as part of a mental health team (NHS Trust) maintaining positive and integrated relationships, fostering a holistic approach to recovery through employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.  

You will spend up to 65% of your week working in the community of Enfield to provide localised support to residents of the Borough.

You will also be working to contract targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.

Principal responsibilities and duties

Budget Management

• With the Head of Comms & Individual Giving, set annual budgets and programmes of activity, actively monitoring performance against these and adapting approach as necessary
• Plan, monitor and control expenditure as appropriate and manage income against set budget, KPIs; providing regular revised projections and narrative for the Senior Leadership Team and trustees as required
• Analyse individual giving performance, reporting as required and using the results to improve practice, including evaluation of cost effectiveness and sustainability

Communicating and building relationships

• Cultivate and steward meaningful relationships with individual donors to maintain their engagement and support and ensure a stable and growing donor base
• Create compelling fundraising materials and appeals targeted at individual donors
• Provide excellent donor stewardship through timely acknowledgement of gifts, personalised communication and recognition efforts.
• Develop and deliver a plan of regular communications for recurring givers and high-value donors
• Represent the charity at Willow or third-party events, to promote fundraising products and talk to potential supporters about ways they can get involved
• Manage relationships with suppliers, agencies and partners

Programme Development

• Conduct regular reviews of income streams and put recommendations into action
• Work with other members of the fundraising team to develop a successful stewardship programme across all supporter types
• Develop and execute strategies to solicit and secure donations from individual donors across various online and offline channels
• Promote and manage our in-memory products, enabling donors to remember their loved ones whilst supporting Willow
• Develop a regular giving programme, executing strategies to acquire, retain, and upgrade individual donors
• Grow our legacy programme and increase the number of people leaving a gift to Willow
• Develop our digital fundraising programme, bringing more supporters online

Data management

• Utilise the charity database (RE NXT) to track donor interactions, manage gift processing and generate reports for analysis and decision making
• Work with the Finance Team, Data & Insight Officer and Supporter Care Officer to ensure accurate data recording
• Use data to identify areas of prospective growth and build plans to deliver these
• Adopt a data-led fundraising approach, segmenting data and using supporter journeys to maintain engagement and speak to people about the right products for them
• Monitor donor attrition and implement measures to mitigate disengagement

• Build excellent working relationships with colleagues across the organisation, creating processes that support efficiencies and collaborative working

Person Specification

Experience

• Experience working in individual giving fundraising with an excellent working knowledge of donor recruitment, retention and development
• Experience of designing supporter journeys that engage, retain, and inspire donors
• Experience of preparing and managing annual plans and budgets
• Proven project management experience, including design, print and mailing processes
• Experience of working with a CRM system (we use RE NXT) and digital fundraising tools
• Experienced in using data and insight to inform decisions and optimise activity

Knowledge

• Knowledge of fundraising laws and regulations in relation to data protection and compliance
• Knowledge of the Fundraising Regulator and Institute of Fundraising Code of Practice

About the team​

The Investment Team is responsible for selecting portfolio partners, managing our charity investments and supporting our portfolio partners to improve and scale their impact.

The Investment Team also leads the Impetus Leadership Academy, a leadership development programme to support talent from ethnic minority backgrounds in the UK youth sector to progress into senior leadership roles.

The team is made up of 19 people, including former teachers, charity chief executives, charity impact leads, management consultants, social investment portfolio managers and impact consultants.

The team is led by a Portfolio Director who sits on the Senior Management Team. The Portfolio Director has 5 direct reports: a Deputy Portfolio Director, three Sector Leads (who lead our work in School engagement, School attainment and Employment Sectors) and an Impact Lead. Sector Leads line manage 6 Investment Directors. Investment Directors line manage Investment Managers (currently 6). Investment Directors and Investment Managers tend to primarily focus on a sector but might have mixed portfolios, depending on need, experience and interest.

The Investment Team has a good track record of role progression. All four Leads and a number of our Investment Directors were promoted from within the team.

Key responsibilities

Finding high potential charities and non-profit organisations to join our portfolio

• Supporting the annual cycle of identifying new investments - mapping the landscape of charities in thematic areas (e.g. Apprenticeships and Skills), conducting structured analysis of key impact and financial data and reviewing the current evidence base to identify high potential charities and inform options for Investment Directors.
• ​Contributing to due diligence of new organisations by reviewing quantitative and qualitative charity information ) and preparing clear assessments of suitability for investment; This includes considering impact and scale potential, financial stability and summarising risks and recommendations for senior review. Requires strong relationship management, in co-ordination with Investment Directors, when engaging with potential charity partners.
• ​Supporting Investment Directors in developing, preparing and presenting high quality investment propositions to our Investment Committee.

Supporting and managing relationships with portfolio partners 

• Working closely with Investment Directors to support portfolio partners across all areas of our work - leadership, impact and sustainability – owning defined(e.g. impact management or financial analysis).
• ​Building trust-based relationships with portfolio partners including senior leaders and  delivery staff, acting as a valued advisor on practice improvement contributing insight and support while escalating strategic issues to Investment Directors and Programme/Impact leads.

We have an exciting opportunity for a home-based IG Manager to join Add International, a passionate international grant making disability charity. The role offers a rare opportunity to use your individual giving skills to really shift the power, and ensure positive narratives and ethical fundraising communications.

The Charity

Add International are a grant making disability charity (c£2m income) that is a very flexible employer, offer home working, four day week, Monday to Thursday 30 hours per week.

The Role

Supported by the Director of External Engagement who has established a foundation of fundraising success, and communicating a power-shifting approach which donors are engaged with, for you to build upon.
You will line manage the Supporter Care Coordinator who is the first point of contact for donors, and manages the database and insights.
You will work closely alongside colleagues from the team based in the UK, Africa and Asia.
The charity are looking to grow the donor acquisition within this audience by trialling different approaches.
You will be responsible for optimising the stewardship of existing donors and working with the Supporter Care Coordinator.
Part of this role will also involve relationship management of some mid- high-value givers, promoting legacy giving and community fundraising, and provide accurate and insightful reports on income and the donor base.
