Job Purpose

The Partnership Coordinator role is varied, offering the chance to develop a wide range of skills. Responsibilities include delivering programme and network activities, managing local hubs, supporting events and meetings, and participating in recruitment and retention activities led by the Partnerships Team.

Working closely with school and trust leaders and hub managers, you will need excellent relationship management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

This position requires individuals who are self-motivated, organised, detail-focused, and strong communicators. 

We are looking for new colleagues to focus on delivering our programmes and networks, ensuring a great experience for our partner schools (about 60-80% of your time). The remaining time will be spent on hub account management, supporting knowledge exchange and network growth, and handling general partner queries.

Key Responsibilities

Programme and Network Delivery:

- Support the planning and delivery of programmes and networks, including scheduling dates, organising training sessions, and other activities.

- Support the organisation and delivery of programme-specific and national events.

- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including resolving operational issues and escalating as needed.

- Provide year-round support to local Hub Managers to ensure schools receive necessary support.

- Monitor programme, network, and hub data to identify risks and/or trends, providing regular reports and updates to support the continuous improvement of our activities. 

Partner Relationship Management:

- Work with the Challenge Partners Central Team to ensure an excellent experience for partners and help schools maximise their partnership value.

- Support the induction and onboarding of new schools to their hubs and the National Network of Excellence.

- Troubleshoot and respond to school or trust queries through internal customer care systems.

- Utilise and update our CRM system (Salesforce).

Communications:

- Respond to email and phone queries about Challenge Partners, programmes, networks, and hubs professionally and promptly.

- Collaborate with programme, network, and partnership leads to provide high-quality communications to partner schools, including renewals, induction, onboarding, engagement emails, and hub updates.

Recruitment and Retention:

- Support year-round recruitment of schools to the Network of Excellence, working with hubs to deliver introductory events.

- Provide updates on schools in your hub to inform retention campaigns.

- Manage leads within your hubs, connecting schools with local hubs and Jubilee Networks.

Sporting Assets is the leading provider of advisory and investment management services to the sport and physical activity sector in the UK. We manage impact investment funds that provide affordable patient loans to community-based organisations delivering impact through sport and physical activity. The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of Sporting Assets, advancing our mission to help create healthy, resilient communities with sport and physical activity at their core.

As a Senior Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a range of projects within the Advisory team. 

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Head of Advisory, you will be responsible for:

• Project Leadership and Delivery. Leading and managing advisory projects from inception to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
• Strategic and Operational Client Support. Providing client-facing support across business planning, financial sustainability, governance, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement.
• Enterprise Growth and Community Development. Working closely with clients, funders and partners to deliver support and guidance enabling enterprise growth and community development within the sport and physical activity sector.
• Investment Readiness Support. Contributing to the development of new services and business opportunities aligned with our mission, including supporting our investment team to deliver investment readiness support across our fund portfolios.

• Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in a consultancy, strategic, or senior programme role within the social and community enterprise sector, ideally in sport and physical activity.
• Strong track record of managing multiple projects and prioritising effectively under pressure.
• Deep understanding of how the community and social enterprise sector, ideally through sport, can contribute to wider social outcomes, including health, wellbeing, regeneration, inclusion, and community resilience.
• Experience in financial modelling, business planning and investment readiness support with a clear understanding of the key drivers of profitability and sustainable growth.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage credibly with a diverse range of people and organisations including marginalised communities and senior leaders from public, commercial and community organisations.

Queen’s Crescent Community Association (QCCA) runs one of the largest and most diverse older people’s services in Camden. We operate in the borough’s most deprived area and annually support around 300 people aged 55+ to live happier, healthier, more connected lives.

The new co-ordinator will be responsible for delivering a full programme of activities.  This includes chair-based exercises and yoga, 1:1 gym sessions, line dancing, reflexology, drama, art & craft, bingo, coffee mornings, movie matinees, outings and a Wednesday Lunch Club.  We also offer free advice and advocacy sessions to support our older members with issues including housing, benefits and PIP, housing.

The Veterans’ Foundation’s purpose is to improve the lives of all within the armed forces community who are in need. They do this by raising funds which they award to organisations having a real impact on those currently serving, veterans and their families. Military charities undertaking life-changing work need vital funds to support and sustain their work with beneficiaries.

One of the UK’s fastest-growing military charities, the Veterans’ Foundation was established in 2016 to support serving and former members of the armed forces, operationally qualified seafarers, and their families who are in need. Since its launch, the Foundation has awarded over £30 million in grants to nearly 500 charities and organisations delivering more than 1,000 life-changing projects across the UK. Grants range from a few hundred pounds to £200,000 and support a wide range of needs, including mental health, homelessness, poverty and social isolation. The charity is primarily funded by the Veterans’ Lottery, the UK’s largest single-charity lottery.

We are looking for x1 permanent full time (35 hours per week) and x1 0.5 FTE (17.5 hours per week) FTC (18 months) Grants Assessment Officers to join the Grants Team at the Veterans' Foundation. The Grants Assessment Officer plays a vital role in the assessment of grant requests and will maximise the impact and effectiveness of the Foundation’s funding by ensuring we are supporting projects and activities which are closely aligned to our strategic priorities.

The key focus of the role is the assessment of applications across our existing Grant Programmes, reviewing grant monitoring and providing appropriate levels of support to grant holders during the period of funding.

The post holder will help ensure our grant application processes run efficiently and effectively, carrying out thorough desk and UK-wide field-based assessment of applications made to the foundation.  They will be a key point of contact for external enquiries to the Grants Team.

LOCATION: Home-based (hybrid), ideally based in the Midlands, to provide reach across the UK for assessment/project visits to monitor grant progress.

Additional Information

The Veterans’ Foundation welcomes applications from across the UK, but ideally the postholder would be based in the Midlands (England) to allow reach to our applicants and grant holders across the UK. This is a home working role and applicants will be expected to be able to confirm that they are able to work in this way (IT and any essential equipment will be provided). At Fear Free, we take pride in delivering exceptional services across the Southwest region, and we are excited to announce that we are launching a new team delivering sexual violence therapeutic support across Wiltshire and Swindon. Part of a diverse team of professionals supporting adult and child victims of sexual violence, you will play an integral role in providing one-to-one and group support for adult survivors. 

The Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) will work within a multi-agency system to provide a proactive, person-centred independent service for adult and children who are victims of sexual violence, empowering choice through informed decision making. Key elements of the role include: 

• Risk assessing and helping to keep service users safe (safety planning). 

• Working with primary and secondary schools within Wiltshire to provide support and guidance on how to support children affected by sexual violence or abuse 

• Providing informal education in assemblies and schools around consent and healthy relationships around Wiltshire

• Provision of 1-1  psychoeducational support sessions, with a focus on safety and stabilisation. 

• Enabling victims to access statutory and other services. 

This ISVA role requires the building of effective relationships with other agencies especially educational settings within Wiltshire that may support victims of sexual violence, developing referral pathways and creating outward facing information resources and campaigns to raise awareness and build confidence in reporting sexual violence. 

The ISVA will be required to work to the Quality Standards for services supporting victims/survivors of sexual violence. 

This fixed term role for 12 months will be based in our Trowbridge office, with expectation of paid travel across the area. Fear Free supports staff to work flexibly and we operate hybrid working (working both remotely and in the offices). 

Key Responsibilities 

• To provide a person centred, client focused, independent service, distinct from the role of a crisis worker or counsellor, primarily for the benefit of the victims of sexual abuse. 

• To work with family members and supporters of victims to provide information and support where appropriate and required. 

• To work within educational settings like primary and secondary schools in Wiltshire to ensure there is support for DSLs who support students who have been victims of sexual abuse. 

• To deliver educational sessions in school assemblies and classes around consent and healthy relationships. 

• To be point of contact for schools in Wiltshire for advice and guidance. 

• To work with victims who have chosen to report their abuse and those who have not and provide a victim led service to all service users, empowering choice through informed decision making.

• To provide sensitive and non–judgmental support, enabling the service user to regain control and self-esteem. 

• Encourage/assist clients to develop their own support network. 

• To provide information to enable clients to make informed decisions in relation to the self-referral option, medical care, forensic examination, making a police report, mental health and sexual health and onward referrals.

• To promote the service to external agencies where applicable.

We are seeking a compassionate and highly organised individual to support the religious advisory services at Manchester Community Centre. This is an administrative and coordination role, helping individuals and families to access appropriate guidance from the Centre’s qualified religious advisors. The postholder will manage appointments, maintain case records, and ensure the smooth operation of our community-facing services.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

· Conduct initial meetings with individuals and families to evaluate their needs and direct them to the appropriate internal service.

· Provide information and support.

· Liaise with religious advisors and consultants to coordinate case referrals.

· Provide all admin and secretarial work for Manchester Shariah Council.

· Maintain accurate records and manage bookings for all consultants and Manchester Shariah Council members.

· Plan, manage, organise and oversee all social and Shariah services and activities

on a day to day basis.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Active listening: This entails listening, paying attention to and recording what clients tell you while demonstrating this through appropriate body language and responses.

Boundary setting: The nature of the work means it is easy to get emotionally involved in certain cases. Setting boundaries ensures that professional lines are not crossed and keeps you focused on the end goal.

Sound judgment and ability to refer cases appropriately.

Communication: The job entails communication with a variety of people in a number of different ways, either by talking to clients face-to-face or over the phone, presenting cases to consultants, or making written referrals. All communication must be clear and articulate in order to be understood.

Ability to work with individuals from a variety of cultural and social background.

Proficiency in using IT systems to manage casework and correspondence.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to remain resilient and maintain professional boundaries in sensitive situations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

· A Diploma/Degree in Shariah Law.

· Previous working experience in Shariah Law related fields and/or Shariah Courts in Muslim countries.

· Familiarity with UK Law and/or Common Law, safeguarding frameworks and community structures to ensure compliance with UK legal framework.

· Experience working with families, women and children in a culturally sensitive setting.

· Fluent in English (essential).

TACT South West are looking for a children's resource worker to collaborate with them to support foster children and carers within Bude and Torquay. The ideal Children's Resource Worker will already have some experience in engagement and participation with vulnerable young people, care experienced children or have similar experience in child-facing settings. Experience of working with young people who are neurodiverse would be beneficial.  Activities would include completing one-one work with young people with life skills, healthy relationships, taking to activities, completing emotional literacy work. High level of flexibility required to cover weekends, evenings and bank holidays. Occasionally may be required to support with overnight residentials and night support within the foster home. Car driver and owning a car is desirable. There will be opportunities for training and development for this role, as new workers join us at our organisation wide journey to become a fully trauma-informed organisation. The successful candidate will undertake essential  duties that will impact positively on the long-term outcomes for the young people and children in our care. This role is an essential part of the wider team, working in close partnership with parents, carers, young people, local authorities and their social workers.

The Opportunity

The Partnerships Director role is a new opportunity working across ImpactEd Evaluation. As Partnerships Director, you will be a senior leader of the evaluation practice and a statutory director on our Practice Board. Reflecting this, you will have a key role in the success of the practice, both commercially and in terms of social impact, and help to shape and deliver the strategy for ImpactEd Evaluation as a practice within ImpactEd Group, reporting to the Managing Director.

The role will focus on partnerships and business development, ensuring that ImpactEd Evaluation is positioned well as first port of call for schools and social purpose organisations. FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.

Working within experienced and committed teams, the Behaviour Change Worker will deliver trauma responsive interventions including one to one support and group work to prevent harm.

• Co-facilitate short term and long-term group work, providing a Respect accredited DVPP programme. 

• Promote the service externally and ensure our interventions are accessible.

• Work within a multi-agency framework to effect change, manage risk and ensure safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children is paramount.

• Represent the service user voice in a multi-agency context. 

• Attend Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARAC) and Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA) meetings as required. 

General

• Support other agencies in the identification and referral of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking issues via promotion of service and institutional advocacy. 

• Ensure all referrals are clearly logged on our database and all case records are kept fully updated, according to FearFree policies and procedures. 

• Engage with case management supervision, reflective practice and clinical supervision as required, taking an active role in managing own wellbeing and supporting the wellbeing of your colleagues. 

• Support colleagues in all services across FearFree as required. 

• Support the sustainability of the organisation by participating in fundraising activities and sharing ideas and contacts for income generation. 

• To engage in and contribute to effective team working with a flexible and pro-active approach, including cover for other team members’ holidays and sickness. 

• Undertake all statutory and mandatory training, as required by the organisation.

We are recruiting for a Senior Creative Copywriter to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week on a permanent contract.

Right now, in an era of new breakthroughs in treatments and research, it’s more important than ever that we raise awareness of the devastation of dementia and our mission to create a future where dementia no longer devastates lives. This is a pivotal moment in the fight against dementia. Developing our organisational and brand strategy over the last few years has played a key part in raising the profile of our cause. Now we’re building on that momentum - and successful, strategic creative development and execution of our brand is essential to maintain our reputation and credibility as a leading dementia charity.

- Working with Brand Integration to embed our messaging, proof points and tone of voice to communicate these to the wider organisation, ensuring they are kept up to date and expanded according to the organisation’s strategic needs.
- Develop and delivering training to introduce and embed tone of voice and messaging, running regular specialist writing and creative workshops for marketing colleagues and others across the organisation who create comms materials for our audiences.
