The Candidate:

As a Support Worker at Ace of Clubs drop-in day centre supporting people who are homeless and facing adversity, you will play a key role in supporting individuals who may be navigating chaotic lifestyles, trauma, and multiple disadvantages. The Head of Compliance and Building Safety will lead the strategic management and operational delivery of Look Ahead's compliance functions, encompassing Building Safety, Fire Safety, Gas Safety, Water Hygiene, Lift Safety, Electrical Safety, and Asbestos Management. This role ensures that all statutory and regulatory obligations are met with excellence, and that services are delivered to the highest standards of quality, value, and customer satisfaction.
The Head of Compliance and Building Safety will lead the procurement and delivery of compliance inspections, testing, and remedial work programmes, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
