The Role
You'll be joining the Income Generation function, supporting a fast-paced Data Processing team responsible for handling high volumes of donation and supporter information.
With millions of supporter records and significant annual income to process, the team plays a critical role in ensuring that data is handled accurately, securely and in line with compliance requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, importing and validating supporter data within core database systems
Ensuring income and supporter information is processed accurately and on time
Supporting financial reconciliation and data integrity checks
Responding to queries from internal colleagues and external fundraising partners
Assisting the wider team with administrative and process support
Given the short-term nature of this contract, the team is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and work confidently with structured processes.
About You
You'll likely have previous experience in a data, CRM or income processing role and feel comfortable working with large datasets.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and deliver events from concept to evaluation.

- Support stewardship of corporate partners and their fundraising initiatives.
- Assist with corporate volunteering days and seasonal activities.
- Help deliver a vibrant volunteering programme, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas.

About You
- Proven experience delivering successful events from planning through to evaluation.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing budgets and monitoring financial performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems.

Harris Hill is working with a health based charity located in Epsom, to assist in the search for a Fundraising Officer for a brand new role.
This role will start life as a temporary position, working full time (37.5hpw), with 2-3 days a week in the office. However, the client is ultimately seeking a permanent fill for this role, so ideally we would like someone who would be interested in this transition over to work for them directly.
The charity has seen substantial growth over the past two years, so this role has been developed to increase their income through individual giving, and events/ challenge events. However, the client is being flexible, so anyone with a broader fundraising background will be considered.
To be considered, we would ideally like someone with the following keys skills and experiences.
Minimum of 2-3 years fundraising experience gained through working across several relevant fundraising disciplines.
Ability to clearly demonstrate the achievement of annual income targets.
Experience in the development of individual giving programmes.
Experience in the development and management of supporter journeys.
Knowledge and experience of using a CRM system (Sales Force or similar)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

A fantastic international children’s charity is seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to lead on organisational risk management and regulatory compliance.
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Remote (occasional UK travel required)
You will ensure the organisation operates with transparency, accountability and integrity, providing assurance to senior leadership, trustees and donors that regulatory, ethical and donor requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop the organisational risk register.
- Lead internal compliance reviews and donor compliance checks.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, anti-fraud, anti-bribery, sanctions and charity law.
- Oversee due diligence for partners, suppliers and contractors.
- Deliver compliance and ethics training for staff.
- Provide compliance input into programme design, proposals and reporting.
- Prepare regular risk and compliance reports for senior leadership and trustees.
- Support governance processes and statutory reporting.
About You:
- At least 3 years’ experience in compliance, risk management or audit within the charity/NGO sector.
- Strong knowledge of UK charity regulation and donor compliance.
- Experience with risk registers, due diligence and compliance reviews.
- Confident reporting to senior management and/or trustees.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- High integrity, culturally aware and proactive in identifying risk.
Desirable:
- Compliance or risk qualification (e.g. ICA, IRM).
