This is a key role responsible for overseeing and developing the organisation's CRM and wider data infrastructure, ensuring data is accurate, accessible and used effectively to support fundraising, grant-making, engagement and organisational decision-making.
Working across multiple teams, you will manage the charity's CRM, oversee integrations with other systems, improve processes and workflows, and produce insightful reporting and dashboards that help drive performance and impact.
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong experience managing CRM or database systems
- Experience with Beacon CRM or similar platforms such as Donorfy, Raiser's Edge or Salesforce
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience improving processes, automations and system integrations
- A strong understanding of data quality, governance and compliance
- The ability to build effective relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:
Community Fundraising & Events
- Support the delivery of community fundraising plans and campaigns.
- Help achieve agreed income targets and manage expenditure within budget.
- Research, develop, and deliver community events and fundraising campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities to increase engagement and income.
Community Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with local groups, schools, businesses, clubs, and community organisations.
- Support and develop local supporter groups.
- Encourage long-term partnerships and repeat fundraising activity.
- Conduct appropriate due diligence on prospective partners.
Supporter Engagement
- Provide advice and guidance to individuals and groups organising fundraising activities.
- Deliver excellent supporter care and stewardship.
- Encourage ongoing involvement and advocacy through positive relationship management.
Volunteer Support
- Work alongside colleagues to recruit, train, and support fundraising volunteers.
- Identify opportunities to increase volunteer involvement in community activities and events.
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate fundraising records and databases.
- Produce reports on fundraising activity and income.
About You
You will be an excellent communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people.
Essential Requirements
- Experience of fundraising within the charity sector, or transferable skills.

- Experience working towards targets and objectives.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, databases, email and online systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
Desirable
- Experience working with volunteers.
- Knowledge of fundraising regulations and best practice.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Health and Safety qualification (or equivalent).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lottery Fundraiser to join Income Generation team. This is an exciting opportunity to help grow a highly successful weekly lottery programme that raises almost £1 million annually to support vital community services.
Working within a friendly and ambitious fundraising team, you will play a key role in recruiting and retaining lottery players, developing engaging marketing campaigns, supporting raffle promotions, and building relationships with supporters, volunteers, businesses, and local communities.
About the Role
As Lottery Fundraiser, you will:
- Develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns to attract new lottery players and retain existing supporters.
- Promote lottery products, celebration favours, and bi-annual raffle campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, businesses, and community groups.
- Coordinate recruitment and stewardship activities through telephone, email, and written communications.
- Work closely with retail and fundraising colleagues to maximise income opportunities.
- Monitor performance, analyse trends, and produce reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure all lottery activities comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the organisation at events, presentations, networking opportunities, and community engagements.
