In October 2022 we began working from a woodland space near Wymondham, South Norfolk. We currently run occupational therapy groups from the space in our shelter and surrounding areas; we also have a therapy cabin for individual sessions.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for an occupational therapist, experienced in working with young people (age 7-25 years old) in a community mental health setting to join our growing team. We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with experience or skills working with young people aged 7-14.
As occupational therapist your role will involve overseeing the running of community projects and supervising team members. You will work closely with the management team and CEO to ensure project targets are met and develop the growth of Cup-O-T by listening and collaborating with young people, families, our team, funders and delivery partners.
Please note that having a full driving licence and access to a car with business insurance is essential for this role.
In this post you will:
- Assess and provide individual occupational therapy interventions
- Develop and deliver group occupational therapy interventions. Including: Interoception and Discovery (Recovery Through Activity) and Campfire Community (outdoor based) therapy groups
- Development and delivery of training for professionals, families and organisations
- Overseeing the running of community projects
- Completion of reports and outcomes for clients and funded projects
- Supervising team members
- Work closely with the management team, CEO and Board of Directors to ensure project targets are met.
- Develop the growth of Cup-O-T by listening and collaborating with young people, families, our team, funders and delivery partners.
- Network with other organisations to promote the organisation, our work and the occupational therapy profession
- Work in the community across Breckland, Broadland, Norwich city and South Norfolk
- Support events across the community to promote Cup-O-T’s work. This may include some weekend and evening events.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Marketing Manager on a fixed term maternity cover contract, to play a part in helping bring LCM’s 5 year strategy to life. As part of their ambitious five-year strategy, they are aiming to double their core audience and extend their reach to new communities through a wide range of media channels. At the heart of this role is a desire to see more people engaged in sharing the gospel with those on the margins of society.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver engaging marketing and PR plans that raise awareness of LCM’s work and provide clear, inspiring routes for churches and individuals to get involved. The Senior Finance Officer (Purchase Ledger) maternity cover role will play a key part in the delivery of an efficient and effective payables service to the business and it's customers by ensuring invoices, expenses and regular payments are paid and accounted for correctly and promptly and in line with the purchase order process, policy and internal procedures.
This is a Fixed term contract for 12 months. This role is a Hybrid role and you will be required to be at the office 2 days a week.
What you'll do:
* Process Purchase orders and invoices onto the system, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and authorised as per policy and in line with purchase order procedures
* Process petty cash reimbursements in a timely manner
* Monitor the Purchase ledger mailbox, ensuring that queries and arising actions are dealt with, and invoices are registered on the system in a timely manner
* Act as Finance first point of contact on purchase order queries
* Prepare upload files for the weekly BACS payments as required
* Prepare ad-hoc manual payments as required
* Set up new supplier and system user accounts onto the purchase ledger system

Key Responsibilities
Supporter Care and Engagement
· Frontline Supporter Engagement: You will be the first port of call for our supporters, managing inbound communications across phone, email, and various digital platforms.
· This includes warmly handling enquiries, taking and processing donations, and escalating complex issues to ensure a seamless and positive experience for everyone.
· Creative Communications & Gratitude: You will take the lead on thanking our supporters and making them feel valued.
· This involves drafting personalised acknowledgements, finding creative ways to share the impact of their support, and sending welcoming messages to new event participants.
· Collaborative Team Support: Act as a key support pillar for the Public Fundraising Team, especially during peak times and events.
· Your role will be dynamic, involving everything from on-the-day event assistance to managing logistics and taking ownership of specific fundraising activities.
· Digital Community Management: Help us maintain a vibrant and supportive online presence by monitoring shared inboxes and assisting with the moderation of our social media communities during key campaigns and fundraising challenges.
· Process Improvement: Develop and maintain essential resources, such as FAQ documents, to streamline our processes and ensure consistent, high-quality information is shared with our supporters.
· In person support for several key owned events and other organised events each year, outside of core business hours as needed, for example – by supporting our London and Brighton marathon teams on the day (time off in lieu will be available).
Supporting Public Fundraising Campaigning and Administration
· Provide essential administrative support across the Events, Individual Giving, and Major Donor fundraising teams, contributing to the efficient operation of campaigns and activities.
· Work collaboratively with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing, logging, and acknowledgement of incoming donations and fundraising income.
· Perform data entry tasks, including setting up new regular gifts, and creating and updating communication records within the CRM system (Access CRM).
· Support the administration and stewardship journeys for fundraising events, assisting with tasks such as registration support, participant communication, and logistics administration.
· Provide surge capacity support during busy periods, particularly for high-volume activities like Facebook Challenge moderation and campaign-specific administration.
· Assist with the preparation and mailing of supporter communications, appeals, and stewardship materials.
· Some on the day support for fundraising events and logistics planning and delivery. This may involve some work outside of core working hours for which TOIL would be available.
Collaboration and Operational Efficiency
· Work effectively within our evolving Agile framework, which empowers teams and individuals to work collaboratively with transparency, with key teams to plan, prioritise, and deliver high-quality supporter engagement activities.
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across all teams, including Public Fundraising, Resources, Patient Projects, Finance and Communications, to ensure a joined-up supporter experience.
· Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and supporter satisfaction, wherever possible.
Database and Compliance
· Adhere to all Prostate Cancer Research policies, procedures, and the staff code of conduct.
· Collect and maintain records and data both on CRM and elsewhere regarding supporter interactions, enquiry themes, supporter feedback, questions, interests etc. For helping us to improve.
· Maintain a proactive approach to learning and professional development, seeking opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to supporter engagement, fundraising administration, and the cause of Prostate Cancer Research.
· Take responsibility for personal development to improve performance in the role and contribute effectively to PCR’s mission and strategic goals.
Skills and Competencies

· Demonstrable or transferable experience of an administrative or support role, within an office environment.

About the LGBT Independent Domestic Abuse Advocate role
This role builds on work that we have been doing for decades to support and empower LGBT people who have experienced domestic abuse. Your work will enable LGBT people to feel supported, heard and empowered in the face of abuse and violence, and pave the way to a safer future for our community.
You will sit alongside our other advocates supporting LGBT people facing abuse or violence. You will work directly with LGBT victims/survivors of domestic abuse, offering them a space to talk and think through options, helping them plan what they want to do, and offering assistance in getting what they need from services. Your work will focus on needs specifically related experiences of abuse or violence, including issues such as wellbeing, support with the criminal and civil justice process, safety and access to other services to enable survivors to cope and recover. You will be empathetic and thoughtful in your approach to understanding your clients’ needs, while remaining boundaried and mindful of self-care.
You will work with mainstream services to ensure the voices and experiences of LGBT survivors are represented in order to make change for our community at a local and national level. You will also work closely with key partner organisations by attending meetings and have the opportunity to take part in external work to ensure a joined-up approach among services working with LGBT people facing abuse and violence.

Overview
Barts Health NHS Trust provides neonatal and maternity care for women and birthing people and their babies each year across Tower Hamlets, Newham, and Waltham Forest, providing all aspects of obstetrics and midwifery care in our labour ward, midwife-led birth centre and home birthing service.
TWN Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) listens to the experiences of women, birthing people and families, and brings together service users, staff and other stakeholders to plan, review and improve maternity and neonatal care. MNVPs ensure that service users’ voices are at the heart of decision-making in maternity and neonatal services by being embedded within the leadership of provider trusts and feeding into the Local Maternity and Neonatal System and Integrated Care Board. This influences improvements in the safety, quality, and experience of maternity and neonatal care. We work to ensure that every woman and birthing person on the maternity and neonatal pathway has a chance to have their voice heard. We do not speak for them.
We are recruiting a Neonatal Lead who brings the expertise of women/birthing people with lived experience of neonatal services at Barts Health NHS Trust into the heart of the development of every aspect of neonatal and maternity services at the trust.
The role of Neonatal Lead is key to providing inclusive and collaborative leadership and ways of working, ensuring that all women and birthing people and their families’ views are heard and acted on. About the role
You will be joining a friendly and face paced fundraising team. You will be responsible for;
- Cultivating and managing an existing portfolio of high-net worth individuals and charitable trusts and foundations
- Expanding the pipeline of high-net worth individuals and charitable trusts and foundations by identifying and unlocking networks across our charity, hospitals, supporters and funder communities
- Soliciting five and six figure gifts from high-net worth individuals and charitable trusts and foundations, both verbally and by creating compelling funding proposals
- Supporting the Head of Strategic Projects to identify and develop high value (six figure plus) charitable trust and foundation opportunities and bids that align with the charity's ambitions
About you
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Proven experience of securing five and six figure gifts from major donors and/or charitable trusts and foundations from first approach through to solicitation and stewardship
- Experience of fundraising within complex organisations such as the NHS, Higher Education or larger charities
- Proven experience of managing and developing high-value funder relationships
- Experience of identifying opportunities and matching donor interests with the priorities of the hospital, developing inspiring asks and proposals

About the role
We are looking for an experienced marcomms professional to help us upscale our campaigns activity. From leading the national Tomorrow’s Engineers Week campaign and leveraging external awareness days to increasing audience engagement with our work, this is a varied role working across the marketing, communications, PR mix. Most of our campaigns are either targeted at teachers and careers leaders working in schools or at companies in engineering and technology who want to build the future talent pool.
In this role you’ll drive the design, planning and execution of strategic campaigns that resonate with our diverse audiences. You’ll create compelling content that promotes our activities across multiple channels, tracking and reporting on performance and engagement.
The role is London based at our office at 10 Lower Thames Street, London EC3R 6EN and may involve some travel in the UK. We believe that hybrid working has many benefits and are pleased to offer flexible working with a baseline of 2 days (or 40%) a week in our vibrant central London office overlooking The Thames. The Capital Project Manager will be responsible for leading a £4-5M project that will build a new Cattery facility at our Battersea Old Windsor site. The role will oversee all aspects of the project to ensure the capital project is completed on time, within budget and to the required standards and design. This will include working with colleagues in Animal Care, Infrastructure and Income Generation teams to ensure the project has appropriate funding, the design and build of the cattery meets Battersea’s strategic and operational requirements and that the operational impact of the construction is effectively managed to minimise the impact to dogs and cats across our centres during the works.

We are seeking a well organised and highly motivated Community Archivist to deliver this hugely significant project.
Champs Camp was the first successful Black boxing gym in Britain, with Phil Martin, its founder, the UK’s first Black boxing trainer, manager and promoter. Martin revolutionised British boxing during the 1980s and 1990s, introducing new ways of training and transforming the lives of thousands of young men and boys across Greater Manchester in the process. He deliberately challenged the public association of Moss Side with guns and gangs, helping to produce UK and world champions and make Manchester a centre of the sport.
This project will preserve and make publicly accessible the records of a hugely significant but largely unknown episode in UK Black history. Its legacy will be the preservation of a unique and extensive archive of film, photography, and posters, the collection of a wide-ranging oral history, and the production of a permanent digital archive, accessible to anyone including educators, activists and the wider community.
This role is funded by The National Lottery Fund grant and is run by a partnership of the Moss Side Boxing and Athletics Association (MSBAA) and Manchester Histories, with support from staff at the University of Manchester in History and the Research Data Management Support Service. The role will be located at both MSBAA and the University of Manchester and managed by the Manchester Histories team.
