Director of Justice Together (Maternity Cover)
This is a critical time to join Justice Together. Our grant partners face unprecedented challenges and there is opportunity – and responsibility – for Justice Together to do all the initiative can to strengthen their work and influence. Part of this includes deepening Justice Together’s own influencing work, led by the Director with support from the incoming Senior Influencing Manager. The post-holder will build on the networks, partners, expertise and reputation that have been built up over the first six years of the initiative.
This is a maternity cover role with a preferred start date in December 2026. We are open to secondments.
Salary: £72,000
Hours: 35 (Flexibility considered)
Contract: Maternity cover
Location: Central London and remote. Some UK travel required as part of the role.
The post-holder would need to be based in our London office for two days per week but could choose to work from home for part of the week.
