Victim Support is seeking a committed and detail-focused Deputy Team Leader to help coordinate and maintain excellent support for witnesses within busy Court environments in Mansfield and Nottingham. Acorns is now seeking a Donor Experience Manager to play a key role in delivering an exceptional supporter experience across the fundraising directorate. Reporting to the Head of Donor Experience, the Donor Experience Manager will lead the delivery of engaging, insight-led donor journeys across multiple fundraising channels.

You will work closely with fundraising, marketing and care teams to ensure that every supporter interaction – from initial engagement through to long-term stewardship – is consistent, personalised and meaningful. We are recruiting a Van Peer Coordinator to support our Hepatitis C peer project in the Oxford & Thames Valley area. This role involves driving a van across the region and working with people affected by substance use and hepatitis C. 

Peers use their lived experience to raise awareness of hepatitis C, reduce stigma, and help people access testing and treatment. 

About you 
You will: 

• Be confident driving a van and travelling long distances 

• Have experience working with people affected by substance misuse 

• Have lived experience of hepatitis C, or experience supporting someone who has 

• Be reliable, compassionate, and well organised 

• Have good communication skills

Victim Support is seeking a committed and detail-focused Team Leader to help coordinate and maintain excellent support for witnesses within the busy Court environment at Medway Magistrates Court. You will play a vital role in supporting the Team Leader, volunteers, and wider service ensuring witnesses receive timely, compassionate, and effective support throughout their justice journey.

This role to provide maternity cover for up to 1 year working 30 hours per week covering Medway Magistrates Court .

• Act as the first point of contact — answering phones, emails, and welcoming tenants, families, and professionals.
• Provide housing administration support, including maintaining tenancy records, start and end dates, and issuing tenancy agreements (including easy-read versions).
• Support families and tenants with housing benefit applications, exempt accommodation claims, and related queries.
• Liaise with external agencies such as local authorities, housing benefit teams, and Universal Credit to resolve housing and benefit issues.
• Take and coordinate maintenance queries for Surrey projects and Ashdown, ensuring clear communication with families and tenants.
• Support compliance with data collection requirements for CQC, Capacity Tracker, and commissioning authorities.
• Assist with audits, KPI collation, and performance reporting.
• Support property management and projects teams with document control to meet SCC, WSCC, and Hampshire contract requirements.
• Book meetings, reviews, and professional visits, and provide hospitality when required.
• Order PPE, stationery, and supplies, and support events and social activities.
• Manage the social club and safely oversee the secure handling of client bank cards in line with policy.

• At least two years’ experience in an administrative role within housing, supported living, care, or a related environment.
• Knowledge of housing management processes, tenancy administration, and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting benefit applications or liaising with external agencies (desirable).
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with a warm and professional approach.
• The ability to produce accessible documentation, including easy-read materials.
• A calm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach when supporting tenants and families.
  The ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively as part of a team.

You will play a vital role in supporting the Team Leader, volunteers, and wider service ensuring witnesses receive timely, compassionate, and effective support throughout their justice journey.

This role is full-time working 37.5 hours per week covering Chester Crown Court, Chester Magistrates Court and Crewe Magistrates Court
