We are looking for a dynamic, flexible and experienced manager to provide leadership of a variety of exciting and innovative environmental projects and improving EPIKS’ long-term sustainability through both effective delivery and securing future workstreams.
You will have a proven track record of programme and project management experience together with a keen understanding of nature conservation, active travel and access to greenspaces. You will be supported by volunteer non-exec directors and a skilled team of dedicated staff with an office base in Huddersfield, satellite projects in Kirklees and the south Pennines with opportunities for flexible working.

Background
At EPIKS we are passionate about finding local solutions to environmental problems that are integral to our concern for effective climate action. We work with a range of partners to improve the environment: promoting biodiversity, active travel and a sustainable economy to make Kirklees a better place to live and work. EPIKS is run by four volunteer Directors and a small, dedicated team of part time staff.
We are at an exciting phase of development, with new projects to deliver on improved access in and around the Colne and Upper Calder Valleys and sustainable transport. EPIKS has recently expanded our volunteering programme and community engagement activities. We have also established a firm foundation for our active travel projects and the Walk Wheel ride brand, increasing our partnership with Network Rail.

EPIKs is the working title for Environment Kirklees Ltd, a not for profit company based in Huddersfield and operating projects throughout Kirklees.

About the Service and the Role
This role is an exciting opportunity to work with the Operational Services Manager (Blended Teams) to manage the daily operations of our Blended Teams functions.
This includes managing a core team of workers in a diverse range of projects and services often in partnership with the NHS and other VCSE and community groups. The role will involve multi-agency working and ensuring the continuous development of our services to ensure that they meet the needs of the community and blended team outcomes.
Ideally, you will be required to have knowledge of managing remote teams who may be imbedded in NHS services and the ideal candidate would have the skills to support staff with the complex challenges that come with blended working as well as maintaining and building relationships with key stakeholders. - Manage day-to-day relationships with external fundraising and creative partners.

Person Specification
Essential Experience
- Extensive experience (ideally 5+ years) in Individual Giving or fundraising acquisition roles.
- Proven success delivering multi-channel acquisition campaigns with strong ROI.
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers to high-performance standards.
- Strong background in digital fundraising and paid media.
- Demonstrated experience managing and reporting on substantial acquisition budgets.
Skills & Attributes
- Strategic thinker with excellent campaign planning and execution skills.
- Highly numerate and confident using data for decision-making and optimisation.
- Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.

Location: Hybrid/remote. HQ is in the beautiful Thetford (Norfolk). They also have an office in Wales (Bangor), Scotland (Stirling), and Northern Ireland (Lisburn). They would like someone in the office for 1 day per month.

The role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Creative Operations Manager to join our team. Working across the organisation, you'll interrogate creative briefs, manage production schedules, and keep projects to time and budget. You'll be confident in planning what needs to happen when, and identifying ways we can improve our processes to keep creative projects running smoothly. Whether it's an ad campaign to support the National Art Pass, collateral for Museum of the Year, or materials for a fundraising appeal to save a great work of art, you'll be key to bringing these projects to life.

The role
We are seeking a Programme Manager to support the delivery of Empowering Curators, a multi-year programme designed to accelerate the careers of Global Majority curators and support organisational change across the UK museum sector.
Working with the Head of Programme Delivery and colleagues across Art Fund, you will coordinate day-to-day programme activity, support Fellows and host organisations, manage events and communications, and contribute to evaluation and reporting. You will build strong relationships with partners across the museum sector while ensuring the programme runs smoothly and delivers meaningful impact.

The Head of Place Management leads the delivery of The Fitzrovia Partnership’s Safe & Clean mission. The role oversees all operational activity, contracts, partnerships, and member-facing services that maintain the district’s quality, safety, and appearance.

• Lead all direct delivery, commissioned, and partnership activity under the Safe & Clean mission.
• Oversee cleaning, maintenance, waste, and safety operations, ensuring coordinated delivery and measurable outcomes.

Skills and Experience
