About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications (M&C) Manager to cover the responsibilities of our current M&C Manager whilst they are on parental leave. You will be collaborating with almost every department across PMC to ensure our activities effectively reach and engage our target audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a unique arts organisation that values creativity and academic rigour.

You will be joining PMC at a formative moment following the recent completion of a strategic review. As M&C Manager you will play a central role in advancing our core priorities: expanding access to the study of British art; embedding research at the heart of all our work; and establishing inclusive, sustainable pathways into the field.

A key component of this role will be enhancing the PMC’s visibility and impact. As the field of British art continues to evolve, we are eager to gain deeper insights into how our work is received and understood – both nationally and internationally – and to articulate our role and influence within the wider community of British art studies.

You will be an advocate for the PMC brand, promoting it both internally and externally, and supporting the organisation in delivering its mission.

During the term of this contract, the department will be undertaking a major redevelopment of its institutional website and implementing a centralised customer relationship management (CRM) system.

As Marketing and Communications Manager (Parental Leave Cover), you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and campaigns to promote and communicate PMC’s activities, ensuring that our work reaches and engages a wide audience, both in academic communities and within the general public. You will report to the Digital Lead and manage the Marketing and Communications Coordinator.

FTWW is looking for a full-time Volunteer and Community Coordinator! The successful candidate will strengthen community activity by engaging with external stakeholders and members of the public, increasing our reach and volunteer numbers. They will ensure that volunteers are supported and equipped to participate in a wide range of activities, both in-person and online.

The role is full-time home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage.

We are a small but mighty charity where no two days are the same. You may be involved in facilitating an online coproduction event one day and speaking at the Senedd the next so excellent communication skills are a must. The Role

As a Volunteer Officer, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Volunteer Ranger Service in Richmond and Bushy Park. Supporting the current volunteer rangers and training and managing new volunteers, where appropriate. You’ll seek to develop training opportunities and resources.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Volunteer Officer to join the Volunteering Team at The Royal Parks. This role will focus on delivering the Volunteer Ranger Service in both Richmond and Bushy the Richmond Park Volunteer Bus service. The service was started as a trial with a purpose to engage, inspire and inform members of the public about the history, heritage and wildlife of the parks, and is now seen as a growing success. This role is varied and will see the successful applicant working primarily Richmond and Bushy Park, but with regular travel to all of the parks. Your role will be to manage, the current volunteers, induct and train new volunteers where appropriate, and work to grow and develop different opportunities that the service presents. This role will also work with other volunteer groups across the parks helping to deliver conservation groups, corporates and develop new and existing initiatives. The volunteer officer will support the wider volunteer team and coordinators where needed.

This role involves a lot of in park time, working with and supporting volunteers on the ground, coupled with some office time. This role also requires a large amount of weekend and flexible working, with usually a minimum of two weekends a month in the Parks supporting the Rangers on the ground. The ideal applicant will be friendly, open, and enjoy spending time outdoors and have experience working with and managing volunteers, ideally in an engagement, visitor service or conservation setting.

Additionally, you will:

• Help to maintain all tools, equipment and PPE
• Support the promotion of the Volunteer Ranger Service and wider Volunteering activities
• Ensure all expenditure is approved in advance by the Volunteer Manager and budgets are updated accordingly

About You

To be considered as a Volunteer Officer, you will need:

• Proven experience of working with, managing, leading and training volunteers, especially relating to visitor engagement and conservation
• Experience of developing and delivering successful volunteer projects and programmes and working with partners
• Excellent people skills including team working, negotiating, problem solving and the ability to be calm and decisive in challenging situations
• To be highly organised with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload, manage tasks simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure
• Awareness and advocate of equality, inclusion and diversity, health and safety, safeguarding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of managing budgets and of delivering, reporting and evaluating projects would be beneficial to your application, as would experience of competing demands and delivering a visitor service in a park setting. IT proficiency would also be advantageous, as would excellent presentation skills. Practical conservation, habitat or horticulture management skills, including tool use and management, are also desirable.

Partnerships Executive (Interim)

The Partnerships Executive plays a key role in developing CST’s commercial relationships. Their primary responsibility is to secure conference exhibition sales to meet budget targets and manage all aspects of the exhibitor experience from prospecting to on-the-day support, to post-event communications. They also manage listings in the Directory of Services and work closely with the Partnerships Manager to support the prospecting process.

Reporting to: Partnerships Manager

Key responsibilities

1. Ensure that exhibition sales targets are met for each CST conference.

2. Maintain the CRM for commercial organisations, including creating and managing prospect groups and executing effective exhibition sales campaigns.

3. Create and maintain relevant webforms.

4. Provide excellent end-to-end support for exhibitors, including in person at larger conferences to ensure that all exhibitors’ needs are met on the day.

5. Gather feedback from exhibitors on the quality of their experience and report on what worked well and areas for improvement following each event.

6. Maintain and update marketing collateral to support CST’s commercial activities such as brochures, floorplans, briefings and manuals.

7. Cross-promote the Directory of Services to exhibitors along with other opportunities to work with CST where relevant.

8. Manage the sales and onboarding process for the Directory of Services, including overseeing the references, undertaken by a third party, sending out agreements and liaising with the marketing team on the promotion of new suppliers.

9. Support the Partnerships Manager in the development of the commercial pipeline for CST partnerships by holding initial meetings with new prospects and identifying opportunities for engagement.

About the role

We’re looking for a social media and community officer to join our team and work across our large online communities on social media and our peer-to-peer support forum. You’ll be a key part of our day-to-day delivery of content and engagement and ensure that our key messages reach our audiences.

We are looking for 2 organised and dedicated Project Workers who have a strong empathy with single homeless people, to coordinate our intensive housing management services across our South London boroughs.

You will be joining a small , friendly registered charity and registered provider with a supportive team.

Job purpose

The Project Worker will be responsible for the delivery of a responsive intensive housing management service to clients allocated by the Team Leader.

The central aim of the role is to support homeless clients temporarily living in CLHT placements to become as independent as possible and to facilitate timely move-on into independent living settings.

This will be achieved through regular client-led keywork sessions and in close collaboration with external partners. 

The Project Worker will coordinate the day-to-day smooth running of each house they are responsible for.

Duties and responsibilities specific to the role

Intensive Housing Management

1. Responsible for a broad range of housing management activities, including signing up new residents, issuing licensing agreements, delivering new client inductions, occupancy management and eviction / abandonment.
2. Evictions are a last resort and CLHT works within the Homeless Link guidance on preventing evictions and abandonment.
3. Work collaboratively with the Finance team to coordinate rent/ service charge collections
4. Carry out regular occupancy checks.
5. Maintain accurate and timely records related to housing management activities, within the requirements of GDPR.
6. Maintain a healthy and safe environment and encourage clients to take individual responsibility for their living environment and for positive relationships with fellow residents.
7. Ensure the accommodation where clients live is clean and maintained to a high standard, in line with CLHT property standards.
8. Ensure the accommodation meets all legal and statutory health and fire safety requirements
9. Work in close collaboration with the Maintenance team to ensure all repairs and maintenance issues are correctly reported and resolved.
10. To promote and encourage client participation in the Intensive Housing Management process and to act as advocate for clients when necessary.
11. This includes leading regular house meetings and encouraging clients to become ‘resident representatives’.
12. To document each visit to projects, detailing tasks undertaken, any changes that have occurred and other relevant information.
13. Manage antisocial behaviour and clients complaints in line with our Anti-Social Behaviour and Complaints procedures.
14. Liaise with senior managers to ensure complaints are addressed in a timely manner.

Health and Safety

1. Adhere to best practice in meeting the requirements of health and safety legislation in all aspects of the organisation’s work.
2. Ensure you undertake required health and safety training.
3. Comply with Health and Safety requirements and conduct all activities in a manner which is safe for yourself and others.

Keyworking, Support planning, risk assessment

1. Ensure all clients have a robust risk assessment, needs assessment and support plan which identifies and meets their needs as far as possible within the remit of the service.
2. Use the SMART process to ensure all actions from keyworking are followed up.
3. Develop client engagement techniques, being creative in your approach to encourage client participation in the keyworking, support planning and risk assessment process.
4. Always ensure that clients are provided with the full range of information required to make informed decisions which encourages freedom and empowerment.
5. Signpost and refer to external statutory and voluntary sector partners where necessary
6. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key partners, escalating any concerns about partner agency engagement to your line manager.
7. Maintain up-to-date, GDPR-compliant records on CLHT IT systems, including clients signed copies of all keyworking, support planning and risk assessment documents.
8. Develop and maintain a thorough working knowledge of Adult Safeguarding
