About the role
We are seeking a Grants Systems and Business Analyst to join our Foundation, providing subject-area expertise to our grantmaking and wider teams. This exciting role leads on our grants system and processes and ensures we are working in the best way to support our grant-making (approx. £35m of grant spend per year).
You will lead on maintaining, designing and developing grant making systems and processes and their relationship to other parts of the organisation. You will work with colleagues to identify where we could improve our use of existing digital systems or introduce new systems and oversee the introduction of new systems as agreed including the development of a new grant management system. A key element of this role is to help others work in the most efficient and effective way.
In addition, the role leads on introducing, developing and overseeing the operation of digital systems to support the operation of PHF’s wider business. The post holder will bring a mix of technical and people skills to lead on continuous improvement, ensuring our systems and workflows fit the needs of the organisation and those we work with, and colleagues are skilled-up to work effectively. This may involve working on the introduction of new software as required and will include working with our IT support company, software suppliers and colleagues who have specific oversight of some systems.

Our ideal candidate will be an experienced digital systems and data expert who can confidently translate technical language to a non-expert client group in order to improve systems and ways of working. You may have exeperience of Blackbaud Grantmaking software or will be confident to pick this up.

About the Role
As Partnerships Manager: Changemakers, you’ll lead the team that supports HOST’s global community of hosted partners (HPs). You’ll oversee all Community Support activity, ensuring partners receive the clear, responsive, and values-led service that enables them to focus on making change happen.
This role sits at the heart of the Partnership Management Circle. You’ll manage a small, high-performing team of Community Support Leads, coordinate cross-team development projects, and ensure that systems, processes, and communications evolve in step with the growing needs of our hosted partners.
Core Responsibilities
1. Leadership and Management
- 
	Line manage the Community Support Team, providing coaching, direction, and performance feedback.

3. Systems, Processes, and SOPs

	Support the development and testing of HOSTHub features relevant to Project Hosting.

	Work with the Tech and Operations teams to improve efficiency and automation. 
 
4. Risk and Compliance
- 
	Lead risk identification, screening, and management for Hosted Partners.

	Work closely with the Legal Circle on legal requests, contract amendments, and risk escalations.

	Maintain accurate documentation of risk assessments and resolutions. 
 
5. Pricing, Performance and Development
- 
	Set and manage pricing within the approved HOST fee range.

	Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) with support from the Data Analyst.

	Lead annual Project Hosting service reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. 
 
6. Collaboration and Communications
- 
	Work with Communications to deliver partner-facing materials, including the Project Hosting Bulletin.

Required Experience
- 
	5+ years' experience in operations, partnerships, or programme delivery within a not-for-profit, social enterprise, or international NGO. 
- 
	3+ years' experience managing partner or client relationships, ideally across multiple regions or cultures. 
- 
	2+ years' experience leading and developing a small team, including setting goals, coaching, and performance management. 
- 
	Confident managing systems, workflows, and digital tools (such as ClickUp, Zendesk, Jotform, or CRM platforms).

	Proven ability to coordinate across departments and disciplines to resolve complex partner or client issues.

About the role

The role
You will play a key role in ensuring that Camden Learning captures and uses data to drive service development and operate more efficiently. Key responsibilities
CRM
- Working alongside our development partner, support the successful implementation of a new CRM system
- Ensure the CRM system continues to meet the organisation’s needs, including setting up and owning the process by which colleagues request changes and new features
- Support colleagues to use the system effectively
- Make changes to the system if required and set up reports requested by colleagues. Liaise with development partner if larger changes or new development is required
Other systems and platforms
- Identify, set up and configure other systems and platforms to meet the organisation’s needs. This will include our training booking platform and HR platform.

Order processes
- Set up and own the processes by which schools place orders for services
- Respond to queries from schools related to subscriptions, orders and pricing
- Work with the Finance Officer to ensure customers are accurately invoiced for services used.
Data reporting, analysis and presentation
- Set up and run regular reports of key information to stakeholders, to include:
	- Camden Learning’s leadership team and board of directors
- Local authority commissioners
- Schools
 
- Undertake regular and adhoc data analysis of data held within our systems, for example training feedback and staff survey
- Present this information in a format suitable for its intended audience

This exciting role will lead on all aspects of the finance function, including managing a team of two, overseeing the production of year-end accounts in collaboration with internal stakeholders and auditors, and preparing monthly management accounts for reports to the Senior managers and trustees. Responsibilities also include stewardship of the Foundation’s liquid assets, leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, verifying monthly payroll prepared by HR, and ensuring the efficient operation of the purchase ledger function.
What does the role involve?
· Co-ordinate across the Foundation and help prepare the annual statutory accounts and all schedules for audit and be the lead liaison with the auditors.
· Prepare monthly financial reports and budgets for review by senior management, providing analysis and other measures of performance.
· Lead on improving processes and systems across all aspects of finance and liaising with the wider organisation to drive these forward
What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?
· Up to date knowledge of charity financial legislation and best practice
· Innovative in the development of processes, procedures and information systems to support the work of the team and organisation
· Demonstrable successful accounting experience in a similar role, ideally within the charity sector

The role
In this role you will ensure the smooth and professional delivery of Camden Learning’s services by providing high-quality customer support, delivering accurate and engaging communications, managing website and mailing content, and coordinating meetings, training, and events. You will be a central point of contact for our stakeholders, support internal operations, and contribute to the organisation’s visibility and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
Customer support
- The first point of contact for incoming phone calls and the customer service email address
- Answering queries and directing these on to the relevant team members as required; ensuring queries that are passed on are responded to in a timely fashion
Email bulletins
- Compile, proofread and publish key bulletins
- Support the maintenance of accurate contact details in all key contact lists
Website
Ensure website content is accurate and up to date:
- Undertake routine audits of website content with relevant colleagues to ensure it is up to date
- Make updates to website content as required
- Liaise with web design agency if more extensive website changes are required
Meetings, training and events
- Ensure that our online booking system for training courses is accurate and up to date
- Liaise with course leads to confirm training details
- Respond to and resolve queries from attendees and courses leaders
- Book venues for in person training courses, and set up online sessions in Zoom
- Distribute feedback from training courses to course leaders
- Support the organisation and smooth running of conferences, meetings and events. To include front of house duties such as greeting attendees, organising refreshments as required.
Communications
- Support the implementation of our social media strategy including gathering posts from relevant colleagues, proofreading, adding images and hashtags, and overall management of our LinkedIn page and presence.
- Support colleagues with the design, publication and dissemination of Camden Learning communications.
Other
- Liaise with schools, Camden council and other partners to ensure the smooth running of Camden Learning’s services and operations
- Other tasks as required in keeping with the level of the role
