About this role:
As Enterprise Architect, you will:
- Bring the IT architecture strategy in line with the charity strategy to allow Dogs Trust to achieve its objectives in the most effective way,
- Own the overall architecture domains for the charity,
- Produce, maintain, and communicate Enterprise Architecture artefacts, as well as developing policies and standards,
- Work closely various internal business leaders: including subject matter experts, project managers and Business Analysts, and external solution architects to deliver solutions for the organisation.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will need broad technical knowledge, with the ability to design end-to-end systems at a high level, with a clear understanding of a number of applications. We are using Salesforce and Informatica, so we’d love to hear from candidates with experience in these. You’ll also need to be a self-starter, who is passionate and motivated about delivering solutions and takes a proactive, strategic approach. It’s also important that you’re a people person, who is a great team player and excellent communicator, with the ability to engage colleagues from different parts of the organisation, and bring them on the transformation journey with you. Additionally, you’ll need a commitment to the aims and objectives of Dogs Trust.

The role of Power BI Analyst will help the team provide expert data analytics, reporting and insight. This role will lead their own projects and contribute to the wider team delivery of analysis projects using internal and external data across digital, marketing, supporter, and operational activity to drive the optimisation and innovation of our fundraising activity and increase contribution.
What will I be doing?
Understanding stakeholder business objectives and gather reporting and analysis requirements and document as per the team's governance model.
Leading projects to develop and provide robust, high quality and insightful KPI reports and analysis for each area of the business and ensure that the business has the most up to date and relevant information available as part of a programme of data analysis projects.
Ensuring that reports and insights are communicated to stakeholders in a way that drives impact and influence.
Ensuring delivery adheres to the established business processes and that all necessary documentation and working procedures are always maintained.
Developing the ability to competently use a broad range of reporting and analysis tools across multiple data sources, building a source agnostic approach.
Investigating and reconcile data inconsistencies, ensuring that Analyst & Reporting team produce consistent results and information.
Identifying opportunities and collaborate with other team members to improve the governance of reporting and analysis, generate more efficient processes, and provide a joined-up view of insight.
Building, developing, and managing relationships and share skills and learning with key stakeholders and networks to ensure the work of the department matches needs and builds capability.
What skills will I need?
Relevant experience of reporting and data analysis techniques and statistics gained in an organisation or agency, ideally with complex marketing and comms landscape.
Relevant experience of using Power BI, familiar with creating advanced data models and DAX language, using outputs to make actionable dashboards and insights.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (experience in creating macros advantageous but not essential).
Experience of Google Analytics advantageous but not essential.
Experience of leading and delivering projects with proven impact and demonstrating excellent project management and planning skills with ability to prioritise workload.
Strategic skills (including analysis, structured thinking, and logical reasoning) and strong accuracy and numeracy, with good attention to detail.
Evidence of proactive behaviours, and ability to work independently, challenges own performance, invests in own development and finds innovative solutions to problems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to convey expertise in a way that engages and builds their knowledge.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with others and work as part of a team.

Purpose of job:
Comic Relief is looking for a Digital Fundraising Lead to assume responsibility as the driving force behind our fundraising and engagement strategies. The Digital Fundraising/Marketing Lead is responsible for overseeing the Fundraising and Engagement strategies, planning and performance of our digital marketing channels, to deliver ambitious organisational objectives and fundraising growth targets. Comic Relief’s fundraising and public engagement is delivered primarily through it’s digital channels, and in this role you will lead the digital fundraising team and cross-organisational project teams in driving high performance across these channels, including web UX journey and optimisation, email communications and paid media campaigns to facilitate the delivery of over £18M income across Fundraising.

Key responsibilities:
· Lead the strategy setting and annual planning and budget setting for Comic Relief’s Digital Marketing & Fundraising, including building financial models, developing business cases, monitoring budgets and updating forecasts
· Manage and coach a team of digital fundraisers to execute fundraising, (acquisition and engagement), activity across our key digital channels to deliver against agreed plans and objectives across the entire Fundraising team, specifically focussed on the UK public audience: individuals and communities of individuals, including schools and workplaces
· Foster a culture of high performance and build organisational expertise through a test, learn and iterate approach where data, learning and insight is used to make informed decisions and actioned swiftly. Ensure knowledge is systematised and shared across the organisation for maximum impact
