Join Dementia UK as a Academy Learning Support Officer and be part of a team dedicated to improving the lives of families affected by dementia through the learning and development of Admiral Nurses.
Working closely with the Admiral Nurse Academy Support Manager and wider team, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality learning opportunities through our learning management system, Blackboard. This includes assisting the Virtual Learning Environment Design Officer in designing and building online courses and modules, supporting with storyboarding, content organisation and the development of interactive activities. You will use digital tools such as Articulate, Vyond and Padlet to help create engaging, accessible e-learning materials. You will also contribute to planning and progress meetings with the Academy team and subject matter experts.
You will help maintain our external-facing Dementia UK Academy platform, currently in development, by managing content updates, registrations, learner queries and event support. As first-line support for learners, you will also troubleshoot basic technical issues.
In addition, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of Admiral Nurse Academy activities such as webinars, masterclasses and both internal and external online events. This will include assisting with scheduling, coordinating logistics, updating project trackers and communicating with Admiral Nurses, learners and key stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience supporting the design and delivery of online learning content, with a good working knowledge of platforms such as Blackboard and digital tools including Articulate, Padlet and Vyond. You will be confident working collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders and have project coordination or management skills, along with the ability to use or a willingness to learn project management software.

Partnership and Strategy Manager - Western Forest
The Partnerships and Strategy Manager at Western Forest will be responsible for managing and nurturing partnership relations across the Western Forest area. This role ensures that all partners are supported and resourced to develop and deliver the collective vision of the forest, helping to achieve key targets. The manager will work closely with national and regional organisations, Local Planning Authorities (LPAs), landowners, corporate partners, and developers to create strategic plans, secure significant projects, and develop long-term collaborative relationships. They will also assist with funding applications and support the Western Forest Director in establishing new partnerships.
Salary: £36,750-40,171, with annual pay review
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working hours

Location: Bristol with the option of hybrid working. Travel and meetings across the Western Forest area and working at partner offices will also be required.

About the role:
The Diversion programme began as a two-year pilot programme launched in July 2019 and funded by MOPAC (Mayor’s Office for Policing & Crime). The aim was to drive multi-agency working between the police, Voluntary Community Sector (VCS) service providers and other statutory partners and was part of a wider programme of work to develop a whole system approach to identifying and addressing the needs of women involved in the criminal justice system in London. The Diversion programme integrates a short-term, holistic package of support for women with an out of court disposal, to improve outcomes for the woman and offer Police officers a robust alternative pathway other than prosecution.
We have recently been awarded funding from Portsmouth City Council to deliver a 12-month pilot of the Diversion Programme in Portsmouth, to support those women of the PO1-PO6 area postcodes, who encounter the Police and as a result are then to be referred to the Diversion service rather than be prosecuted.
The successful post holder is required to pass Police Vetting
About You:
To be successful as Diversion Keyworker you will have an in-depth knowledge of issues facing women offenders and those at risk of offending; both in and out of the criminal justice system and the ability to see how violence against women and girls interlinks to women in the criminal justice system.
In short, you will have: -
You will bring proven practice of working with women experiencing issues related to offending (e.g. homelessness, substance misuse, domestic abuse, mental health or other relevant work area) preferably within criminal justice setting. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of conducting needs and risk assessments and of risk management crisis management skills and an ability to cope in stressful situations. You will show forth your ability to manage a caseload and a top-quality skill set with prioritising and organising your own workload.
You will be a self-serving uniquely able to undertake working independently and at times be managed remotely. That said, you will have a proven record of collaborative and working partnership with relevant statutory and voluntary groups, demonstrating the ability to develop and maintain strong constructive working relationships.

Our aim is to work to prevent violence and abuse, as well as providing services to meet the individual needs of survivors, particularly women and children. Our work is holistic and empowering, working alongside survivors to achieve independent lives, free from abuse.
About the Role
You will provide advice and support to women who have experienced domestic abuse in a refuge setting, across two sites. You will carry out risk and needs assessments, develop support plans and carry out key work with women survivors. You should have a minimum of two years’ experience of working with this or a similar client group. An in depth understanding of the needs of women and children from a diverse background is essential.
As part of both roles, one of the job posts will be located in one refuge, with the other job post located across three refuges.
About You
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of domestic abuse and its impact on women and their children, as well as experience of providing emotional and practical support to victims of domestic and sexual violence.
You will have experience of managing risk and following case management procedures to meet the needs of the client group, and the ability to work with women to help them to understand their needs, risk assess, develop safety plan and support them in linking with other agencies.
You will have a working knowledge of the available legal remedies, housing and welfare benefits, as well as experience of providing workshops.
Outside of this, you will have excellent administrative and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage a caseload.

As Voice 21 embarks on its ambitious next five-year strategy, we are looking to strengthen our team with a talented and ambitious Fundraising Manager. Your role will support the Head of Fundraising, CEO and wider team to develop new sources of high value support for Voice 21, working flexibly across trusts and foundations, corporate and philanthropic fundraising.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a knack for identifying funding opportunities and discovering new prospects. With excellent research, communication and relationship-building skills, you’ll work collaboratively with senior colleagues to strengthen our pipeline and drive long term growth in voluntary income. You’ll also contribute your ideas and initiative to develop and deliver compelling engagement opportunities for current and potential supporters, and lead on reporting impact to funders. Ultimately the post-holder is expected to grow in this role, to manage their own portfolio of high value donors.
You’ll be joining the fundraising team at an exciting time as we look to build out the function in the coming years. The Head of Fundraising has been in post just over a year, and has put solid foundations in place to support long term growth. With a healthy pipeline already developed for the current and next financial year, you’ll have plenty of lead time to find your feet, with a realistic (shared) fundraising target of securing c.£500K of new voluntary income in 2027. There is significant untapped potential in fundraising for Voice 21. Key responsibilities

Where you’ll work: All Voice 21 staff work remotely and this is a home-based role. Regular travel to our central London office (by Victoria station) is expected for meetings. Regular travel to visit our projects in schools and/or to meet funders will also be expected. Occasional overnight stays may be required too. Voice 21 pays travel and accommodation expenses. About the Role
This role is focused on delivering established communications strategies and plans over a 12-month fixed-term period. There is scope for the Communications Officer to work autonomously and creatively across teams, helping deliver engaging content and campaigns. Key responsibilities include:

The Woodland and Nature Recovery Manager at Western Forest will manage the delivery of high-quality forestry, woodland and nature recovery activities within the Western Forest. This role ensures that all initiatives are aligned with the Local Nature Recovery Strategies (LNRS) and focuses on woodland creation, agroforestry and sustainable forest management. To perform this role, you’ll need the following skills:
- Advanced modelling and analytical expertise, including interpreting complex data and conducting impact, equity, and cost-effectiveness analyses. Proficient in DHS and PMA datasets, statistical software (STATA or R), and advanced Excel. Experienced with quantitative methods such as Interrupted Time Series Analysis and multilevel regression.
- Deep knowledge of SRHR impact evaluation methodologies, particularly in low-resource settings.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, evidence-based narratives tailored to donors, policymakers, and partners—translating complex data into accessible and compelling stories. Confident public speaker.
- Proven effectiveness in stakeholder engagement, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior audiences.
- Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills, demonstrating agility and responsiveness in dynamic, changing environments.
To perform this role, you’ll need the following experience:
- At least 6 years of experience in evidence generation and impact modelling within global health. Experience in the SRHR sector is strongly preferred, but not essential.
- Proven expertise in managing complex modelling projects and methodologies such as multi-sectoral impact evaluations in development contexts
- Experience presenting to diverse and senior audiences and have led meetings to facilitate insight generation and model development
- Experience with donor engagement and high-value project management, including reporting, and delivering strategic deliverables.
- Proven ability to work effectively across cultures, providing technical support and capacity building
Formal education/qualification
- Advanced degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Demography, Health Economics, or a related field.
- Additional qualification or formal training in impact evaluation is desirable.
- Proficiency in French is highly desirable (please specify level in your application).
- Additional training or qualifications in, impact evaluation and communication, data visualization (e.g., Power BI), and advanced Excel skills are an advantage.

Full-time: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £40,000 - £51,000 per annum for UK based candidates. Discretionary bonus + benefits.
