This role as Senior Practitioner within our Domestic Abuse services will provide housing advice and advocacy support to LGBTQ+ people who require housing support to leave a domestic abuse situation or require longer-term resettlement. The role will provide direct line management to our specialised domestic abuse case workers delivering our services across PAN London. Main duties
Direct Line Management

- To support service users to contact local authorities, and voluntary and privatesector landlords to report anti social behaviour issues and advocate wherenecessary.

New Horizon provides a range of Youth Work opportunities for young people experiencing homelessness. One stream of work is our Jobs, Education and Training (JET) team. About the role:
FLEX is looking for someone with a passion for improving working conditions in service sectors, such as cleaning. In this role, you will support the development of more sustainable corporate responses through the development of a worker-informed human rights due diligence programme for businesses that contract cleaning services. Drawing on a 2-year pilot where we developed a worker-informed human rights due diligence framework, this work involves a strong worker-engagement element.
Above all this role requires someone with real passion and commitment for FLEX’s work to end labour exploitation and an excitement for ensuring workers are at the centre and actively involved in shaping solutions that work for them. You will be working in a dynamic team developing this programme, so this role will require flexibility and ability to adapt.

INTRODUCTION TO THE ROLE
Girls Not Brides is looking for a Head of Research, Evidence and Learning to lead the secretariat’s work on research, evidence, data and learning to inform impactful action on ending child, early and forced marriage and unions (CEFMU). The successful candidate leads the Evidence and Learning Team and works closely with all teams to ensure Girls Not Brides is a go-to and trusted source for evidence and shared learning on what works to address CEFMU and support married girls, globally and in priority regions where we work. Working closely with Teams in Africa, Asia and Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), they provide strategic leadership to increase uptake of research, evidence and collective knowledge by member organisations to enable more effective evidence-based action to end child marriage at all levels. Moreover, the role ensures we continue to play a leading role in coordinating global, regional and national evidence generation through convening diverse stakeholders, identifying evidence gaps and catalyzing collective efforts to strengthen the evidence base on what works to end child marriage.
In close collaboration with the Director of Learning, Evidence and Impact, the Head of Research, Evidence and Learning plays a leadership role in ensuring the timely and quality implementation and delivery of two key areas of the Strategic Objective on Learning of Girls Not Brides’ Secretariat Strategy 2022-2025. The role holder will work closely with the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) and Impact team withing the same directorate but will not lead on the organisation’s MEAL work.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and inclusive leader with demonstrable experience in research, evidence and learning and supporting the uptake of evidence for programming, advocacy and policy influencing gender justice and social change issues. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

StandOut Coach (based in prison)
As a StandOut Coach, you will be attached to one of the three London male prisons we partner with but can expect to work in all of them. You will work alongside a Lead Coach to deliver the StandOut Programme. - To identify the diverse needs of young people and plan, coordinate and deliver youth work targeting these needs
- To support in the development of the Deputy Inclusion Club Lead
- To influence the general programme of events so that it is attractive to young people with a wide range of additional needs
- To be a role model and a resource for other staff and volunteers to improve their inclusion practice
- To regularly engage in CPD related to inclusion
- To contribute to the building of effective partnerships with statutory and voluntary services and other relevant agencies
- To manage the Inclusion budget line and coordinate any other special events/activities (eg trips)
About you:
We are looking for an experienced individual, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude who can be a role model for young people. You will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Experience of Youth Work and of working with young people especially those with SEND
- Experience of successful inclusion work
- Experience of working with other agencies to promote best outcomes for children/young people
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of the issues affecting young people and an ability to work with challenging behaviour and complex needs
