The role
The Innovation team at Leadership Skills Foundation is responsible for the design and evaluation of learning programmes that give young people life‑changing skill development and leadership opportunities. As Innovation Officer you will provide support to our Innovation Leads across learning development, visual design, and research activities.

What you’ll do
Learning development

Work collaboratively to help create and test new learning programmes, and continuously improve our range of Awards and Qualifications based on research findings e.g. from our Sport England Programme.

Support the creation, editing and quality-checking of course content and materials, such as Learner Evidence Records and tutor guidance documents.

Support digital learning activity, including content creation, managing online platforms and testing user experience.
Visual design and content

Create engaging visual designs for use in course materials and impact reporting, ensuring designs are always accessible and on brand.

Manage our library of learning resources, ensuring designs are reviewed regularly and improved based on feedback and research findings e.g. from our Sport England Programme.
Research and evaluation

Play a supporting role organising and conducting research interviews, observations, surveys and focus groups.

The short breaks service offers crisis and planned stays to adults with learning disabilities in Kensington. The Team Leaders manage our short breaks service ensuring safe, person-centred, and high-quality support for adults with learning disabilities.
About the role:
The Team Leader is responsible for offering a creative and flexible response to ever changing complex demands which include meeting guest’s needs within the environment. We require experienced Team Leaders to help run the short breaks service.
The Team Leader acts as the “person in charge” for the service during their shift — coordinating staff deployment, managing admissions and discharges, ensuring accurate recording and communication, and promoting a positive and enabling environment for guests and staff.
We require x4 Team leaders and each team leader will work a 5-day week (37.5 hours per week) with a mixture of days, evenings, nights and weekends on a rota basis. Weekends will rotate approximately working 1 to 2 weekends per month. Team Leaders will work 1 week of nights shifts approximately every 6 weeks. The people we support require team members that can work flexibly as they will need support through the day and the night.
Team Leader supports the Registered Service Manager to ensure that your team deliver on quality improvement, and safeguarding, managing the budget of the service and the personal finances of people you support. You lead the management of Health and Safety in the service. The role requires you to create a harmonious, open, and positive working environment, where people are confident to speak up.
The role requires you to work with people who need assistance with every aspect of daily living, supporting complex health conditions, assisting people with sensory loss and communication challenges as well as with people who are significantly more independent but vulnerable to coercion and control and who may reject support. People want to be part of the community and to develop independence skills and so understanding the principles of doing with and not for is important.
You will be part of a large team and working as partners with professionals and families and so your communication skills and level of professionalism must be at the highest level. Being a team player who can take on additional responsibilities based on a key working model is also a requirement.

Purpose of This Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new three-year programme focused on strengthening the financial wellbeing of people living with multiple long-term conditions. Enabled by recently announced funding from The Aviva Foundation, the role will lead the design and development of an initiative that equips link workers with the skills, confidence, and resources to address financial hardship as an integral part of their practice. The post will play a crucial role in advancing NASP’s strategic ambition to influence and embed social prescribing across local, national, and international contexts
This new role will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of the three-year national programme, reporting to our Strategic Lead for Healthcare Integration & Neighbourhood Health to meet the programme priorities.
The postholder will work in close partnership with key stakeholders to co-produce and lead the programme’s learning content, oversee the national training rollout, and support pilot delivery in two Primary Care Network (PCN) sites. The role will be central to capturing, synthesising, and embedding learning through peer-learning networks, wider evaluation partnerships, and ongoing engagement with our funder. This will support continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, and the successful scaling of the programme -contributing to a more integrated approach to financial wellbeing through social prescribing services.
This role will sit within the Healthcare Integration Team and will work closely with colleagues across Evidence & Insights, International Social Prescribing, workforce developments and activity provider engagement.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and delivery of the national programme, shaping its structure and delivery mechanisms, ensuring milestones, KPIs and outcomes are met

Shape the programme’s learning model, support mechanisms and partnership approach, ensuring clarity of purpose and adaptability across various social prescribing models

Convene and work collaboratively with link workers, VCFSE partners, health system stakeholders and people with lived experience to co-produce programme content and learning materials to support with both the design and reach of the learning materials

Ensure training content aligns with current legislation and ongoing national updates on legislation and reforms, for e.g disability benefit changes & cost of living support

About the Role
This is a key role at the heart of the Foundation’s ambition to become even more impact-led and evidence-driven. As Research and Evaluation Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our programmes, partnerships and investments are grounded in robust evidence and a clear understanding of what works, why it works, and how we can increase our impact.
You will lead the design and delivery of research, evaluation and learning activity across the Foundation, working closely with teams to ensure programmes are built around clear outcomes and that insight is used to inform decisions, improve delivery and strengthen impact.
This is both a technical and collaborative role. You will manage and commission evaluation activity, while also working alongside colleagues across the organisation to embed a stronger culture of learning, evidence and continuous improvement.
About You
We are looking for a skilled research and evaluation professional with experience of designing, commissioning and delivering high-quality evaluation activity. You will be confident working with data, evidence and insight to inform decision-making and improve programmes or services.
You will bring strong analytical skills, alongside the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical recommendations. You will be comfortable managing external partners and contracts, and confident supporting others to embed evidence and learning into their work.

CAFOD is seeking an Evidence and Learning Advisor to support International Programmes (IP) during a period of maternity cover. The role plays a key part in embedding evidence and learning within CAFOD’s Integral Ecology Programme Model (IEPM), which underpins delivery of our strategic framework, Our Common Home.
Working within the Programme Quality Support Team and reporting to the Programme Quality Lead, the postholder will cultivate a strong culture of evidence-based reflection and adaptation across programmes. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate core learning processes, including programme deep dives and the Annual Review and Adaptation (ARA).
- Lead the update of International Programmes’ Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) approach, ensuring alignment with the IEPM and reporting needs.
- Provide technical MEL advice and capacity support to programme teams and partners, including contributions to reviews, evaluations and institutional fundraising work.

Person Specification
