Salary: (3.2 Indirect) £30,765.38 - £32,887.13 per annum, pro rata according to work agreement.

About the Service
Service user involvement is a key part of our 5-year strategy and we are looking for a Service User Involvement Coordinator to ensure the views of service users and people with lived experience of VAWG inform the development and delivery of services, operations, and ongoing strategy.
About the Role
The key responsibilities of the Service User Involvement Coordinator are:
- Implement and report on progress for the SU involvement strategy
- Work in partnership across other Solace’s departments, specifically with services
- Promote the value of service user and potential service user engagement across the organisation including supporting the SU advisory panel and SU ambassadors.
- Engage and collaborate with staff and service users to increase the range of service user involvement opportunities available.
- Network locally and nationally to share and implement best practise and partnership initiatives
- Train and support service users to be involved in influencing opportunities
- Coordinating and disseminating the annual service user surveys
About You
To be successful in the role of Service User Involvement Coordinator you will be motivated, pro-active and supportive, with a strong commitment to person-centred work and service user involvement, you will also need to bring with you the following skills and experience:
- Effectively involving service users and improving services and/or influencing decision makers
- Working collaboratively with staff and managers to improve their involvement and co-production practice
- Thorough understanding of and a passion for coproduction and the benefits it brings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with a range of individuals in a variety of settings
- Experience of developing and implementing strategies, policies and or processes collaboratively with colleagues

The purpose of this role is to offer an information, advice, and casework service on a range of cost-of-living issues for disabled people with complex needs. The post-holder will also deliver training on welfare benefits to other organisations and their helpline staff. You will be responsible for ensuring the service is delivered to the highest standard, accessible, and quality assured.
You will provide a person-centred information, advice, and casework to disabled people with complex needs on cost-of-living support, welfare benefits and to access small grants.
As the lead welfare benefits worker within the organisation, you will work with relevant staff and organisations to provide an accessible welfare benefits service, across the borough, with flexible hours and access routes to meet the needs of the client base i.e., internet, phone, email.
Working with the User Involvement Officer, you will ensure the service is user-led and people with complex needs are supported to be involved in the development of the project.

Summary of Role
Working under the direction of our Centre Managers at Arc in the Park and Abbey Hub, Youth Workers are key to ensuring the successful delivery of our provision for young people. The role will include the delivery of specific youth work projects and programmes delivered in accordance with the policies and procedures of AAA, helping young people to develop personally, socially and educationally. The role will include providing support to vulnerable and at-risk service users.
Responsibilities
·Providing for the social, personal, educational and leisure needs of young people by assisting in the running, organisation and delivery of AAA youth projects, including building-based and detached street work projects
·Establishing positive relationships with all young people supporting and enabling them to increase their confidence and realise their potential, fully integrating them into all project activities.
·Coordinating resources and developing opportunities and activities for young people which reflects their particular needs and circumstances.
·Facilitating the active involvement of the young people in the planning and development of the project programme.
·Facilitating the positive integration of young people with disabilities, behavioural difficulties and/or special needs within the project.
·Mentoring young people by supporting positive behaviours, delivering life-skills sessions and workshops.
·Assisting young people in identifying progression opportunities and providing on-going transition support for those moving into college, employment, apprenticeships or further learning.
·Monitoring and evaluating projects with young people and staff, providing reports as required to the Board of Trustees.
·Supporting young people to gain accreditation through their involvement in projects
·Supporting young people to raise money for activities through fundraising.
·Adhering to AAA policies and procedures in respect of safeguarding young people.
·Supporting and guiding volunteers, trainees and junior leaders in all of the above, as required.
·Working as a member of the AAA team to ensure the safety and well-being of the young people, including day to day 'housekeeping' of the site and maintenance of equipment.
·Liaising with parents, carers and other organisations and professionals as required.
·Carrying out health and safety inspections as required.
