We’re looking to grow our delivery team with a brand new role that is responsible for processing the referrals we receive for the Settle Programme as well as holding assessment meetings as and when necessary. The successful candidate will also be a Senior Settle Coach holding a reduced caseload and using their frontline skills to work one-to-one with care-experienced young people across London.

For this role, we anticipate that you will spend 50-60% of your time processing and responding to referrals, including taking further steps to assess the needs of the young person who has been referred. To do this you’ll work closely with our Programme Management team, Business Development team and referral partners to ensure that we have all the necessary information to deal safely and appropriately with referrals. As this is a new role to the organisation, there will be scope to shape and influence the way this work is managed alongside your manager and our Chief Operating Officer.

We then anticipate you will spend the remaining 40-50% of your time as a Senior Settle Coach, working on the frontline, delivering one-to-one sessions with care-experienced young people across London. You’ll work closely with our partners to ensure the smooth delivery of our contracts and with the Programme Management team and Senior Partnerships Manager to support reporting on outcomes and regular partnership meetings.

You will report into a manager within the Programme Management team.

Candidates with experience of assessing and managing risk are encouraged to apply. Essential requirements include the ability to hold multiple perspectives alongside each other, ability to approach risk and need from a curious perspective, comfort and ability to escalate concerns as well as strong people skills. It is essential that the candidate has at least 2 years of frontline experience to fulfil the Senior Settle Coach requirements.

We are advertising this role on a hybrid basis; with travel into the office one or two days a week and travelling to deliver sessions across London for some of the rest of the week.

Planning

Shape and deliver the Primary Sector Development Plan.

Sales & growth delivery

• Drive income and centre growth targets across all relevant programmes.
• Develop tailored acquisition and conversion strategies by segment, including cold outreach, warm lead nurture, events, and campaigns.
• Track and report against sector income targets, centre growth metrics, lead conversions, and ROI using dashboards and data analysis.

Marketing and lead generation

The Role

Working throughout the RIBA stages, you’ll support the Works and Capital Projects teams with expert cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and contract management to help deliver projects that enhance and protect our historic spaces.

You’ll prepare detailed cost plans, schedules of works, and bills of quantities, closely monitoring project budgets and financial performance from start to finish.

Acting as a key link between clients, contractors, and stakeholders, you’ll advise on procurement strategies, evaluate cost returns, and ensure all financial processes are transparent, accurate, and compliant.

About the Service

Our 24 hour specialist supported accommodation service provides support for women affected by any form of violence, including domestic abuse and/or sexual violence who are experiencing poor mental health and/or problematic use of substances, to build towards an independent future. This service is a high needs service.

The team delivers one to one support in the form of weekly keywork sessions working within a psychologically informed framework to create support plans with residents and build on skills and competencies. We use a strengths-based approach in the hope that service users can move on into the community or a lower needs service to live a better quality of life whatever that may look like for the individual.

In addition, the team is responsible for the building management including Health and Safety, void turn over, financial management, the repairs and living environment.

The role:

The role of People Systems Database Lead is in place to maintain, optimise, and support RGP’s HRIS, ATS, Learning Management and Better Impact systems. Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data, and supporting system updates, integrations, and reporting needs. The People Database Lead will collaborate with HR, L&D, Volunteering, IT, Finance and other departments to improve system functionality, automate processes, and enhance user experience.

• Collaborate with People Team colleagues to identify management information relating to HR metrics for success and improve data quality with People system applications.
• Ensure People Team colleagues and business managers receive relevant management information in a timely manner on request, or as a regular update, as agreed.

• Analyse, investigate and resolve statistical queries and issues/problems.
