Duties and Responsibilities will include:

Sales Ledger & Billing

• Supporting the process of billing admin including interface with finance systems
• Monthly billing or as required according to CYP contracts
• Allocate received cash to invoices in the Finance system
• Ad Hoc invoicing

Help maintain an accurate billing sheet

• Pursue debts over 30 days
• Send out all copy invoices as and when required
• Proactively resolve issues and queries
• Ensure the month end cut off deadlines are met
• Ensure risk is identified and captured, assessed, adequately mitigated, and
• reported/escalated where appropriate

Education:

• A levels or equivalent

Experience:

• Credit control experience

About Khulisa: 

Khulisa, meaning 'nurture' in the Zulu language of South Africa, is an award-winning charity dedicated to providing therapeutic support to young people. We focus on reaching those who are most at risk – young people from deprived communities who are often marginalized, vulnerable to exclusion, and at heightened risk of becoming involved in crime.

Our approach centres on safe, exploratory methods that aim to understand behaviour and experiences often rooted in trauma, abuse, and neglect. We deliver intensive therapeutic programs within educational and community settings, empowering young people to confront the underlying causes of their emotional distress and work toward healing. To create lasting, sustainable change, we also work to establish trauma-informed environments around young people by equipping parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals with the tools they need to offer effective, supportive care. About the role: 

The purpose of this role is to build and manage Khulisa's high-impact partnerships with schools, communities, and corporates that generate income and expand the reach of our therapeutic programmes. This includes, but is not limited to: 

• Identifying, initiating, cultivating and managing relationships with schools, Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs), Local Authorities
• Working closely with Khulisa's Head of Programmes and Participation to develop, implement and regularly review our schools engagement plan
• Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners to generate financial support, sponsorships, and other forms of engagement
• Maintaining a record of and report on partnership pipelines, engagement outcomes, and income forecasts and actuals

About us

Parallel is a small but ambitious charitable initiative doing big things: we currently support over 3,000 students through our maths enrichment activities, around 500 of whom receive dedicated weekly, small-group online tutorials in The Parallel Academy. Our mission is to support students on our programmes to fulfil their mathematical potential, by providing them with the opportunity to develop their reasoning and problem-solving skills beyond the curriculum. 

Our students are motivated and ambitious. Although our maths programme is optional and takes place outside of school hours, students have an average attendance above 95%.

The Role

We are rapidly expanding our service provision over the coming months, and are seeking a full or part-time Project Administrator to join our passionate and energetic team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our programmes and help embed the tools and processes for reaching thousands more students each year.

This is a versatile role with responsibilities ranging from database management to setting up online events and communicating with service users, schools and tutoring staff. Working within a small administration team, you will be proficient at using a range of tools such as spreadsheets, meeting platforms and scheduling software, and will be willing to learn new ways of working. We are looking for someone who can remain focused under pressure, using their initiative to deal proactively with a range of tasks and to prioritise the competing demands of a busy workload. 

Hours

This is a flexible and fully remote role, and you will have significant autonomy in how you structure your working week. 

As part of your contracted hours, you will be required to work some evenings and weekends, but this will not exceed one day a week in total. There will also be periods when there is a higher workload (e.g., during student recruitment periods), so you may be required to offer some flexibility in working longer (and then shorter) hours week to week. We are happy to discuss how the hours and role might work for you during the interview stage.
 

Key duties and responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date spreadsheets relating to student rosters and learning data.

• Adopt data hygiene principles so that data is managed smartly, in accordance with our data privacy policy.

• Lead on event creation, which primarily concerns the hundreds of weekly tutorials we run each week, but also extends to other activities such as student admissions, end of term testing and public webinars.

• Help to manage a high-volume inbox, responding to daily emails and triaging across the team by assigning correct levels of priority to each correspondence.

• Support the onboarding of new tutors (e.g. overseeing DBS checks, approving invoices) and take the lead on finding cover when gaps appear in our tutoring schedule.

• Liaise with prospective schools and students and undertake key data gathering activities to identify the most suitable candidates for our programmes.

• Support in developing and updating key policies and procedures. 

• Support with general administrative tasks.

Other duties:

• The post-holder will also be expected to undertake any other tasks commensurate with the role and which may be reasonably required. 

Requirements

Skills 

• Proficient in working with digital tools and software such as Google Sheets, Docs, Forms, Zoom and Trello (and able to learn new tools very quickly).

• Excellent with spreadsheets and data - you know your vlookups from your pivot tables 

• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders, with a professional and sensitive approach. 

• Strong judgement: can be relied upon to implement agreed processes but also shows initiative to suggest improvements to how we work.

• Proven experience of working in a team, demonstrable ability to operate in a flexible working environment and to take initiative. 

• Ability to understand, interpret, and apply existing documentation with a fast-moving environment. 

• Excellent independent time management and organizational skills.

• The ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity related to all aspects of information disseminated within the organisation.

Education

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline

Professional Experience:

• Essential:  3 years + relevant experience managing data as part of an administrative role.

Community charity Groundwork South has a unique opportunity for an energetic, people-focused, self-motivated Senior Project Officer to join our Communities Prepared team to develop and provide community resilience training and support for a diverse range of communities.

Summary of role: Communities Prepared is our flagship England-wide community resilience programme which provides training and support to community volunteers and the wider public – helping them to build their confidence, skills, and knowledge to prepare for, respond to, and recover from various threats, including severe weather events amplified by climate change.

With the demand and need for our programme continuing to grow, we are looking for a new part-time Senior Project Officer to work closely with the existing delivery team, wider programme team, communities, and partners nationwide to design and deliver online and in-person tailored training and support packages for community volunteers across England.

Today, one person every two minutes is diagnosed with leprosy. It’s a disease of poverty, striking the most vulnerable. Left untreated, it causes permanent disability. Stigma means that people affected by this disease are often rejected by those closest to them and excluded from basic services. 

Within our dynamic programmes team, you’ll be working alongside supportive colleagues who are passionate about ending leprosy and transforming lives. We have a culture of learning and growing together and will provide training in best practice, ensuring excellence in all we do. You will have at least three years’ work experience in an international development programming role or similar setting (ideally in the global South), with a degree in a relevant discipline. You will have monitoring, evaluation and research skills, with the capacity to work on your own initiative and will be an excellent cross-cultural communicator. We are particularly interested to hear from people with expertise in disability services, public health, research, quality assurance, or social enterprise development. However, those with experience in community development and working in fragile states would also be most welcome to apply.

You will be responsible for the development of UK-funded programmes, supporting the capacity development of overseas partners and managing income streams from large donors. In addition, you will champion our work on the global stage and engage in national and global advocacy on Neglected Tropical Diseases (including leprosy), global health and disability issues. This will require travel overseas for approximately eight weeks per year.

Job Summary

To manage talent acquisition for the Museum, working with hiring managers to plan and deliver effective campaigns to fill each role with the best possible candidate.  To manage and develop a range of materials and systems to support talent acquisition activity.
 

Main responsibilities

• Be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment pipeline across the Museum (around 150 campaigns per year)
• Work with the HR Business Partners to understand and predict resourcing needs and plan future hiring needs
• Be responsible for the Museum’s candidate marketing materials including the careers site, developing content and working with the Digital team to ensure content is updated regularly

The Economic Fundamentals Initiative (EFI) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) NGO founded in 2019, dedicated to enhancing economic and financial literacy across the Western Balkans, South Caucasus, Central Asia, and Ukraine. We collaborate with universities, policy institutes, and nonprofits in 11 Partner Countries to deliver educational materials and programs in both English and local languages, with the aim of fostering broad-based interest in economics and personal finance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Coordination

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with EFI’s development and partnership goals

• Ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all EFI materials and platforms

• Collaborate with EFI's Partner Relations Director and in-country partners to amplify media presence and highlight local impact

Content Creation & Management

• Write bi-weekly “What’s New” updates and quarterly development newsletters

• Collect and curate testimonials, success stories, visuals, and key data for donor and public communications

• Lead content design and updates for EFI’s development-facing website

• Create and manage tailored communications for fundraising campaigns and presentations

• Oversee production of EFI’s Annual Report and other external-facing materials

Media & Social Presence

• Plan and manage EFI’s social media content strategy and publishing calendar

• Coordinate with external creatives (freelancers or agencies) for content production

• Monitor and report on digital engagement metrics to inform strategy

Events & Visual Media

• Manage photography and visual documentation for EFI events and milestones

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or related roles — nonprofit or international development experience a plus

Role Responsibilities

Finance and Audit Support

● Support year-end audit, including providing information and answering queries

● Proficient in Excel and Xero; experience with Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and Notion is a bonus

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work within the Northern Ireland Directorate, Business Support Team. Your primary role will be to provide excellent administrative support to the Northern Ireland Director and to provide a business support service to the Northern Ireland Funding team and wider Directorate.

As part of the small Business Support Team, you will provide a flexible and responsive executive support service to the Northern Ireland Director that will include daily diary management.

Day to day responsibilities:

About the role

We have just finalised an exciting new three year strategy to drive impact at scale for victim-survivors. We are now looking for an exceptional candidate to lead some of our financial services relationships and consultancy work and support SEA in its mission to raise awareness of economic abuse and transform responses to it within the financial services sector.

The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Operations and Data Officer. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to help maintain, develop and continuously improve our data and systems. The role will be an integral part of the Living Wage Operations and Insight Team, providing technical support to ensure the integrity of our systems, and supporting with development projects. 

The Operations and Data Officer will need to be highly numerate and have great analytical skills to support our monitoring and evaluation functions, working with the Head of Operations and Insight on financial and budgeting management, reconciliation and forecasting for the Living Wage Foundation. The suitable candidate will be detail-oriented, be able to demonstrate their ability to seek out improvements and problem solve creatively and have experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems. 

Main Responsibilities 

Working as the Operations and Data Officer– LWF for Citizens UK, reporting to Senior Data & Operations Manager, LWF, your main responsibilities will include: 

Project Management 

Deliver work targets on time and to standard to support the Foundation’s data and systems: : 

•  Support the day-to-day operations and management of all systems within the Living Wage Foundation designed to enable the functioning of Living Wage accreditation schemes. 

•  Proactively seek out systems improvements to make our processes more efficient so the Living Wage Foundation continues to provide an excellent service to the Living Wage network. 

•  Provide operational support for all aspects of the accreditation and recognition systems, including identifying and fixing errors. 

• Maintain integrity of Salesforce database; identify and source incomplete information within the database; take responsibility for tidying, cleansing and backing up existing data. 

• Support maintenance of integrated systems, including syncing data to Act-On and the website. 

• Work with Operations and Data Manager to keep templates, forms and related communications materials up to date 

• Manage merchandise administration including email inbox, day to day queries, and Shopify administration. 

• Support Operations and Data Manager to manage budgets for external contracts (e.g. with developers and suppliers). 

  Learning and expertise 

• Keep up-to-date with functional good practice and technical updates to all our systems, including within the third sector. 

• Support with network data enquiries, including analysing data, creating Salesforce reports and dashboards for colleagues. 

• Work with colleagues to identify learning & development needs and support Operations and Data Manager to develop and deliver inductions, training and guidance to meet requirements.

Develop and manage external relationships
