Success in this role will mean surpassing revenue targets, growing our customer base, securing high-value partnerships, delivering campaigns with measurable ROI, and strengthening retention so that existing members and customers remain engaged. Role Overview

What you will be doing 

• Sales growth – Deliver organisational revenue targets by driving new sales and upselling across membership, sponsorship, training, and partnerships, while supporting strong retention.

• Sales execution – Lead sales conversations, pitches, and negotiations through to closing deals.
• Campaign delivery – Design and deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, outreach, social media, partnerships) that generate leads and conversions.

Location: This is a remote UK-based role with regular travel to CST’s national and regional events, mainly in Birmingham and London. Candidates within reasonable travel distance to these locations are preferred.

Salary: £41,603 - £45,470 a year.

Pension: We offer a workplace pension and life assurance scheme. CST makes contributions equivalent to 10% of your gross salary.

Annual leave: Initially 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional two days leave after three years’ service.

The postholder will act as a subject matter expert in statutory health datasets and data integration, while also contributing to Rethink’s wider ambition to demonstrate leadership in mental health data innovation.

How you will make a difference

This is a strategic, delivery-focused role designed to lead Rethink Mental Illness’s work on the national Mental Health Services Dataset (MHSDS). The postholder will manage a pioneering project to design and implement data flows from Rethink alliances – including Open Mental Health in Somerset and Synergy in Sheffield – into the MHSDS. Our alliance model is aligned with the government’s neighbourhood health agenda – enabling the NHS to work in a fully integrated way with a range of community based and grassroots organisations. Ensuring that data flows from these organisations is critical.

The role will build a robust data model, work directly with voluntary sector partners to understand their CRM systems, and develop automated submissions that ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Beyond compliance, the postholder will position Rethink Mental Illness as a sector thought leader by creating a replicable model that enables voluntary sector data to be integrated into national reporting – an ambition that has not yet been achieved elsewhere.

Workplace Justice is a new company limited by guarantee that has been created to take forward the annual New Organising Conference. The New Organising Conference is unique in bringing together a diverse group of participants - trade unions established and new, community organisers, not for profits, academics, lawyers and journalists, with a shared interest in worker rights. In September 2025 60 people will deliver 40 different sessions to an audience of 135 people.

Overview of the role

This role, which will be largely remote, with regular online supervision and periodic meet-ups, offers the opportunity to support an important social justice initiative which has received hugely positive feedback from participants. You will have a high degree of autonomy, and a varied and interesting workload, as well as the opportunity to interact with and meet inspiring activists and educators.  Because of the annual cycle of the conference, you will ideally be able to flex your working hours across the year, with the opportunity for a four week break after the conference.

Outreach and Operations Support Manager, New Organising Conference

Background

Workplace Justice is the organisational home of the annual New Organising Conference, now in its third year, with support from the Network for Social Change The New Organising Conference, held over a weekend, is unique in bringing together a diverse group of participants - trade unions established and new, community organisers, not for profits, academics, lawyers and journalists, with a shared interest in worker rights and community organising. Participants learn, get inspiration and form new collaborations. In September 2025, 60 people delivered 44 different sessions to an audience of 130 people. Overview of the role

This role is largely remote, with weekly online supervision and monthly meet-ups with the Coordinator, and twice yearly Board meetups. It offers the opportunity to support an important social justice initiative which has received hugely positive feedback from participants. Background

Lepra is dedicated to addressing leprosy and lymphatic filariasis (LF) and their consequences through direct support, advocacy, and the promotion of inclusive communities. We work in Bangladesh and in India, through our sister organisation, LEPRA Society. We work in partnership with people affected by leprosy and LF to improve detection, ensure access to treatment and care, and promote inclusion and wellbeing. Last year we finalised our new Global Strategy for 2024-30, which will guide us in our efforts to accelerate progress towards global targets for leprosy and LF, and towards our vision of a world free from leprosy and LF.

Job Context

Our Global Strategy marks a significant evolution in our organisational direction, introducing innovative approaches and renewed priorities. This includes our first-ever global Theory of Change (ToC), our most comprehensive Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) framework to date, a Research and Innovation strategy, and a dedicated Advocacy sub-strategy to guide our influencing efforts.

With the Lepra Advocacy Strategy, we will be working over the next 6 years to strengthen our approaches to our advocacy efforts. Advocacy Delivery (50%)

Under the supervision of the DPA implement Lepra’s global Advocacy strategy and coordinate advocacy initiatives.

Serve as the driver of advocacy efforts, facilitating the transitional year of implementation including coordinating the Advocacy Steering Group; advocacy toolkit development; action planning.

Represent Lepra in specific fora and advocacy networks and within the broader leprosy and NTD community in close coordination with the DPA.

Produce quarterly advocacy newsletters

Maintain quarterly reports on flagging areas of concern and actioning steering committee advice.

Assist in the preparation of policy documents and the presentation of papers for publication, conferences, or specific institutions and/or individuals - identifying and targeting the most appropriate audiences.

Job Purpose

Vision Action seeks a highly dynamic individual for a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of an extension. Reporting to the Head of Education at global animal welfare charity, Worldwide Veterinary Service (WVS), you will help grow and develop education programmes that protect children from key zoonotic disease and improve the relationship between animals and people.

One child dies from rabies every 10 minutes. Most victims are under the age of 15. Rabies is 100% fatal, but entirely vaccine preventable. Children just need the right information to protect themselves. WVS established Mission Rabies, a campaign that aims to eliminate rabies for good, in 2013. We have worked hard to reach 9.6 million children worldwide, but around half of the world’s 2 billion children at this age still live in rabies endemic countries. You will manage national education managers based across Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America to spread our core messages to a wider audience. This is essential if we are to deliver our goal to halve the number of people dying from rabies in the next 5 years.

Our project teams include colleagues from a range of disciplines as well as external consultants and suppliers. You’ll need to be able to build relationships across internal and external stakeholders and motivate others to get things done to keep projects progressing smoothly.

Key activities will include:

• Develop and manage one or more complex projects at any one time. To include budget management, stakeholder management, risk management, contractor procurement and other tasks as required. 
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project success by focusing on a common goal. 
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of projects that contribute to delivery against strategic priorities, working with regional/country management teams. 
• Provide support & advice to the regional /country management team to enable them to use the PMF effectively to deliver strategic priorities and successful projects (including ensuring project assurance is in place). 
• Line management of more junior project management team members.
• Provide advice and support to colleagues on project management best practice, helping to build overall project management capability across England.
• Be an advocate for Cora, the RSPB’s on-line project management system.
• Undertake project reviews as commissioned by the management team/other stakeholders including other regions & countries to ensure lessons are learned, best practice shared, and capability increased.

Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

• Proven project management skills relating to planning and managing complex projects, managing risks/costs/time and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to influence others, communicate effectively, build collaborative relationships and represent the organisation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and approaches, with the ability to support more junior colleagues in this area.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Demonstrable experience of developing and working in partnership to achieve shared outcomes. 
• Ability to solve issues quickly, efficiently and creatively.
• Cost and budget management.
• Impressive time management and organisational skills.
• A tangible passion for the planet.

Desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

• Project or Programme Management Qualification (APMPMQ, Prince 2, MSP).
• Experience of relevant projects such as habitat creation/restoration, building renovations (particularly visitor facilities), multi-partner projects, community engagement. 
• Line management experience.
