As Scheduler, you’ll help allocate new client referrals to our team of practitioners and coordinate smooth handovers between team members. You’ll work closely with the Scheduling Lead and wider operations team to ensure efficiency and continuity of care.

In the Response Coordinator role, you'll manage all incoming enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely responses and directing queries to the appropriate team member.

As Volunteer and Placement Coordinator, you’ll oversee the onboarding of volunteers and Music Therapy student placements, matching individuals to suitable settings, and handling DBS checks and references.

You’ll also contribute to ongoing improvements by sharing feedback and insights from your role to support the development of internal systems and processes.

Accountabilities

This role involves a range of duties that may vary week to week. Key responsibilities include:

• Responding promptly to general enquiries from individuals and organisations via phone and email

• Supporting the scheduling team with new referrals, service contracts, and opportunities, including liaising with Music Therapists and Community Musicians

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system (Salesforce or similar experience is desirable), including logging communications and key information

• Ensuring clear and consistent communication with clients, referrers, and partner organisations regarding referrals and enquiries

• Creating and managing service agreements using Jotform

• Assisting with assurance and compliance paperwork

• Transferring referral data and supporting team members in keeping client records current

• Coordinating student placements and volunteer onboarding, including DBS and reference checks and matching to appropriate settings

• Signposting individuals to relevant resources where appropriate

• Providing operational support to team members and directing queries to the appropriate colleague

We are looking for a highly organised, efficient individual who can work independently and take initiative when needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy and sensitivity in all communications, with a warm and supportive telephone manner and the ability to write clear, compassionate email responses to clients and referrers.

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach are essential, as this role involves close interaction with colleagues across the team. An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, music therapy and the experiences of our clients is important.

Confidence using digital tools and systems is essential, as the role involves working with a range of platforms to support service delivery and coordination.

Key essential competencies: 

• Excellent and clear communication both written and verbal

The role

The Executive Assistant to CEO & Governance Lead will provide support to the Chief Executive Officer to fulfil her responsibilities and enhance her effectiveness. This will also include working closely with the Board of Trustees and the Senior Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities

• Executive Support & Diary Management: Manage the CEO's diary, prepare for meetings, maintain action logs, and provide proactive support in work planning.
• Governance & Administration: Organise and service Board, Committee, and staff meetings, including agendas, minute-taking, follow-ups on actions, ensuring compliance with governing documents and charity law. The role will line manage a Senior Administrator and facilitate trustee recruitment, induction and development.
• Safeguarding and Data Protection: Ensure data protection and safeguarding legislation are adhered to, embedding law in policies/procedures (training provided).
• Operations & HR Management: Oversee office operations, supplier contracts, data protection compliance, HR functions, and staff development.
• Project & Budget Management: Supports and sometimes leads projects, manages a small budget, and ensures cost-effective procurement of services and equipment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Significant experience of administration, particularly servicing a Board and Committees
• Significant experience in providing support to a senior executive, preferably as an EA
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Overview:

• As COO you will be BeyondAutism’s second-in-command and be responsible for the financial well-being 
of the charity, financial and commercial strategy and day-to-day operational excellence.
• The overarching purpose of the COO position is to work with the CEO on defining the financial and 
operational strategy of BeyondAutism and then to implement it, thereby enabling the charity to deliver its 
charitable objects.
• You will provide strong leadership of the finance function, being proactive, outward facing and an 
exceptional manager of stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities
• Leadership and management of a senior team to deliver business plans in pursuance of the strategic 
objectives.
• Developing and leading the finance and operations functions (HR, Facilities, and Projects) so that they 
facilitate the growth and reach agenda.
• Provide leadership on Finance and Accounting strategy, to optimise BeyondAutism’s financial performance.

Strategic leadership

The role

The Digital Media Officer role provides support to Crimestoppers and Crimestoppers’ youth service Fearless, in creating impactful content and campaigns that empower people to speak up about crime.

You will be responsible for filming, creating, and scheduling organic and paid social media content, and as the face of Fearless’ social media platforms, feature in the content yourself. You will play a key role in shaping and driving forward Fearless’ communications strategy to ensure Fearless’ social media platforms remain relevant, engaging and supportive of Crimestoppers overall aims.

You will contribute to the development of Crimestoppers and Fearless national and regional campaign ideas, content and messaging and manage the execution and reporting of multi-channel communication activities. You will use data from campaigns, as well as insights from focus groups, to inform future projects.

About the Service

Specialist Family Support worker role delivers additional service and adds value to our accommodation service provision across Islington, Haringey and Enfield. Project delivers internally developed programme called STAR (Supporting Trauma Awareness and Resilience) to mothers, children and young people in their respective groups through out the week. Programme provides safe and confidential space to unpack experiences of trauma and abuse while developing new strategies, build resilience and healing through growing hearts and minds with the aim to strengthens relationships between mother and children after experiences of abuse.

About the Role

Main part of the role is delivering STAR programme to mother and children in their respective groups as well as planning meaningful activities and trips during half term times. Role is delivered in person through co-location in all three Haringey safe accommodations. Mother’s programme is delivered twice per week during day time while children component of the programme is delivered weekly in the afternoons between 3:45pm-5:30pm in each house. This role provides holistic support through ongoing feedback collection and identifications of important themes and topic which are developed further to best support our families as well as developing meaningful partnerships with community networks.

Job Title: Executive Administrator 

Location: Central Office which is based around a 10 minute walk from Highbury and Islington Station. Hybrid working available, approximately 2 - 3 days per week in the office including every Tuesday. Additional office, service, and away days would be required for attendance.

About the role

We're looking for an Executive Administrator to join our central office team, reporting to the Director of Finance and Resource. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative and governance support to various leaders within the organisation, including the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), The Board, and CEO. 

In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of coordinating meetings, managing governance processes, and supporting strategic initiatives. You will facilitate board and SLT meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, taking formal minutes, and ensuring a timely follow-up on actions, whilst overseeing compliance with health and safety regulations, supporting the organisation's environmental strategy.

You will further line manage a small team of 2 Administrative Support Officers who support with the day to day administration and management of our central office.

About you

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced organisation. You will be a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. You will be able to organise and manage events and away days, as well as manage our booking systems and general running. You will have proven minute taking experience, able to write minutes for meetings in an organised manner, and manage our shared online platforms for ease of access, and usability. You will have:

• Experience in high level administration duties, ideally within a similar role, supporting senior leadership teams and boards with all areas of administration
• Previous experience taking minutes in meetings
• IT Proficiency: Knowledge, skills, and ability to learn and manage online systems, particularly Microsoft programs, able to book and manage meetings using outlook and teams
• Excellent numeracy and financial skills, with the ability to deliver best practice in financial management and produce accurate and timely financial information
