Cystic Fibrosis Trust is the charity uniting people to stop cystic fibrosis (CF). We fund vital research, improve care, speak out and race towards effective treatments for all. Cystic Fibrosis Trust is here to make sure everyone with cystic fibrosis can live without limits.
This role is part of the Work Forwards programme which is our programme of employment support, offering information, signposting, and practical support to people with CF. We help people affected by CF pursue their career aspirations and move towards secure fulfilling employment.
In this role, you will support a caseload of people with cystic fibrosis, building their confidence and empowering them to secure and retain employment that helps them lead a fulfilling life. You’ll work with each client to understand their skills, aspirations, work experience and build their confidence in tackling the challenges they perceive/have experienced in employment due to their cystic fibrosis. Through supportive delivery of information, advice and guidance, you’ll ensure people with CF can access the support they need to achieve their ambitions and make sure their work fits around their health.
You will also get involved with the programme’s wider activities, including supporting the development of new resources, getting involved in the planning and delivery of online sessions, videos and webinars, and making sure we can share and celebrate the stories of people with CF in a wide range of jobs and careers. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the Helen Barrett Bright Ideas Awards, our programme to support people with cystic fibrosis in self-employment.
This is a varied and interesting role, with the opportunity to make a real difference to people affected by cystic fibrosis and to continue to shape a broad, innovative programme of work.
To be the right candidate for this role, you will:
- Have proven experience of delivering advice and guidance around careers, work and employment
- Be experienced in providing one to one support or coaching to positively influence other people’s professional or personal development
- Understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating this in practice
- Have experience of data recording for programme activities including case management and monitoring and evaluation
- Have good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
- While lived experience of cystic fibrosis isn't essential for this role, it would be a distinct advantage

Hospital Liaison Team Leader

The Role
HAGA is seeking a compassionate and motivated Hospital Liaison Team Leader to join their dedicated team. This is a non-clinical role that plays a vital part in bridging the gap between clients accessing their alcohol services and those receiving hospital care—whether through emergency admission at A&E or ongoing treatment for other health conditions.
Primarily based at North Middlesex University Hospital, the role will also involve occasional travel to other hospitals within their localities to ensure consistent support for clients wherever they may present. The position is co-located between hospital settings and their Seven Sisters Road office, promoting strong integration and continuity of care.
You’ll manage a small, committed team and take responsibility for maintaining effective communication pathways between hospital staff and the service. Often, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients in clinical environments—offering reassurance, understanding, and practical support when they are feeling vulnerable and uncertain.
You will assess appropriate referral pathways, both within HAGA and with external services, while maintaining regular communication with both hospital teams and staff at the main office. You’ll oversee and coordinate this essential pathway to ensure seamless, person-centred care.
Skills and Qualifications
While team leader experience is desired, it is not essential. They welcome applicants with experience in the Substance Use field and/or hospital settings, as well as those with transferable skills suited to this role.
The successful candidate should also be open to working occasional evening hours if service demand indicates a future need for increased flexibility.

We help progressive organisations build digital mobilisation programmes and, as a Senior Digital Strategist, you will work with organisations to help them use a digital mobilisation model to drive real-world change.
You will be at the heart of our digital campaigns and fundraising work, managing projects and planning impactful strategies to help our progressive partners hit their goals. This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract, expected to last up to 12 months, with the freedom to work both in our London office and remotely anywhere in the UK. Essential criteria
- 4+ years’ experience working in digital marketing, with proven experience of developing strategies and campaigns that deliver results against goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience of managing multiple stakeholders and building strong working relationships across functions
- Being comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced environment
- Experience of using digital platforms to build and send mass emails, and comfortable managing email lists
- Experience of managing ads in Meta, and proven ability to interpret the data to optimise against goals

Salary and benefits package
Starting salary: £37,620 (outside of London, with a £3k annual travel bursary)/£42,135 (inside London)

We are looking to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Digital Acquisition Executive to join our growing Individual Giving Team within Public Fundraising at Prostate Cancer Research. This is a pivotal new role, offering huge potential to shape the future of IG at PCR and capitalise fully on our exciting growth trajectory.
The last 12 months have seen significant transformation within our IG fundraising, with our regular giving base more than trebling. Building on this momentum, and campaigns such as last year's successful prostate cancer screening petition and our increased campaigning and public relations footprint. We are committed to strong investment in supporter experience and a genuine relationship-based approach to fundraising, ensuring all our supporters feel valued and exceptionally well-cared for. Recent positive media opportunities have further underscored our potential for growth.
This role will be instrumental in driving continued expansion through digital channels, including paid social and email, with significant scope to identify and implement new, innovative, or novel acquisition strategies. You will be key to growing our supporter base and maximising their lifetime value through engaging digital stewardship and carefully crafted supporter journeys. Lead generation and conversion, cross-selling, and the development and management of these journeys will all be significant aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities
Digital Acquisition and Fundraising

Develop and implement acquisition campaigns and activity to attract new supporters through social platforms, both paid and unpaid, search engine advertising, and email marketing. As well as novel and innovative platforms and opportunities as identified.

Analyse metrics and data, reporting on KPI’s, budget and spend, and work to constantly test and optimise campaigns to exceed targets and improve return on advertisement spend / return on investment.

Ensure regular monitoring of performance across all activities and make necessary adjustments to maximise net income opportunities.

Analyse and share the results of campaign activity.

Support forecasting and budget planning on Digital marketing activities within the IG budget.

Develop and execute digital campaigns, including where the ultimate conversion is via traditional channels such as telephone or mail, taking an integrated approach, to acquire and convert new supporters.

Create and optimise content and digital journeys to maximise conversions and build loyalty. This will include elements of creative fundraising writing, concepting and messaging development, and some visual design development.

Generate and utilise insight within digital campaigns to improve results.

Support the organisation in developing the website to be optimised for fundraising, make recommendations to improve performance, optimise content and landing pages, recommend and make the most of on-site technologies and plugins that can help drive our performance.

Stewardship and Supporter Experience

Maintain a good level of understanding of our supporters' behaviours and motivations to create and implement stewardship content and journeys, feedback and respond to queries and enquiries relevant to IG activity.

Work with the team to ensure all supporters are thanked and updated in an appropriate and timely manner and all interactions and activities are in line with our supporter promise.

Ensure supporter journeys are segmented and personalised wherever possible.

Cultivate deeper engagement with supporters beyond transactional interactions, exploring opportunities for meaningful dialogue, feedback mechanisms, and a sense of community.

Develop and deliver personalised relationship-building communications and initiatives that recognise supporter loyalty and deepen their connection to the impact of their support.

Work with the wider PCR team to maximise opportunities for fundraising and patient impact including via cross selling with different audiences.

Develop engaging supporter communications and assets for all channels, for example email headers, landing pages, social ads – which drive action and deepen engagement with the cause.
Collaboration and Development

Work with Agile principles in mind, together with the IG Team and collaborating colleagues across the organisation, to plan and deliver high quality work.

Build key relationships across teams within and outside Public Fundraising to achieve successful fundraising outcomes, improving both supporter & patient perceptions of PCR.

As required, represent PCR externally, promoting our work and building long-term relationships with stakeholders and supporters.

Build strong relationships with partners, freelancers and consultants, agencies, and suppliers as needed to support the delivery of individual giving activity.

Maintain curiosity and a desire for learning and professional development, be responsible for developing your skillset and knowledge to improve in the role and further PCR’s mission.
Database and Compliance

Hold a good working knowledge of key aspects of data protection law including GDPR and PECR, and the Fundraising Code of Practice.

Work with our tools and seek to improve knowledge and use of these, including but not limited to Access CRM, Fundraise Up, Google Analytics 4 (G4A) and MailChimp.

Adhere to all PCR policies and abide by the code of conduct and other related guidance in the PCR Staff Handbook.
Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:

Proven experience in digital acquisition for charity or social cause, or in paid digital marketing or advertising in commercial roles. With demonstrable campaign management experience and expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta business suite, Google paid advertising and email marketing.

Evidence of leading successful digital / integrated digital campaigns leading to significant sales/income/lead generation.

The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on digital campaigns across all channels.

Knowledge and experience of trends and dynamics in digital fundraising (ideally), including audience identification and optimisation strategies including with new technologies like AI tools.

Experience and a track record of working on landing page optimisation and on-site conversion funnel improvements.

A good understanding of individual giving best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements.

The ability to motivate and inspire audiences through content and creative writing and storytelling for digital channels.

Experience moderating digital campaigns or working with others to do so (knowledge of issues and best practice) and providing excellent supporter/customer support as needed.

- Located at a 24-hour supported housing service in Clapham, we provide high quality self-contained accommodation for 15 women who have experienced homelessness and multiple disadvantage.
- The aim of the service is to provide a therapeutic environment in which women feel safe and can flourish, enabling them to move on into independent, permanent accommodation. The accommodation also includes overnight safe spaces.
- In this role, you will provide support to all the women, including running co-designed activities and accompanying women to appointments.
- You will work closely with Specialist Support Workers who manage individual resident support and safety plans.
- You will model person-led, psychological, gender, and culturally informed support, will be skilled at building trust and you will be a great team player.
- You will undertake 8-hour shifts on a 7-day rota, covering the hours 07:45 am to 20:15 pm. Please be aware that the building has several floors and no lifts.

Overall purpose of role
As the WeProtect Global Alliance Head of Strategy, you will lead a small team to build a global network, evidence base and policy portfolio to guide and drive the implementation of our Strategy and mission targets. Your team will provide high level analysis and ask critical questions, supporting the Alliance to identify immediate and emerging issues which may require investigation or exploration, support the Policy Board, Executive Team, Head of Members and Head of Development to navigate key strategic decisions.
You will also work closely with the Head of Members and Head of Development to support the development of new ways of working to harness Alliance members and broader community of practice to understand our collective impact and ensure our secretariat, members and broader organization actively remain relevant and focused on delivering our mission and strategic objectives.
You will lead the WeProtect Global Alliance Research and Policy work, with key accountability for the following outcomes:
· Work with the Executive Team and Policy Board to implement the existing WeProtect Global Alliance strategy and ensure the forthcoming strategy remains targeted and focused on achieving the Alliance’s global ambition.

Oaklands & St Kilda is a pair of 6 unit supported accommodation mental health rehab services working with young people between the ages of 18-25 who may have experienced a mental health related hospital admission to gain and develop skills for future independent living. The service will support individuals transitioning from Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to Adult services.
This role consists of three weekly shifts from 22:00 to 08:00, with double cover for each shift.

About the role
As Communications Adviser, you will shape and lead SUN CSN's communications and member engagement strategy — from amplifying community voices to showcasing change-makers across the nutrition sector. You will produce innovative multimedia content, manage digital channels, oversee newsletters and social media, and maintain our website as a go-to hub for news and resources.

Our day centre service is currently open three days per-week offering respite, food and somewhere safe to be for anyone facing street homelessness. We're looking for a kind, compassionate and resilient Senior Payroll & HR Admin Partner to join our Human Resources team at our Head Office in Islington.
£32,000.00 per annum, working 35 hours per week.
(£32,000 on starting increasing to £33,093 once successfully passed probation)

What you'll do:
Payroll
Be responsible for the day to day delivery and coordination of the administration of the Payroll function, ensuring a timely and accurate payroll service is delivered to Look Ahead's employees, workers and Board members, to agreed deadlines
Produce and review any monthly exception reports to identify and rectify any payroll errors arising
Work with the HR Admin and Payroll Manager, Director of People and Director of Finance to ensure that payroll data processing reviews are rigorously and independently checked, validated and signed off
Act as liaison with internal and external auditors and other 3rd parties (as appropriate) on all matters with regard to Payroll processes, controls and systems
Act as liaison with MHR, HR department and Business Systems team on all areas of the payroll.
HR Admin
Acting as the first point of contact for all HR Admin related queries, via phone and email; responding promptly, whilst managing expectations effectively
Ensure letters for contractual changes for staff are sent out in a timely and accurate way and all relevant systems updated
Respond to straightforward policy and process queries, providing appropriate advice and guidance in line with Look Ahead policy, ensure that urgent items are prioritised and that any issues are highlighted and resolved as quickly as possible; escalate to the Admin Manager or an HR Business Partner as appropriate

What you'll bring:
Essential:
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Previous payroll experience
Experience using iTrent or similar payroll/HR system for payroll purposes
Experience of monthly payroll processes
Intermediate or above Level IT competency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience of dealing with staff payroll and/or HR queries in a timely manner
Desirable:
Social Housing experience
