We also ask candidates to consider that this role does expect them to already be comfortable in their cycling skills and preferably regularly cycling in their day-to-day life across different road conditions/surfaces. Training for role will revolve around aspects of group riding and SJA-specific ways of working.
There will be an interview, in person, comprising of a discussion around candidate's motivations and cycling skills. Successful candidates will be shortlisted and offered a place on the next available course.
