Anonymous Recruitment
Job description
This organisation supports anonymous recruitment. That means hiding your personal identifying information, removing bias from the hiring process.

Do you love making projects run like a well-oiled machine, managing your own projects as well as collaborating on cross-team sprints? If that’s you, and you want to want to make a lasting difference for the environment, health and wellbeing and local communities, this could be the role for you. Fields in Trust are looking for an experienced project manager, with a keen eye for detail and the knowhow to elevate our project management processes.

The Project and Stewardship team are responsible for driving forward the organisation's core work to legally protect local parks and green spaces. The team manage two scaled protection portfolios aimed at protecting more parks and green spaces, and also develop projects and partnerships that will innovate what the charity does. Excellent project management of our portfolios and initiatives is vital for ensuring timely protections and robust stakeholder management, so that we achieve our strategic aims.

We need someone who is organised, rigorous and capable of good stakeholder management. You will come with the desire to share your significant project management experience, to improve current tools and processes, and be ready for the challenge of reimagining and managing our smaller-scale protection portfolio. You will be confident in building internal and external relationships, collaborating and co-creating ideas that further our protection mission. Working across the whole charity team, you’ll be proactive and capable of seeing the bigger strategic picture.

Fields in Trust welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and does not discriminate on the basis of age, disability (mental, physical or sensory), gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion and belief, sex and sexual orientation.

This role will be based at our office in London but the working week will be a mix of home-working and office-based.
