The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy AI product team and help the Law Society effective use of M365 Copilot Premium by our staff. The role works directly with business areas to help individuals and teams apply M365 Copilot (Premium) to their day-to-day work, moving beyond initial exposure into practical, sustained use. This is a relationship-led role focused on coaching, facilitation, and constructive challenge.

What we're looking for
You possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
The AI Adoption Assistant will need to engage confidently with people at all levels, from leaders and managers to teams across the organisation. The role requires the ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, and support colleagues to reflect on and improve ways of working through constructive challenge, guidance and facilitation.
The role also requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams, alongside practical experience using M365 Copilot or similar AI-enabled tools. This knowledge will be applied by translating technical capability into meaningful, business-relevant use cases that help colleagues understand how AI can support better outcomes.
A coaching mindset is central to the role, helping others build confidence, capability and ownership in their use of technology. The AI Adoption Assistant will need to adapt their approach to different levels of maturity and readiness, while observing how technology is used in practice to identify patterns, insights and opportunities for improvement.

About you and the Role
An experienced Women’s Housing Project Worker dedicated to delivering outreach-led, trauma-informed support for women who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, experiencing domestic abuse or facing multiple disadvantage.
The role will focus on building safe and trusting relationships in community settings, with additional support delivered within the centre where appropriate, helping women access services, address housing-related barriers and work towards safe accommodation, tenancy sustainment, wellbeing and independence. The post provides practical housing-related support, signposting, liaison with partner agencies and sustained casework.

Job Purpose
Sequence ME & Long Covid is one of the most ambitious whole-genome sequencing studies ever undertaken into ME and Long Covid, co-led by Action for ME. Building on the success of DecodeME, this proposed £20 million study will use large-scale, long-read whole-genome sequencing to analyse the entire genetic code of 9,000 people with ME and 9,000 people with Long Covid - making it the world's largest 'long-read' whole-genome sequencing study of any disease.
Current funding supports project mobilisation, partnership development, and the development of the Long Covid arm of the study, including agreeing case definitions and gathering expressions of interest from people with Long Covid. Phase 2 has recently been confirmed, backed by £4.75m from the UK government and a further £174,414 from the WE&ME Foundation, and will focus on sequencing 6,000 ME/CFS samples previously collected through DecodeME using Oxford Nanopore's long-read sequencing technology, running alongside Phase 1.
You will play a pivotal role supporting the Sequence ME & Long Covid project in several different ways. Working closely with the project's management team and other team members, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of this landmark study, providing administrative support to the various people and partners involved in delivering it.
As a self-starter, you will manage a range of tasks including meeting scheduling, taking meeting minutes, preparing governance documents, event administration, and broader project support - no two days will be the same.
You will need to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times, particularly when supporting governance meetings and handling sensitive project documentation.

Location: Avon and Somerset/Hybrid
Hours: Part-time, 18.75 hours per week. Hours to be discussed at interview, worked between 9.30am - 5.30pm during Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed Term to 31st March 2028
Salary: Qualified £14,791.50 per annum (FTE £29,583.00 per annum), Unqualified £13,876.00 per annum (FTE £27,752.00 per annum)

The Role
This role involves making initial contact with victims of adolescent and child to parent violence and providing initial support in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
You will provide high quality support to all victims of APV/CPV, leading on completing initial impact and risk assessments that are comprehensive and holistic. You will also provide cover for the local VS Helpline. If further funding became available there may be an opportunity for more hours.

The Director of Finance and Operations is a key role in the leadership team of a dynamic charity making a real difference in young people’s lives. Terms
Permanent full and part-time contract positions for on the basis of 5 days (37h 30m) or 2.5 days (18h 45m) per week.
Hours on a Friday evening and Sunday morning will be required.
The salary band is £26,300 - £27,000 pro rata, depending on experience.
The annual holiday entitlement is 25 days pro rata plus 8 days bank holiday pro rata.
The roles are based at Woodlands Central in Clifton and Highgrove Church in Sea Mills, Bristol.
The detailed terms and conditions will be contained in the post-holder’s Contract of Employment and the staff handbook.
There will be a three-month probationary period with a review point after six weeks. An appraisal will take place to confirm completion of the probationary period and appraisals will take place annually thereafter.
