About Us:

Baca is dedicated to providing support and care to 16 to 18 year old unaccompanied asylum seeking children who are newly arrived in the country, helping them rebuild their strength, dignity, and hope for the future. We work closely with social workers and representatives from other agencies to benefit the young people in our care.

Role Overview:

As a Support Worker, you will be a key worker for several young people in Baca's care, providing high-quality holistic and therapeutic support for their transition to adulthood. You will deliver services in line with Baca’s Theory of Change, ensuring the highest quality outcomes in physical and emotional wellbeing, education, employment, training, social engagement, and personal safety.

The CSE Team Leader will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager and wider Basis management team to oversee the delivery of 1:1 and group-based support to young people in our service offering high quality, effective safety advice, information and support, enabling young people to navigate exploitative and abusive relationships. Location: Our office is a short walk from King’s Cross station in London. For this role, we need someone to come into the office at least one day a week, on a Tuesday. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help to expand our digital fundraising efforts and ensure every supporter enjoys a consistent, meaningful experience. You will monitor performance, uphold compliance, and champion best practice in individual giving, driving long-term support and sustainable growth for our cause.

In this role, you will lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a diverse range of individual giving fundraising activities, you will manage campaigns end-to-end—from shaping the proposition and signing off creative, to overseeing budgets and analysing performance to drive continual improvement.

Working closely with other Fundraising Managers, you will contribute to delivering the departmental strategy, meeting income targets, and managing budgets effectively.

You will also take the lead on key fundraising projects, promoting a collaborative culture both within the team and across departments.

A key aspect of the role involves partnering with the Marketing and Engagement teams to strengthen digital fundraising and donor acquisition strategies, ensuring a joined-up and impactful supporter journey.

At Guide Dogs, we help people with sight loss live the life they choose—and we’re looking for a passionate Retention Marketing Officer to help us do just that. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Committed Giving programme, managing a variety of direct marketing campaigns that inspire loyalty and deliver real value to our supporters.

You’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across channels including direct mail, digital, email, social media and telemarketing. Working closely with our Marketing team, you’ll shape creative briefs, collaborate on compelling content, and ensure every campaign is delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact.

This is a role for someone who thrives on variety and innovation. You’ll take ownership of campaign budgets, reporting and forecasting, while also supporting post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement. You’ll be encouraged to explore new ways to enhance supporter experience and introduce fresh ideas that elevate our fundraising potential.

Collaboration is key, you’ll work with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery and compliance across all touchpoints. You’ll also play a vital role in coaching and supporting our Retention Executive, sharing your expertise and fostering best practice across the team.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Programme Officer to join our Sector Improvement Team. You’ll play a vital role in helping us deliver the flagship University Mental Health Charter Programme and Award, which supports universities to promote the mental health and wellbeing of their staff and students.

This is a varied and purposeful role, where you’ll provide administrative, logistical, and digital communication support across the programme. From managing bookings and contracts, to coordinating communications and supporting event delivery, your work will help us deliver a high-quality experience to our university members and stakeholders across the UK.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide effective administrative and logistical support for the University Mental Health Charter Programme and Award.

• Support the planning and delivery of events, meetings, and online activities.

• Act as a first point of contact for member universities and stakeholders, handling enquiries and signposting appropriately.

• Coordinate programme communications, including newsletters, inbox management, and digital hub content.

• Maintain accurate records and support finance processes.

• Help manage digital tools and systems to improve efficiency and stakeholder engagement.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in an administrative or support role.

• GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent qualification or experience or demonstration of ability.

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Confidence working with digital tools and systems.

• Ability to manage your own workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.

• A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach.
