We're looking for someone who can:

1. Deliver current services efficiently, achieving high levels of performance and satisfaction against contract requirements in both quantitative and qualitative terms.

Data Officer

We are looking for a Data Officer with a keen, analytical mind who is comfortable working with large datasets to be a Data Officer within the Knowledge and Insight team.

Position: SIT53 Data Officer

Location: Home-based, UK, Nationwide. However, occasional travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work related meetings)

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Data Services, the Data Officer will meet data needs relating to the management and delivery of supporter and engagement products. You will work alongside three other Data Officers to assess, prioritise and provide solutions including the building of data selections and journeys for direct marketing purposes and the running of supporter data imports and exports.

Experience of using CRM Dynamics, Faststats and PeopleStage and or any Donor CRM for marketing purposes will make you a person of interest to us. Sense has a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our Brand and Content team as our Stories Lead. This is a permeant, hybrid, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, based between home and our offices in Kings Cross, London.

The Brand and Content Team nurture and develop the Sense brand, putting it at the heart of everything we do and ensuring it is consistently represented throughout every touchpoint.  We are also responsible for creating engaging and stand out content for departments across the organisation, whilst also creating content to meet our own strategic goals. 

The successful candidate will be responsibile for maintaining and growing Sense’s storyteller portfolio, made up of disabled people and their families, volunteers, supporters and staff. Key Responsibilities

• Manage Sense’s stories database and play a leading role in ensuring the most compelling stories feature across our media, campaigns, fundraising and wider comms initiatives.

Our Data Operations Managers sit within Product and Systems Management team.

Our Data Operations Managers have a key role in ensuring our end to end processes are working through our central CRM system. These processes include the processing of our income through the system such as Gift Aid, regular giving and special events, Direct Debits.

This role also ensures our end to end data flows are fit for purpose and that data within it are clean, accessible and available.

This role is responsible for:

• Custodian of our CRM data and responsible for major data import/export into the system including data validation, de-duplication, cleansing and fixing of data throughout the multiple data systems.
• Responsible for the curation and management of import and export routines of key fundraising data using appropriate tools.
• Responsible for forming and managing how the functions work within the Organisation to build key relationships with key data users to ensure data is correctly ingested
• Responsible for defining and setting standards and principles of data use in the system and fully enforcing these principles across the Organisation and to suppliers.
• Maintenance of legacy systems and processes where necessary

The People Services Administrator will act as the first port of call to employees and external partners for all HR and Volunteering queries. The role will provide high quality and customer centric support on a range of administrative processes across all functions within the People Services team, including HR, Volunteering and Learning and Development, ensuring staff, volunteers and external stakeholders have a positive experience. About the Role 

Building on an 8-figure philanthropic commitment made by Oak Foundation, the Development Manager will play a key role in securing the long-term viability and success of the Migrant Futures Institute. Working with the Director of Development and Alumni Relations and the MFI Director, the post holder will ensure that fundraising is an embedded strategic priority. They will develop and deliver outcome-led fundraising strategies that work within the broader University fundraising and communications environment and achieve philanthropic fundraising targets. 

About the Candidate 

You will demonstrate your ability to make things happen, to manage and move relationships forward, to communicate inspiring messages and build warm relationships that deliver support for the Migrant Futures Institute at Goldsmiths. About the role
Over the next five years, our fundraising team are embarking on an ambitious growth strategy to increase our income from c. £1m to £1.7m. This is alongside our commitment to spend a significant amount of our organisational endowment to invest in our campaigning, new services, digital capabilities and core infrastructure.

We have recently reshaped the team to create a new Partnerships and Philanthropy (P&P) programme. This unites our corporate partnerships, major donors, and trusts & foundations. With P&P contributing around 80% of our total fundraised income, this is a vital and expanding area.

We are looking to recruit a facilities and office coordinator to provide a high-quality service for the Centre. This is an exciting role in our facilities team that will support the smooth running of the building, including maintaining kitchen supplies, issuing building access passes, supporting with the administration of the planned maintenance cycle and with building maintenance requests.

With your warm, friendly, professional manner, you will provide exemplary office management, from accepting regular deliveries and post for our hostel residents and services, to ensuring we have all the right supplies in the right place.  You’ll be a strong help to the Facilities Manager, providing top-notch administrative support to maintain our requirements under health and safety, and hands-on help when needed around the building.

Bringing your experience of office management and willingness and enthusiasm to support with maintenance tasks, you will proactively seek to continually improve yourself and the role, championing a culture of service excellence, as well as taking ownership and accountability of your workload.

Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London.  All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. This role will be working with clients who have mental or physical health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.

We are recruiting employment support workers for a new primary care Individual Placement and Support (IPS) employment service in the London Borough of Enfield.

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our passion and commitment to supporting people to find the right job for them. You will receive training on the IPS model and in supporting people with mental and physical health issues. We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental and physical health challenges, either personally or through a close contact.

You need to have a desire to support people to achieve their employment goals, and the ability to multitask and manage your workload effectively. Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to an interest in health, and the role it plays in the workplace. The successful candidate will need to become comfortable in approaching employers, persuading them to use our service, working with them to recruit our clients to fill vacancies and sustain employment.

No prior experience in IPS is required. The role we are recruiting for is as follows: 

Full time: 35 hours per week - these roles will be based onsite in the community 4 days per week and work from home 1 day.

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental or physical health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences. You will deliver the IPS approach (for which training will be given); providing person centred support and guidance to clients, whilst building positive relationships with local employers to enable clients to move into suitable employment. You will work closely with clinical teams, the DWP and local agencies, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.  You will also be working to targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service.
