This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, experienced and data driven CRM Manager to join the Projects, Data and Insight team at Heart Research UK and oversee the development, implementation, and optimisation of our Customer Relationship Management activities.

In this new role, you will play a pivotal part in developing the charity’s approach to CRM and database engagement. You will be responsible for segmenting audiences, automating communication flows, and driving supporter and non-supporter engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve supporter and non-supporter engagement, conversion, retention, and loyalty.
• Platform Management: Alongside the Director of Data, oversee the management and development of the systems which collect and process data, including the CRM database (Beacon) and other fundraising platforms
• Customer Segmentation: Work closely with the Data Analyst to develop an understanding of supporter behaviours to create effective segmentation strategies for targeted marketing and fundraising efforts.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimise communication campaigns. Ensure consistent messaging and personalisation.
• Automation: Build and manage automated workflows to onboard new supporters and beneficiaries and deepen and broaden their engagement with the charity.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor CRM performance and KPIs; deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Fundraising, Health Promotion and Education and Research teams to propose and deliver cohesive journeys and experiences.
• Compliance: Ensure CRM practices comply with data privacy regulations

We are recruiting for a Fundraising Officer to join our Fundraising team located within our Marketing team. The role will lead on programme-based funding, through trusts and foundations, and corporates. You will work closely with every team at Scottish Book Trust and across a diverse portfolio of funders and projects. The post-holder will also have the opportunity to learn and engage with our wider fundraising streams, to develop their skills across fundraising as a whole. Your experience and ideas can help shape the role and strategy, as we look to increase fundraising at Scottish Book Trust.

The Fundraising Officer (FO) will develop and maintain our Trusts and Foundations funding pipeline, which includes multiple five and six figure funders. You will be primarily responsible for researching potential funders, writing compelling fundraising applications, managing reporting requirements, and assisting with corporate sponsorships. The FO works closely with every team at Scottish Book Trust to fundraise for a range of literature, arts and education projects. The role will support the Fundraising Manager (FM) and Individual Giving Manager (IGM) to deliver our fundraising strategy and grow our charitable income across all funding streams.

Responsible for fundraising administration including gift processing and thanking, you will also support on fundraising events, impact story gathering, and donor stewardship where required. There is flexibility within the role to incorporate other elements of communications and fundraising if desired. You will be supported to maintain a Chartered Institute of Fundraising membership and pursue CPD.

The role

Effective financial management is central to our strategy and operating model. The Finance Manager will be crucial in determining how we manage our finances, resources and operations whilst embedding a culture of financial efficiency and effective controls.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Interim Finance Manager will lead on financial matters and be expected to provide critical financial information, insightful analysis and timely reporting to facilitate the growth of the Charity.

The role is standalone but working within a closeknit team. It with therefore have a degree of autonomy but will be expected to contribute to the wider development of the Charity. This is a pivotal appointment within the Charity and will provide some broad exposure to the Board and Investment Committee.

We are therefore seeking a dynamic qualified accountant who has had wide exposure to financial reporting and processes, preferably within a fundraising Charity. Being a financial ‘all rounder’, there is a real opportunity to contribute to the way the Charity operates by instilling sound financial operations and providing meaningful financial reporting. The role provides an opportunity to lead the finance function and will suit a progressive accountant looking for this kind of responsibility.

We would therefore be looking for an individual that has demonstrable experience in operating financial functions and has the personality to fit within a charity that works collaboratively. 

The role covers a 3 to 4 month period commencing from late September. Early applications are encouraged so we can interview as soon as possible.

Role purpose
Our new Household Crisis Caseworker position will work alongside our Crisis Alternative Service, Ealing Safe Space and information and advice service, Pathways. This new service provides support for Ealing residents 18+ who are experiencing household crises such as: housing, debt, welfare benefits, employment. This service aims to support those facing cost of living / household crises, by providing 6-12 casework sessions. This service will primarily support those from low-income households in need, pensioners, unpaid carers, care leavers, single-person households, disabled people and those struggling with one-off financial concerns or unforeseen circumstances. These sessions will cover a range of elements and will aid in navigating and liaising with services. Ultimately, preventing further crises relating to cost of living and empowering individuals by providing self-advocacy tools and support plans.

The role of the caseworker will be to provide advice, guidance and navigation to Ealing residents experiencing cost of living and household crises exacerbating mental health struggles. Support offered to each individual will be person-centred and tailored, but may include: liaising with statutory services (housing officers, social workers, mental health teams etc), supporting with form filling, sourcing warm goods, supporting with grants and income maximisation, emergency applications, empowering individuals with self-advocacy skills, signposting etc.

The successful candidate will triage, onboard and manage a caseload 15-20 individuals, whilst also supporting those who drop-in to the service who require crisis intervention on the day. In addition to crisis work, the caseworker will be expected to adopt a preventative approach and encourage referrals before a crisis occurs, via partnership working both internally and externally. There will be an element of outreach working for this post. The successful candidate will work alongside our Ealing Safe Space team and be supported by the Safe Space Team Manager.

The caseworker will be required to work within the Advice Quality Standard framework (AQS), adhere to Mind’s policies and procedures.

Due to the nature of the work, if successful, you will need to have an up-to-date DBS check completed prior to undertaking unsupervised client work.  

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, onboard and support a caseload of 15-20 individuals
• Triage and support individuals dropping into the service for household / cost of living crisis support
• Liaise with core agencies (social services, housing, mental health teams, GPs, VCSE organisations)  
• Provide advice and information relating to all welfare benefits, including assisting clients with form filling and contacting agencies such as the Department for Work & Pensions on the individuals’ behalf
• Complete emergency applications and grant applications
• Devise and facilitate guided mental health sessions, exploring a range of topics such as anxiety and panic, sleep hygiene, financial management
• Provide housing, general money and debt management advice
• Provide information on employment opportunities and training support for clients
• Where appropriate, source warm goods for those in need
• Engage in outreach within the borough to encourage referrals and promote the service
• Signpost to other relevant services in the borough, or further afield
• Attend training, forums and meetings to ensure knowledge remains relevant and up to date
• Keep up to date about current best practice and legislation within mental health, as well as within the field of information & advice more generally
• Provide updates and feedback to the broader teams
• Engage in multi-disciplinary meetings, both internally and externally
• Use our database Views to record details of all client referrals and contacts to ensure client information is kept up to date
• Use the correct templates, conduct outcomes and satisfaction assessments with clients on closure
• Record the results of outcome assessments and satisfaction surveys on the Views databases
• Work in line with triage procedures and use the referral process when referring cases to external organisations
• Meet regularly with service leads and colleagues to feed back about the progress of the project and ensure it is relevant to local strategy and national Government priorities

Person Specification

Knowledge and Experience

• Substantial experience of delivering advice in a similar position, preferably to individuals with mental health needs
• At least 1 year experience of working in a crisis setting (inpatient, crisis alternatives, NHS teams)
• Knowledge and understanding of mental health problems, and mental health services

About the role:

Our Women’s Respite is a vital service that provides safety, stability, and support for women with complex needs – from those escaping domestic abuse to those facing homelessness, mental health challenges, substance use, and trauma. 

As a Specialist Complex Needs Worker, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of women who have experienced violence against women and girls (VAWG). Working within our accommodation service, you will support clients facing multiple disadvantage, ranging from complex needs to medium and lower levels of support, always tailoring your approach to each individual. This is a role where gender-informed and trauma-informed practice is at the heart of everything you do, ensuring that each client is met with understanding, dignity and a pathway towards safety and stability. You will work closely with external partners and attend multi-agency forums such as MARAC, helping to reduce harm, open up opportunities and ensure every woman feels safe enough to take their next step forward.

Your days will be as varied as they are impactful, one moment you may be facilitating a conversation to encourage engagement in training or education, the next you could be connecting someone with specialist mental health or substance use services, arranging access to primary healthcare or building confidence through meaningful activities within the hostel. About the role

This role will be responsible for providing business support for the directorate to support effective leadership and streamlined ways of working across Income Generation. 

The postholder will support the operation of the Income Generation Leadership Team (IGLT) and assist in various aspects of organisational administration and development. It will support IGLT to define and shape priorities and support implementation of priority initiatives.  It will ensure that IGLT’s time is prioritised effectively on delivering the most critical priorities and that follow-up activities are completed.

This role will need to foster and develop credible and respected relationships with all key stakeholders including in other directorates – to ensure visibility and engagement on high priority programmes.

What will I be doing?

About Woman's Trust

The charity, established almost thirty years ago to meet the gap in specialist mental health services, is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. We supported 833 women and children last year, with a current income target of £1.25m (growing to £1.4m in 2026-2027) and 36 staff. Significant opportunity

We have a significant opportunity to put the tools into the hands of those working with Children, Young People and Families that will better equip them to see young lives transformed. 

Scripture Union are looking to appoint two Content Creators: One specialising in under 11s & families and one specialising in Young People.  You will see that our current portfolio is extensive, but we would like to ensure that we add to it with focused material (whether digital or physical, whether free or paid for).  You will both be involved in the creation of new content and in contracting other specialists who have skills in communicating to children and young people that we would like to develop.  Also, promoting those resources at various conferences and festivals to complement the work of our marketing team. 

Working Patterns

The role is remote with some travel to our Head Office at Trinity House Milton Keynes to collaborate face to face with the rest of the team. 

Part Time options can also be considered, but we will give priority to those who can work at least three days a week and a commitment for a physical presence in Milton Keynes as the role requires but no more than once weekly.   

Also, flexible working may be necessary when promoting resources.

About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the promotion and growth of our Homes and services.

In this strategic, hands-on role, you will lead marketing campaigns, manage the customer journey from awareness to enquiry, and ensure every touchpoint delivers a high-quality experience. You’ll also use your creativity to produce marketing materials and manage community engagement initiatives, such as open days, to showcase our services and strengthen local relationships.

Using insight and analysis, you’ll provide recommendations to support the growth of our care services and help keep our Homes thriving.

We’re looking for someone who shares our values, collaborates well across teams, and can work independently to deliver agreed outcomes. We operate a hybrid working model — while much of the role can be home-based, regular visits to our Homes and our Twickenham office are expected to deepen understanding of our work and foster strong internal relationships.

Purpose of the role

• To lead and shape the marketing strategy for our services delivered to veterans and their families through our Homes and out into the local community ensuring strong positioning, visibility, and engagement.
• To take ownership of the marketing required to deliver successful customer journeys across all service areas, driving growth in enquiries, conversions, and service uptake.
• To provide strategic insights through effective reporting and analysis, influencing decision-making at senior level.

Key responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

• Develop, lead, and implement integrated marketing strategies that promote the full range of services provided by our Homes (including but not limited to: Lunch Club, Day Care, Short Breaks, and full-time care), ensuring these remain responsive to changing needs and market trends.
• Lead the development and delivery of marketing strategies for wider services delivered into the local community positioning these as trusted and accessible options for families and carers.
• Use data and insights via Found and other reporting tools to provide regular analysis on enquiries and service performance, producing recommendations that shape future planning.
• Ensure a consistently excellent customer journey, from initial enquiry through to service uptake, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and improve experience
• Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging content across digital channels, website, and print, ensuring services are presented clearly and compellingly.
• Use your creative flair to design and produce a wide range of marketing assets from brochures to promotional items, to showcase individual Homes and services and strengthen the Royal Star & Garter brand across the group.
• Manage community engagement through service-focused events, such as open days, ensuring they are well-promoted, attended, and deliver a positive experience for visitors.
• Act as a key liaison with senior colleagues across Homes, services, fundraising, and partnerships, ensuring marketing activity supports organisational priorities and service growth.

Process

• Manage and monitor the marketing budget for our care services, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and deliver strong return on investment.
• Provide leadership in maintaining efficient systems and processes across the Marketing & Communications team, including project tracking, storage, and reporting.
• Champion best practice in customer journey mapping, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and retention.
• Contribute to organisational strategy by providing senior-level insight on service marketing, audience trends, and sector developments.

Other

• To adhere to data protection legislation and to be fully conversant with relevant legislation and the guidelines.
• To understand and ensure we are compliant with Competition & Markets Authority guidance on care home
• To undertake other such duties as may be required and which are consistent with the nature of this role.

Person specification

Knowledge and experience

• Proven experience in devising and delivering successful marketing plans with a strong focus on customer experience and engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment, effectively planning, prioritising, and managing a varied workload to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing and analytics.
• Good understanding of relevant marketing and charitable legislation and guidelines.
• Experience of enquiry management and reporting systems (e.g., Found) is desirable.
