The post-holder will offer specialist legal advice services and provide representation for residents of the London boroughs facing eviction and homelessness. They will ensure that services are delivered to the highest standard, quality assured, delivered in accordance with funder requirements, and under Legal Aid funding for clients who are eligible for Legal Aid.  The post-holder will work in partnership with advice agencies, IKWRO and provide outreach services where required. 

IKWRO - Women’s Rights Organisation is a registered charity (number 1151507) which supports Middle Eastern women and girls living in the UK who are facing “honour” based violence, forced marriage, domestic violence or female genital mutilation.

As well as providing support to individual women and girls, we run training for professionals and campaigns for better laws and policies to protect women’s rights. We are recruiting a housing case worker/solicitor, who is able to model skills in safely engaging women based on mutual collaboration, trust and empowerment.

The Role

We’re launching Phoenix, a ground-breaking pilot supporting prison leavers with complex mental health needs, and we’re looking for three experienced and passionate Project Leads to drive this forward.

As a Project Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating a dedicated on-site team to deliver high-quality support that promotes mental wellness, reduces reoffending, and empowers individuals to thrive. You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the project, from admissions and risk management to leading team performance and developing partnerships. You’ll also work closely with our evaluation partners to shape and evidence the impact of this pilot model.

This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of innovation in supported accommodation — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, person-centred environment and brings experience from the criminal justice, social care, or mental health sectors.

This is a site-based role, requiring availability across a 7-day shift pattern including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

About You

To succeed in the role of Project Lead, you will need:

• A proven track record in project leadership, ideally in criminal justice, social care, or the non-profit sector
• Experience managing a team and driving service performance in a care environment
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently under pressure

• Experience with community engagement and building external networks
• A working understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management in a social care context

About the role

As an Experienced Practitioner, you will provide direct support and care for our young people who have complex emotional and mental health difficulties (such as trauma and loss) and can struggle to regulate their emotions.

Working within a therapeutic framework, you will develop a direct programme of work aimed at developing authentic relationships with our children and young people (aged 12 – 17 years old), you will also have responsibility for making sure our residents are safe, providing support, liaison with other professionals and completion of support documents to record information.

If applying for the Waking Night role, you will have the additional support of an on-call manager should there be any emergencies. Further to this, you will be involved in monthly team meetings and receive monthly supervision.

Applicants should have

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent (i.e. Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People Workforce with the children's social care pathway) or be willing to achieve the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare within 2 years as per Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 (England).

Kids Matter provides the support and supervision for this to take place, and will cover the cost of the accreditation if the individual remains employed as a Support Coach for the two years following applying for accreditation. If the individual leaves before two years, a percentage of the accreditation cost will be required to pay back.

There is no direct care element to the Community Based Dementia Adviser role, however we work passionately to provide advice, support and guidance to people affected by dementia. This role supports people in their homes where we interact face to face, over the telephone and virtually to give people the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about their future.
 
You will be

- Offering a vital and compassionate advice service to support and guide those affected by dementia.
- Provide community based, face to face services for an increased level of support for more complex cases.
- Managing referrals, assisting clients in assessing their information and support needs in a person-centred manner.
- Signposting clients to a choice of suitable other sources of help, where the need arises.
- Developing a proactive approach in reaching people with dementia and carers who may not otherwise access our services.

We are looking for:

- Someone who has working experience of assessing people face to face/over the telephone with an ability to assess their needs.
- Deliver advice and guidance with a non-judgmental approach and outstanding communication skills.
- Ability to manage your caseload of clients in a timely and effective manner.
- Possess the IT skills to be able to navigate and upload information onto a patient or client database.
- An understanding of dementia and the needs of those living with dementia and their carers would be an advantage but if you have had experience supporting with other challenges this would be taken into consideration.
- Able to travel regularly across the London Borough of Lewisham to clients homes and services.

To inspire people with complex mental health conditions to progress, and to gain and sustain paid employment.  The Senior Employment Specialist will support clients directly by managing a caseload and will also support and develop the wider IPS team. The Senior Employment Specialist will work across the local NHS secondary care network alongside NHS clinicians to secure client referrals.

To work with clients with complex mental health conditions, you will need to be comfortable supporting people who have experienced / are experiencing serious mental health challenges, as well as possibly other serious difficulties in their lives.  Although you will receive full training and support, it's important you are aware of the potential impact this may have on your own mental wellbeing.

The Senior Employment Specialist will follow the 8 principles of IPS, adhere to the IPS Fidelity Scale and achieve monthly targets and KPIs with the required administration and compliance.

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in employment services, preferably utilising the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model. They will demonstrate a strong understanding of the mental health recovery framework and possess a proven track record of successfully placing individuals with barriers to employment into suitable roles. Excellent networking and employer engagement skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of the support needs of people with mental health conditions in securing, returning to, or retaining mainstream employment. Additionally, the candidate should have relevant knowledge and experience of working within a health or social care setting.

About the Role

This dynamic and varied fixed-term role combines programme management with organisational development support, covering parental leave for a core member of the team.

You will:

• Lead coordination of our leadership development programmes and short courses during two key periods of parental leave (October-December 2025 and June-September 2026)

• Support broader organisational priorities in the interim (January-June 2026), with a likely focus on alumni engagement and development activities

Key Responsibilities

Lead coordination of our leadership development offer from October to December 2025 and June to September 2026

Programme Management

• Manage the planning and delivery of a portfolio of leadership programmes and short courses

• Coordinate all programme logistics including dates, venues, facilitators and course content

• Support facilitators' delivery of online and in-person learning sessions

• Maintain the programmes work and project plans and ensure quality and consistency across delivery

• Oversee programme applications, moderation and participant onboarding

• Manage accreditation processes

• Support the collection and analysis of evaluation data

• Work with the team to standardise and manage participant communications

• Maintain relationships with delivery partners, facilitators and stakeholders

• Monitor and adapt content using the online authoring tool (GoMo)

• Deliver onboarding and provide ongoing support

Finance & Budget Oversight

• Sign off coaching and programme invoices and line reports expenses

Customer Service

• Oversee phone and inbox communication with applicants and participants

• Ensure high-quality customer service, with consistent messaging and support

Line Management

• Line manage the Programmes Administrator, ensuring delivery and development support

Support organisational priorities from January 2026 to June 2026

Deliver targeted support to priority areas across the organisation, as required. This will likely include:

Terms and Working Hours

We are open to discussing flexible arrangements before or on application.

• Contract: This role is offered as a fixed-term contract to cover a period of parental leave from September 2025 – September 2026.

• Hours: This is a full-time role (35 hours per week). These hours are ideally worked during our core working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm.

About the role

Our Someone Like Me peer support service ensures nobody has to face breast cancer alone. We match people affected by primary breast cancer, as well as their family and friends and those who have inherited an increased genetic risk of developing the disease, with a trained volunteer who’s had a similar experience and can offer support by telephone or email.

In this role, you’ll contribute to service delivery through sensitively and efficiently arranging Someone Like Me calls, whilst working with the Services Manager, Someone Like Me, to coordinate day-to-day management of the service. This will include managing a small number of staff members. You’ll also be involved in organising the recruitment, training, and support of volunteers involved in the delivery of the service.

About you

You’ll be passionate about supporting people affected by breast cancer and helping us to improve the support we provide.

You’ll combine excellent organisational, prioritising and communication skills with the ability to work well with people who may be experiencing high levels of distress. You’ll also have experience of managing staff or volunteers, be supportive and motivated to helping us achieve our aims of supporting people affected by breast cancer.

You’ll also be confident in dealing with sensitive and confidential information. You’ll have excellent IT skills and be able to enjoy working both independently and as part of a busy team.

The College Centre for Quality Improvement (CCQI) is at the forefront of supporting improvement in mental health services across the UK. Working with over 90% of mental health service providers nationwide, we lead innovative programmes that help to improve the quality of care for people with mental health needs.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive person to lead our national clinical audit programme, Invited Review Service and multi-source feedback tools for psychiatrists.

You will be an experienced project and people manager and have experience of working in quality assurance, quality improvement, audit or research, ideally in healthcare.
