Job description

About Hope Haven Initiative (HHI):

HHI is a community-focused non-profit supporting Peterborough residents with mental health resilience, emotional recovery, and life-skills empowerment. We're launching two transformative projects and need a dedicated project coordinator to help bring them to life.

Your Contribution:

As the Community Project Coordinator, you’ll manage logistics, volunteer schedules, and session planning across both projects—Wellbeing Circles and Restore Futures. You’ll track impact, liaise with partners, and ensure smooth delivery that aligns with HHI’s mission.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have experience coordinating community or social projects
  • Are highly organised, proactive, and people-focused
  • Can commit time consistently for 6–8 months
  • Value structure, empathy, and mission-driven work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sessions, logistics, and community engagement
  • Maintain participant records, session reports, and feedback data
  • Support project outreach and communications
  • Ensure delivery aligns with HHI’s mission and values
