We are seeking an experienced and motivated Examinations Delivery Manager to join our Examinations Department – a team dedicated to ensuring fair, rigorous, and world-class assessments for doctors training in ophthalmology.

What you’ll do

Lead on delivery of the prestigious Part 2 FRCOphth Oral Examination and the Certificate in Laser and Refractive Surgery, held three times a year in the UK and at overseas centres.

Oversee the full exam lifecycle – from candidate entry and timetabling, through to examiner recruitment, training and logistics, and final quality assurance of results.

Enhance candidate experience, ensuring all participants feel supported and treated fairly, with a strong focus on equality, diversity, and professionalism.

Manage a small team, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development for the Examinations Administrator.

Build relationships with senior examiners and committees, ensuring alignment with GMC requirements and College standards.

Are you passionate about using evidence and data for good? As a new role, you will have the exciting opportunity to support and transform how we use health-related dementia data in the development and curation of our strategic evidence base. Clear and impactful data is key to understanding the scale and impact of dementia in the UK, and this role will be pivotal to ensuring we’ve got what we need.
Your role will be critical to informing research, influencing and engagement activity through deep-dive analysis and synthesis of existing data, identification of potential data gaps and methods to fill them, and the production of jargon-free, engaging interpretation and information for both internal and external use.
You will work alongside the Dementia Data and Intelligence Lead, together providing expertise on evidence, data and insight in the context of dementia, ensuring that the Society’s decisions and interpretation of dementia and the system are based on the highest quality of dementia evidence. You’ll also work closely with other members of the Strategic Evidence team - our in-house experts for dementia data, economics, care and clinical research evidence, responsible for gathering and generating evidence on the scale and impact of dementia across the UK, contributing authoritative, impactful evidence to inform policy making and strategic decision-making.
You will be part of an even larger Evidence, Policy & Influencing (EP&I) function, which is laser-focused on ending the devastation of dementia through changing policy. Teamwork and communication are key in this role – with colleagues internally and with the system externally to help make dementia the priority it needs to be.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Strategic Evidence team and shape how we use data and intelligence to inform what we know about dementia.
About you
You’re a data analyst with previous experience of analysing data to inform policy and/or strategic decision making who thrives on bringing clarity to complex questions using data. You understand the importance of clear communication when it comes to sharing data and intelligence with technical and non-technical audiences. You’re passionate about using data and evidence for good, and you can understand the need for impactful data and evidence in the current health and social care landscape. You’re a trusted expert and critical friend, always considering the impact of your work on people affected by dementia.
Essential experience:
- Qualification in a discipline relevant to data analysis or equivalent demonstrable work experience.
- Skills in using statistical analysis techniques to draw impactful conclusions from complex data sets.
- Skills in data visualisation with the ability to tailor the communication of your findings to different audiences, using tools such as Power BI or ArcGIS.
- Experience of using software packages or coding languages to efficiently process data and produce shareable outputs (R Studio, SQL, Python etc.).
- Experience of preparing briefings, reports and other creative assets to support the sharing and mobilisation of data insights.
- Experience of providing advice and guidance on how to use data insights to team members and other internal colleagues.
- Experience of analysing and appraising data to inform policy and/or strategic decision making.
- Experience in using project and stakeholder management skills to deliver and monitor projects of work that require internal and external collaboration.

- Informing data advocacy, helping us demonstrate a case for change around the need for improvements in dementia data, by building a deep understanding of the quality and quantity of health-related dementia data.

Crisis is the national charity for people experiencing homelessness. In 2024 we embarked on our new 10-year strategy for ending homelessness. We know it is not inevitable. We know together we can end it.
Location: The role is primarily based at Crisis Skylight Brent (1-2 Bank Buildings, High St, NW10 4LT). This role will include some outreach and there is an expectation to travel across the wider Harlesden area and other parts of Brent to support individuals and meet relevant support agencies.

About the role
This is an exciting new role in Crisis to deliver upstream prevention in partnership with Brent Council in Harlesden by supporting a newly set up Neighbourhood Team and contribute towards its key aims of preventing homelessness and income insecurity as part of Crisis and Brent Council’s place-based approach.
You will:
- Be a first point of contact for people in Harlesden who are at risk of homelessness, who are also likely living with debt / income insecurity and who may not have engaged with services or who fall outside homeless services’ criteria or statutory level support and who could benefit from holistic earlier support.
- Through high quality, person-centred IAG, coaching, advocacy, casework and a range of relational methods you will enable local people in Harlesden to resolve issues themselves, access services or be linked to the integrated neighbourhood team to help to address to address barriers and seek solutions.
- Reach out to people in the community, listen carefully to their story as you work with them to agree options and possibilities, and identify a range of solutions to support their goals, improving income security and preventing possible future homelessness.
- As lead worker create person centred support for an individual, to build collaborative, consistent and Psychologically Informed relationships with individuals and stakeholders from a range of services within and outside the integrated neighbourhood team.
About you
- You have worked within a relevant sector that supports people e.g., homelessness, mental health, drug and alcohol treatment, social care, education and skills, youth work, community development
- You can demonstrate awareness of barriers to engagement and participation experienced by people facing homelessness or a future risk of homelessness and other forms of social exclusion with an understanding of how they might be overcome.
- You have experience of assessing presenting needs, and an understanding of strengths-based assessments and action planning. Empathy and understanding of the barriers to accessing services and support faced by homeless people including mental health issues, and awareness of ways to over-coming them, including planning and reviewing actions and goals, meeting client needs and priorities.
- You work collaboratively with the ability to build and manage successful relationships with external agencies and relevant service providers and successfully advocate on behalf of clients and strong interpersonal skills.
- You have experience of delivering high quality information, advice and guidance or coaching and managing a caseload within a relevant sector, holding a Level 3 Information, Advice and Guidance or coaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
- You are able to effectively manage own workload, including a varied caseload, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities, exercise judgment under pressure and balance competing demands and willingness to reflect upon and develop own practice.
- You are a strong team player and ability to work on own initiative and seek support and advice where appropriate

We are a youth movement that empowers people with refugee backgrounds to build community, become leaders, and flourish into adulthood in the place that they call home.

Support young people from refugee backgrounds to move from participants to leaders within OSH.

We’re seeking an Individual Giving Officer to join our creative and fast-paced Individual Giving team following a promotion within the team! - Supporting the delivery of acquisition and retention campaigns and optimising supporter journeys for our priority audiences across a range of channels, including digital, direct mail and telemarketing.
- Ensuring we meet our ambitious income targets by supporting on key income streams including regular giving, in memory, cash, gaming and the online shop.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Support the team with key administrative processes to ensure effective stewardship of our supporters.
About You
- Previous experience in an Individual Giving role or similar fundraising position, with a good working knowledge of fundraising best practice, having supported a range of campaigns.
- Can work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, managing conflicting deadlines and being proactive in raising risks and concerns.
- Ability to work cross-team, building effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has the skills, experience and aptitude to work with the Trustees to refine and support delivery of The Pixel Fund’s overall vision and strategy, and to be the public face of the charity.The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the charity, currently carried out by a part-time administrator, which position is to be discontinued following the CEO appointment.
We are looking for an individual with experience of working in a leadership role with a board of Trustees, ideally with hands-on experience in grant-making and grant management, including managing a portfolio of live grant-holders.Strong financial and budgetary management skills are also desirable, in particular to reduce the Charity’s reliance on the Voluntary Treasurer.

The Operations Manager is a key role within the team, ensuring the effective and efficient management of the SLG’s three sites: the Main Gallery, the Fire Station and Art Block. This includes managing the maintenance and upkeep of the SLG’s Grade II listed buildings and artist-designed gardens, as well as leading the Front of House team to ensure that the SLG provides a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors and a high quality of visitor experience.
The Operations Manager works closely with the Deputy Director and manages a team comprising two Operations Supervisors, the Gallery Technician and contracted and casual Front of House staff and Cleaners. The role takes the lead on the implementation and monitoring of the SLG’s environment and sustainability policy and contributes to organisation-wide work towards the SLG’s equity, diversity and inclusion objectives.
The post holder will be required to be an appointed first aider and a fire marshal, as well as a primary keyholder. They may, therefore, be called upon for out of hours emergencies. Appropriate training will be given.
