What will you be doing?
Contribute to hyh’s overall Fundraising strategy as a member of the Fundraising Team
- Identify, develop and support existing and new community and events fundraising activities to increase and generate significant net income and supporter engagement
- Provide excellent donor care for all fundraising activities, to develop productive and lasting relationships with the community and convert them into loyal supporters
- Assist the Head of Fundraising & Communications in the development and delivery of hyh’s Events and Communications Plans
- Update donor CRM databases and website

We would like to fill a requirement for 35 hours per week, which is full-time for this role, with some flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required. About the Role

About the role:
The Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships will lead a newly formed Philanthropy and Partnerships team to growth and success. Concern Worldwide UK are investing in Philanthropy and Partnerships, and the head will set the agenda for this team, own and develop the P&P strategy, build excellent internal relationships with the UK team, Republic of Ireland, US and South Korea, trustees and develop long term relationships with donors and prospects.
The Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships will lead their team in creating and implementing a strategy for high-value fundraising in the UK. About You:
ESSENTIAL
• Extensive high value partnership experience in a charitable context, including 6 and 7 figure gifts.
• Proven experience of growing income and providing excellent stewardship, in at least two of the following areas, Trusts and Foundations, Corporates and Major Donors.
• Proven experience of identifying and cultivating new supporters and developing these into sustainable relationships.
• Proven experience of writing effective fundraising strategies, across a range of fundraising streams, including Major Donors, Trusts and Foundations, Corporate Partnerships, to achieve significant income growth.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering complex and diverse multi million pound annual and long-term budgets.

What the job involves
We’re looking for a creative and motivated account management professional to join our team at an incredibly exciting time for Prostate Cancer UK. You’ll be responsible for managing some of Prostate Cancer UK’s flagship charity partnerships.
The Partnerships Executive handles the management and development of Prostate Cancer UK’s strategic partnerships. You’ll be able to drive impact and value for both the charity and partners.
You’ll be working closely with key stakeholders to raise awareness amongst local communities across the UK and raise funds to invest into better treatments for men with prostate cancer. This role offers the chance to build strong and effective relationships both internally and externally and ensure that each partnership meets its goals. It will be necessary to show a diligent approach to partnership management as well as identify opportunities for growth. You’ll also be providing administrative support to the partnerships team including review of processes and ownership of monthly / quarterly reporting.
This is a six-month fixed term contract covering internal secondment within the team.

The Principal Gifts Fundraiser is responsible for securing new six and seven figure gifts from individuals to grow our portfolio of major donors. Responsible for prospecting and cultivating new philanthropic relationships through 121 engagement and through events, developing compelling propositions that drive transformational funding to our strategic programmes of work. This role maximises income generation and philanthropic engagement to deliver against our strategic objectives and ambitious income targets.
This role is part of the Together with Trussell programme, the goal of which is to build stronger connections with our supporters, partners and donors in order to increase funding, campaigning, and other forms of support for our work. As a member of an enabling programme, this role is focused on the successful delivery of the Together with Trussell programme outcomes, which underpin and enable the outcomes of our 5 external programmes – together contributing to the fulfilment of our long term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.
Role responsibilities
· Develop and implement strategies to identify, cultivate, and nurture connections with potential donors that secure six and seven-figure gifts in support of Trussell’s mission and strategic priorities, maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurate records on Salesforce.

Norwich Theatre is one of the leading arts organisations in the UK and the largest in the East of England, encompassing the historic Theatre Royal, the creative hub Stage Two, and the intimate mid-scale Playhouse. About the capital project
The Playhouse Capital Development project is progressing through RIBA stage 3 with a design freeze now implemented. Work will continue to bring together a final stage 3 report which will give clear costings and timeframes for the project, before submitting a formal planning application at the end of October 2025. We anticipate that following this we will seek final approval to progress to RIBA stage 4 and commit to a start date for mid 2027 and a schedule of works that will see the project completed before 2029.
About this role
This part time (average 3 days per week) fixed term role has been created to work cross organisation and to work collaboratively with a new-look Development team to secure additional funding to realise this transformational capital project.
The person will play a pivotal role in our capital fundraising campaign, delivering the fundraising strategy behind this transformative initiative. Digital technology has already transformed our communications and will continue to do so. This senior communications and marketing role will be responsible for steering the ongoing digital transformation of CAFODs work, primarily in the supporter programme and also across the wider organisation.
This role encompasses overall responsibility for the brand, digital marketing, messaging, proactive and reactive media relations, with a core focus on digital transformation across all platforms. This post will play a key role in guiding our digital shop fronts and marketing efforts, evolving supporter journeys, steering our email programme and leading on the digital infrastructure to enable delivery of our supporter programme. It will ensure that digital engagement and conversion is embedded and an integral part of our communications planning.
This role will drive innovation and data-informed insight across the full spectrum of communications and wider organisation functions. It will embed a digital-first approach across teams and guide and accompany the wider organisation on harnessing opportunities of new technologies, making digital engagement integral to communications planning.
This role will drive brand awareness, brand advocacy and action across our programmes to ensure CAFOD is top of mind amongst the Catholic Community of England and Wales, helping to grow support from our constituency. You will bring proven senior-level experience in digital communications and marketing, ideally within the charity sector. With a strong understanding of communications at a senior level with expert knowledge of digital channels, audience engagement, and online conversion, you also have a strategic grasp of how digital integrates into broader communications and supporter strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development, direction setting and delivery of an ambitious, insight-led digital-first communications strategy that enhances supporter journeys, increases engagement and drives measurable growth in support of our supporter programme, especially our parishioner-first fundraising strategy.
- Act as CAFODs senior expert on communications, advising the Executive team, across departments and influencing strategic decision-making, including on digital direction and development, at the highest level.
