About the Role
As a Kentown Family Service Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for families referred into the Kentown programme, helping them navigate health, social care, and voluntary sector services. You will:
- Carry out family needs assessments and co-develop personalised support plans with families.
- Build strong local relationships with health, education, and community services to ensure families can access the help they need.
- Promote the work of the Kentown Programme and Together for Short Lives and raise awareness of children’s palliative care in the region.
- Support family engagement events, training opportunities, and ongoing evaluation of the programme’s impact.
- Work collaboratively with the Kentown team, sharing learning and best practice across regions.
- This is a home-based role with travel across Lancashire, Cumbria, and Manchester.

JUSTICE is looking to recruit an interim Trust and Foundation Fundraiser to join our friendly, values-led team. This is a fixed term post for 15 months (maternity cover) and provides an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of raising income from trusts and foundations.
We are looking for an individual who has an interest in the purpose of the charity (to improve the UK justice system so that it is fair and within everyone’s reach), as well as a keen interest in taking responsibility for raising income from new and existing trusts and foundations and stewarding grants. This is an exciting time to join JUSTICE as we focus on a period of growth, looking to expand our reach out of London and internationally. This role will really suit someone who enjoys identifying and then building relationships with funders, has great writing skills, has experience of securing five to six figure grants, is comfortable with a degree of autonomy and who thrives in this competitive fundraising environment.
Around one-third of JUSTICE’s £1.5 million income currently comes from grants, with active partnerships including major funders. Sustaining and growing this income will require proactive research, strategic outreach, and a highly organised, detail-focused approach to both applications and stewardship.
This role sits within an enthusiastic and supportive Development Team. The role works closely with the Director of Development and Policy Team, who are committed to leveraging their time and networks to support fundraising success, to put together engaging applications and grant reports. The post-holder will also collaborate with other fundraising colleagues, while enjoying a high level of autonomy in contributing to the long-term direction of JUSTICE’s Strategy.

All team members are expected to join the ‘in-person’ days in the office (roughly 5 days a year) but otherwise we encourage and support flexible working. Alongside flexible working conditions, every member of staff is entitled to 27 days annual leave plus an additional two days of leave to look after your wellbeing and to celebrate your birthday. We also close the office between 25 December and 1 January (inclusive), which is addition to the annual leave mentioned above. We review salaries according to inflationary changes on an annual basis, contribute 8% to your pension for the first 2yrs, rising to a 10.5% contribution thereafter and offer generous parental and dependency-related leave. Role Overview
The Director of Development at the Foundling Museum will lead the Museum’s fundraising strategy, driving income generation to support its mission and programmes. This senior leadership role oversees all aspects of fundraising, including corporate sponsorship, individual giving, trusts and foundations, membership schemes, philanthropic campaigns and communications.
The Director of Development works closely with the Museum's Director (CEO & Artistic Director), Trustees and key stakeholders to cultivate relationships with high-value donors, build strategic partnerships and secure sustainable financial support. As part of the Senior Management Team, this new role will work in collaboration with the Director of Finance (PT) and Director of Commercial and Operations (FT).
Reporting directly to the Museum Director, the role involves managing a small development team (2FTE) and communications team, setting ambitious targets and achieving actual income goals, ensuring alignment with the Museum’s values and strategic priorities.
The Director of Development will play a critical role in shaping the Museum’s long-term financial resilience, leveraging the Museum’s reputation and impact to inspire and engage supporters from diverse sectors.
Key duties
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising, membership and partnership strategy to support the Museum’s short and long-term goals
- Work closely with senior leadership and the Board to align fundraising priorities with the Museum’s mission and strategic objectives
- Fundraising
- Lead efforts to secure major gifts and corporate sponsorships, with a particular focus on individuals, trust and foundations, and corporates
- Oversee the development of compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations to corporate and individual supporters, including negotiation of corporate and philanthropic agreements
- Work with trusts, foundations, and statutory funding bodies to secure grants that support the Museum’s exhibitions, programmes and capital projects, ensuring timely and accurate reporting on all grant-funded activities
- Ensure that proper due diligence around potential donors is conducted in line with the organisation’s policies and compliant with the Fundraising Code of Practice of the Fundraising Regulator and other national bodies with which the Museum is registered

- Identify, cultivate and secure new high-value donors of all types, including individuals, corporate partners, trusts and foundations and statutory funders
- Develop strong professional relationships with the Museum’s existing donors in a warm and personal atmosphere and in alignment with the Museum’s values

- Ensure complete, accurate and timely processes are conducted around all fundraising activity, including gift administration and acknowledgement, Gift Aid, GDPR compliance, etc.

- Serve as a key ambassador for the Museum, deputising for the Director where appropriate regarding income generation, enhancing its public profile and strengthening its reputation in the philanthropic and corporate sectors

Person Specification
Experience (required)
- Proven leadership, ideally at least 5 years, in a similar role where philanthropic and grant income is central to the success of the organisation
- Extensive experience of shaping and implementing fundraising strategies that have delivered a step change increase in actual income
- A substantial fundraising track record in securing income from diverse constituencies and across funding types, including personal experience in securing major gifts and managing teams to do the same
- A demonstrable history of innovation and entrepreneurial approaches to identifying income generation opportunities and pushing organisations forward to increase income
- Proven experience of nurturing long and short-term funding opportunities and being the key point of contact for both
- Significant team leadership experience of creating, leading, inspiring and motivating a high performing team and collaborating with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong performance management skills with a proven ability to develop, articulate and champion funding opportunities and gain buy-in among staff and key stakeholders, including board and committee members
- In-depth understanding of relevant UK charity and tax legislation, due diligence processes and policies relating to fundraising

Conditions of Work and Benefits
- £65,000-70,000 full-time salary, depending on experience. We are open to 0.8 FTE at a pro-rata salary.

- This job will be based onsite at the Foundling Museum. For all our employees, there are opportunities for partial hybrid working if desired; we have an agreed minimum of 60% of working hours that must be onsite at the Museum.
- Normal working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm. This role requires some flexibility, including some mornings, evenings and weekends.

About the role
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who has experience in Complex Mental Health and Substance Misuse to join our residential service based in Croydon. You will use your skills and knowledge to support residents with mental health challenges, complex needs, and will provide specialist occupational therapy as part of their recovery. This is a great opportunity to shape your own role, alongside a team of Positive Engagement Workers, a Dual Diagnosis Worker, and Clinical Psychologist, whilst working closely with the Group Psychological Lead and other external partnerships. You will receive regular supervisions and have time with an external Occupational Therapist.
You will:
- Deliver evidence-based interventions based on holistic assessments to support personalised recovery, integration, and promotion of independent living skills
- Be proactive with planning and delivering meaningful activities; this includes one to one and group sessions
- Work closely with clinical teams to meet people where they are, assess their situation, and write recommendations and signposting accordingly
- Assess their current situation through holistic assessments and put plans in place for them to overcome their personal barriers, to enable them for independent living and stability

- Complete various assessments from function to task related to help empower enhanced community and personal engagement
- Set SMART goals in a collaborative way with residents, taking into account all information present from various team members and partner agencies.
About you
We’re looking for a passionate, driven and qualified Occupational Therapist, registered with the HCPC who has experience working with people that have multiple complex needs. You’ll be confident applying theory to the practical working environment. We use a trauma informed, non judgmental approach, so it’s important that you can work well with others, fit into the team, and build trusting relationships. You will be able to apply your knowledge of relevant guidance and protocols to the working environment. You will have a background in a similar role, able to provide specialist support to our residents who struggle with their mental health and substance use.
What we look for:
- Ability to provide specialised occupational therapy assessment and treatment for residents/participants.
- Willingness to work in adherence to Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and Consultation Observation Tool (COT) and other practice guidelines.

As the Fundraising and Alumni Assistant, you will be at the heart of building and nurturing a strong, connected Bancroft’s community - especially among alumni, donors and friends of the school as well as contributing directly to the School’s mission of changing lives through education and opportunity.
The Fundraising and Development Department at Bancroft's School comprises the Director of Fundraising and Development, Data and Development Officer and Fundraising and Alumni Assistant. They oversee the Bancroft's Foundation, alumni and community engagement, donor relations, and fundraising initiatives including events; playing a key role in advancing the School’s philanthropic and community goals.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Development, you will play a key role in planning and delivering events, managing and disseminating communications and supporting fundraising efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, getting involved in details and making things happen.
The purpose of this role is to strengthen relationships across the Bancroft’s community - especially alumni and potential donors - through engaging events, thoughtful communications, and proactive logistical support. This role blends relationship-building with practical execution and requires someone who is both people-focused and detail-oriented.
The post is full-time, 52 weeks per year. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm, with 30 minutes unpaid lunch. The role will be office-based during term time, with flexibility for occasional remote work during the 18 weeks of the school holidays. Four days a week will be considered. Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
Holidays for a full-time member of staff are 27 days per year, as well as 8 Bank Holidays, to be taken during the school holidays, unless otherwise agreed by the Director of Fundraising and Development.
The salary range for the full-time role is £32,000 - £34,000, based upon experience.

The role of the Direct Marketing Executive is a varied one. Working with different teams and suppliers, you will be supporting and delivering direct marketing campaigns across a range of media channels. The acquisition programme is an evolving one and there is change and growth happening in a lot of interesting areas at a fast pace.
As well as running day-to-day activities, the post holder will be responsible for supporting the wider acquisition team by ensuring data and supporter engagement processes are running smoothly across campaigns. Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Fundraising and Marketing Campaigns
· Support with planning and delivery of a wide range of supporter engagement and fundraising activities including digital marketing and face-to-face fundraising.
· Support with the creation of content and copywriting for digital adverts.
· Social media monitoring of direct marketing activity, responding in line with brand messaging.
· Work with others in the team to conduct mystery shopping, shadowing and call listening to measure fundraising quality and ensure compliance.
· Liaise with designers, printers, mailing houses, agencies, and fulfilment houses.
· Support the day-to-day management of fundraising agencies and suppliers, ensuring relationships are effective and productive.
· Assist in the production and delivery of motivating fundraiser training that ensures quality, compliant fundraising.
· Support in recommendations for change and refinement across the direct marketing programme.
Finance & Reporting
· Daily campaign tracking and reporting.
· Administer the recording, reconciliation, and processing of invoices.
Team and Programme Support
· Tracking and evaluating competitor and industry trends, collaborating with the other Direct Marketing Executive to provide recommendations to the wider team for potential improvements and testing opportunities.
· Keep up to date on the latest developments within the sector relating to best practice in fundraising.
· Proof-read direct marketing materials and collateral.
· Regularly attend, support, and contribute to meetings and events.
· Ensure compliance and adherence to the most recent regulations and codes of practice.
What we are looking for:
· Experience of using Microsoft packages; particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Proof reading.
· Administrative experience.
· Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
· Willingness to collaborate and work closely with other departments and external suppliers.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to communicate with people of all levels.
· Strong team player and self-motivator.
· Strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
· Flexibility to work some unsocial hours and willingness to travel independently.
Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.
Roles that are classed as part of the Agile ways of working are not able to claim any costs for Mileage/Travel on Public Transport, Accommodation and/or Meals. This includes when attending the office for various meetings/events.

Salary: Circa £24,000 per annum, plus benefits
