You will be responsible for ensuring evaluation data is in the correct format for uploading to the Secure Research Service. You will also use your analytical expertise to extract insights from data, identify trends, and liaise with policy and communication teams for external use. You will also support YFF's evaluation team in scoping opportunities for new evaluations, and critically review evaluation proposals to ensure designs are high quality and cost effective and that the most suitable evaluators are commissioned, Finally, this is also an opportunity to work on data visualisation projects to ensure the data and analysis is linked correctly and efficiently. This is an opportunity for an analyst with excellent analysis and data skills to work for a busy I&E directorate.
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with two teams in the Impact and Evidence Directorate. A part of the role will also be working with other teams, such as policy and communications, to translate complex analysis and evaluation findings into accessible, user-centred outputs and briefings for internal and external use.
This role can be based at any of our hubs located in London, Birmingham or Leeds. We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

Age UK's Digital & Technology division is recruiting for an Asset and Dispatch Team Leader to join our customer-centric team. The Service Desk is embarking on an exciting time as we look to create lots of new processes, procedures and working practices. The Service Desk will become the Single Point of Contact for all IT related incidents and requests.
You will lead a team of Service Desk Analysts within the Warrington office, with responsibility for tasks related to operational performance and people management. This role will focus on managing Age UK hardware assets across all sites.
The team will provide first touch support for all of Age UK's IT Infrastructure - including desktop, software and mobile device management and Telephony (includes Incidents, Requests and Changes). You'll work on operational and administrative activities associated with the Service Desk - including reports, account management, moves, adds, deletes and changes.
Passionate about providing a brilliant Customer Experience, you'll be proactive in monitoring call volumes, queues and data on a daily basis to help to ensure optimal ticket levels and responsible for ticket logging and allocation within the ITSM tool, setting an example on ticket management.
Data-driven, you'll carry out Service Desk reporting and trend analysis activities and play a key role in managing the Asset database and management process.

Additional Information

As Business Analyst, you’ll be vital to analysing and understanding business problems and opportunities from across the charity. The primary objective of this role is to deliver a broad programme of market and commercial research and analysis to underpin AFG’s growth ambitions and to manage AFG’s commercial risks.

Your work will enable Longview to operate more effectively and nimbly, and you’ll support a team working on high-impact grantmaking.
Key Information
Role: The Operations Analyst will support our operations, events, executive and grantmaking teams by managing our office, coordinating meetings, setting meeting agendas, and supporting other operations processes within Longview.
Location: London, UK (working full-time from Longview’s East London office). We may be able to sponsor a UK work visa for this position.
Starting Salary: c. £35,000-40,000 p.a. We may be able to offer a higher starting salary, depending on the successful candidate’s experience and skills.

Responsibilities
The Operations Analyst will support the Longview Philanthropy executive, grantmaking, operations, and events teams. Approximately 40% of their time will be spent on office management tasks and 60% on generalist-type operations tasks (depending on the successful candidate’s specific skills and professional development goals):

Working within the IT Department, the Senior Support Analyst is the primary resource responsible for advanced 3rd line support of our systems, infrastructure, and networks. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Implement regular surveys of students and staff, collecting quantitative and qualitative material to support marketing and communication campaigns.
