Main purpose of post
To provide high-level, confidential administrative and strategic support to the
CEO and Deputy CEO, enabling them to focus on leadership priorities by
managing their schedule, communications, and key relationships—while also
supporting governance functions and ensuring smooth coordination with the
Board of Trustees and senior leadership team.
Co-ordinate and service all Board of Trustee meetings and committees to ensure
the charity is effectively governed. You will provide support to the Trustees as
required.
Support the Senior Leadership Team by co-ordinating and servicing meetings,
creating and monitoring action logs and administering the Risk Register.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support:
Provide proactive administrative and strategic support to the CEO and
Deputy CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, and
handling correspondence.
Manage and prioritise emails, draft communications, and assist in the
preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
Coordinate travel, event attendance, and speaking engagements for the
CEO and Deputy CEO.
Board & Governance Support:
Act as the key administrative support for the Board of Trustees and
Board committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing and
distributing papers, taking accurate minutes, and tracking actions.
Maintain governance calendars, ensuring alignment with charity
reporting requirements and deadlines.
Support the CEO and Head of Governance & Operations in ensuring
compliance with regulatory and governance obligations (e.g., Charity
Commission, Companies House).
Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and Trustees, and
support Board induction, development and off boarding processes.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems for confidential and
governance documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO in a
professional and timely manner.
Support the planning and execution of high-profile meetings and events
involving funders, partners, and supporters.
Office and Project Support:
Assist in the delivery and tracking of cross-organisational projects led by
the CEO.
Coordinate Leadership meetings including preparing agendas, papers
and monitoring progress against the annual plan
Coordinate the reporting from strategic working groups to monitor
progresses against objectives
Coordinate and prepare assurance documents including the Risk
Register, CEO report and regulatory or compliance documents, as
required
Provide occasional support to the senior management team, as required
Undertake any other duties as the organisation may reasonably require.
Attend and contribute to team meetings and 'away days' and be an
active, invested member of our team
Able to work flexibly, including working occasional evenings.

About the role:
The postholder will support the delivery of a specialist domestic abuse (DA) project in partnership with Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) in the London borough of Brent. The role aims to raise awareness and promote best practice in responding to domestic abuse across CLCH staff, improving support for patients impacted by domestic abuse. This will involve delivering training, workshops, and guidance to health professionals, providing consultancy on embedding DA response pathways, and helping CLCH navigate referrals to local domestic abuse support agencies. The role combines professional training, advocacy, and systems change to strengthen the health sector’s response to domestic abuse. The postholder will work across the Brent borough, attending community hubs and co-locating to deliver services when needed.
The postholder may be approached by staff seeking advice or consultation regarding male victims of domestic abuse. While the role’s primary focus remains on supporting women, the postholder will be open to supporting male victims through appropriate signposting and referral guidance. They will also be willing to undertake relevant training (e.g. Respect toolkit) to ensure inclusive and informed responses. Training will be provided.
A car may be desirable for this role, though not essential
About You:
To be successful as the Domestic Abuse Advisor & Trainer you will need the below experience and skills:
- A thorough understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence (physical, emotional and sexual violence, so-called ‘honour-based violence’, forced marriage, stalking and harassment) and its impact on women, children, families and communities.
- Experience in designing, delivering, and promoting engaging training and learning sessions on domestic abuse, tailored to professionals and stakeholders across a variety of settings.
- Experience of partnership working and of maintaining excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders as well as experience of working within in multi-agency environment.
- Ability to provide consultancy and guidance to multidisciplinary teams on domestic abuse-related issues, offering informed advice and support.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, and written), with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse professionals and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the day-to-day running of our seasonal fulfilment operation. It will involve working as a team with order pickers motivating them and ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately on time adhering to SLA’s and you will be the first point of contact for the order pickers and any operational issues.
This is a hands-on role and will require strong leadership, attention to detail and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment, helping to generate vital income through our online shop and supporting our mission to end the housing emergency.
You will work closely with the Retail Product Manager to plan resources, enhance workflows and support overall with operational efficiency. Furthermore, communicating key updates, risks and achievements to the Retail Product Manager or Community Shop Manager as required.

To be successful in the role, you will need to have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume operation. You will be an effective team-player with the ability to motivate and inspire others and resolve any day-to-day issues. About the role:
The Alcohol Behavioural Change Specialist is responsible for collaboratively designing and implementing, evidence-based programmes applying appropriate behavioural change models aimed at reducing alcohol-related harm, and promoting long-term behavioural change related to alcohol consumption.

The Governance Team at KCLSU are looking for an Administration Assistant to be the first point of contact for our student groups booking visiting speakers, as well as carrying out general administration support in our governance function and the wider organisation.

We are looking for an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) to join our friendly team of ISVAs at RASASC Guildford. This is a full time position - 5 days/week (35 hours), but we would consider 4 days/week (28 hours) for the right person.

RASASC is a registered charity which has been providing support to survivors of rape and sexual abuse of all genders (both recent and non-recent) and young people aged over 13, from across Surrey since 1992.
We provide an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) Service. ISVAs support survivors to help them overcome the abuse they have suffered and to rebuild their lives. This service also includes supporting the survivor to seek justice through the judicial system, should the survivor wish.
We also provide one-to-one counselling, group work, youth counselling, a support line, and a family support programme.
Volunteers are an important part of the work we do. Volunteers staff our support line and many of our qualified counsellors work on a voluntary basis with survivors of rape and sexual abuse.
ISVA
ISVAs are survivor-focused advocates, who support survivors of recent and non-recent rape and sexual abuse to enable them to access the services they need in the aftermath of the abuse they have experienced. An ISVA provides individual support and this will vary from client to client.
This role is based at the RASASC Guildford office and will work across Surrey. The ISVA must have a full driving licence and use of a car that can be used for work purposes.
You will be part of a dedicated, experienced, and friendly team. The ISVAs meet fortnightly for peer support and work collaboratively with each other to share knowledge. Each ISVA has a lead area of responsibility in addition to your caseload supporting a range of clients.
You will be provided with monthly clinical supervision and attend monthly one-to-one meetings with the ISVA team leader.
We welcome applications from all candidates but are particularly looking for those who can demonstrate the experience listed in the essential criteria of the person specification, and especially from those who can evidence the desirable skills and/or have an existing ISVA qualification.
Job Description
- To support survivors of rape and sexual abuse.
- It is the responsibility of the ISVA to impartially advise the client on all options open to them, such as the Criminal Justice System, SARC, sexual health clinic and other local services.
- The ISVAs are expected to balance a caseload that includes survivors progressing through the criminal justice process as well as survivors that have decided not to report, or who are no longer in the criminal justice process.
- The ISVA will be based at Guildford RASASC but will be expected to travel throughout Surrey.
- The ISVA is expected to carry out other duties from time to time which are broadly consistent with those in this document, as the job description cannot cover every issue which may arise within the post.
Key Tasks
· The ISVA will provide a survivor-focused, independent service, distinct from the role of a crisis worker or counsellor.
· Undertake risk assessment and support needs analysis with survivor and develop a support plan for the survivor.
· To provide advice and support across a wide range of issues, such as housing, health and education, that will help to support the survivor and ensure their ongoing safety in the aftermath of the abuse.
· Manage caseload and maintain necessary case files and records including monitoring information as required under funding conditions and by RASASC.
· To provide expert advice and support in relation to issues and the impact of rape and sexual abuse on this client group to other members of the ISVA team as well as the wider RASASC team.
· The ISVA will be required to undertake accredited training specifically designed to support them in delivering this service. This training is currently delivered virtually but subject to change, possibly face to face in Rugby or Manchester over six modules. Each module is taught over two consecutive days to minimise the amount of time ISVAs are away.
· Fulfil relevant monitoring processes as requested by the ISVA Team Leader or the Fundraising Manager.

1. The Role
The Head of Audiences is a new leadership role in the Commercial Operations team designed to ensure that audience insight and segmentation are at the heart of everything we do. This role will lead on understanding who our current and prospective audiences are, how they engage with us and what they need now and in the future. You will use this insight to guide programming, marketing, visitor experience at Winchester Science Centre but as we evolve our Charity’s reach and engagement you will play an important role in ensuring we fulfil our ambitious plans and reaching a diverse community. Goodman Masson are working with a highly respected not-for-profit organisation in London to recruit a Finance Business Partner for one of their specialist research centres focused on sustainability and society.
The organisation is dedicated to addressing global challenges through independent research, thought leadership, and collaboration. Their sustainability-focused centre provides governments, businesses and communities with insights and solutions to help tackle climate change and other pressing environmental issues.
Following a period of growth, they are modernising systems and strengthening financial processes. This role will be embedded within the centre, working closely with both the Head of Operations and central finance team. The Finance Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring robust financial management and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and management reporting for the centre.
Provide financial analysis and advice to support decision-making and improve performance.
Oversee project finances, monitoring spend and income against budgets, and ensuring accurate reporting to funders.
Support project costing and profitability analysis.
Strengthen financial controls, processes and reporting.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with financial, contractual and audit requirements.
Contribute to organisation-wide initiatives, including the implementation of a new finance system.
Person Specification
ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant (or equivalent).
Experience within the charity, not-for-profit or research sector, ideally with grant or contract funding.
Proven skills in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance audiences.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities.
