An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legacy and In Memory Officer to join the St Mungo’s Fundraising team to grow income supporting our aims to end rough sleeping for good. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Managing the steady stream of legacy case work, including pecuniary, specific, life interest, and residuary legacies.
- Working with lay executors, solicitors, co-beneficiaries and family members/friends to sensitively and efficiently administer legacy and in memory gifts.
- Overseeing the process for all legacy and in memory income - working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure income is processed accurately and efficiently. Keeping effective records, maintaining the legacy pipeline, and completing reports.
- Working with the Legacy Manager to deliver marketing campaigns to acquire and steward new supporters. Gathering stories to promote legacy and in memory giving internally and externally.
- Collaborating with other teams, ensuring seamless processing and documentation of gifts, marketing campaigns, appeals, and more.
In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in Tower Hill, London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations.
About you
We think this role will inspire someone keen to build on and develop their legacy administration skills, marketing skills and fundraising experience as part of a positive, dedicated and supportive team.
We are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience in a charity legacy or estate administration role who can balance the two sides to this role. The legal administration of legacy income requires excellent attention to detail, but the legacy marketing responsibilities also require project management and creative skills to manage activity that can build on St Mungo’s portfolio of legacy supporters.
- You will be proactive and empathetic with a flexible approach and be comfortable managing your own time and projects.
- You will be comfortable using IT software, databases and systems such as Raiser’s Edge NXT.
- Previous experience of Legacy marketing experience within a charity, and a certificate of Charity Legacy Administration are beneficial but not essential.

Job Purpose

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Senior Leadership

JOB PURPOSE

The award-winning ISM is the dynamic, change making professional body representing musicians. With a current membership of over 11,000, the ISM is known for its legal support to its members covering a range of issues from intellectual property and employment disputes to contracts. We are also known for our campaigning work on issues from discrimination to Brexit and AI which can cross over into legal services.
The ISM is now looking for a Director of Legal Services to manage a critical part of how we support our members: namely our legal services. You will be managing our brilliant in-house team of lawyers as well as our external associated suppliers. You will also advise the ISM on business related legal issues, ensure policies and procedures are kept up to date and work closely with the External Affairs team particularly on areas which have a legal element such as the Employment Rights Bill.
The provision of legal advice to our members is a core part of what the ISM offers and it is vital that we deliver gold standard legal services, responding to the needs of our professional musician membership. You will be an excellent but practical lawyer able to manage a great team as well as suppliers and contractors. You will be proactive with strong problem-solving skills, great drafting and oral skills, keen attention to detail and good emotional intelligence.

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team in this integral role, helping The Access Project achieve its ambitions.

About the Role
You will ensure the effective maintenance and development of Salesforce to support The Access Project’s programme delivery, volunteer recruitment, and partnerships management. You will have full oversight of the system, independently making updates (e.g. reports, fields, custom objects, flows, and user management) and escalating complex needs to Impact Box or the line manager. As the first point of contact for user requests, you will assign and manage queries to ensure timely resolution. The platform integrates with Moodle, requiring collaboration across teams to support online learning and ongoing functionality improvements aligned with organisational goals.
Role responsibilities include:
· Salesforce administration, including managing user roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, and flows.
· Troubleshooting issues, data cleansing and implementing secure system changes.
· Evaluating and deploying Salesforce updates, manage Mass Action Schedulers and document workflows. Advising on system development viability and working in sandbox environments to test and deploy changes effectively.
About You
Someone with previous experience implementing, configuring, or administering Salesforce (1-2 years) would be ideal, as would having experience in an educational or non-profit organisation, but this isn’t essential.
Skills and Competencies:
· Salesforce administration: Ability to manage and maintain user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
· Reporting and dashboards: Knowledge of how to configure and maintain custom report types, reports, and dashboards
· Customisation and configuration: Ability to configure, build, and maintain custom Salesforce functionality including custom objects, fields, page layouts, process builders, flows, and workflows
· Data cleaning: Good knowledge of Excel to cleanse and analyse data (knowledge of Power Query desirable)
· Integration: Knowledge of Salesforce integrations such as Form Assembly or Zapier (desirable), and how to import and export data into Salesforce using Dataloader, XL Connector, or equivalent
